Tyler and Josh were sent to the hospital.

Chris was pronounced dead when the authorities arrived.

After recovering, Tyler told them what happened. And no charges were filed against him.

Eventually, the doctor walked in.

"How are you feeling Mr. Joseph?"

Tyler realized that he didn't have a notepad. So he spoke through whisper.

"I'm okay. How is Josh?"

"Josh had a bullet wound to his waist. We were able to remove just in time. He's very lucky to be alive."

Tyler felt relieved to know that Josh survived.

"M-May I see him?" Tyler asked.

"Josh is resting right now. You may see him in a few minutes."

The doctor left the room.

Tyler laid back down on the bed; smiling.
