I tried not to shed my precious tears,
But individually you exploited all my morbid fears.

I tried to maintain in me even the faintest spark,
But you consumed my real existence in the dark.

I tried not to shout believing it was just a dreadful dream,
But astonishingly my silence spoke louder than my every scream.

I tried to forgive,forget and continue with my life,
But everytime you pierced my skin with a sharp invisible knife.

I tried to talk,smile and joke,
But skilfully every part of me you mercilessly broke.

I tried not to cut open my viens,
But you robbed me of my soul in the dark lanes.

I tried to make worth out of my every single breath,
But now i anxiously long for death.....
