The moment Sanemi breathed, he instantly knew something was not right.

Yet despite his alarm, he couldn't move an ounce of his body at will, he felt numb, and even he couldn't balance his own head. Cries wailed across the room, and it took him a while to realize it was coming from him.

"It's a boy! Your first twin is a boy!" One claims, and Sanemi doesn't know where that voice was coming from. Another feminine voice calls out panickedly, "The other twin isn't coming out! We might have to-"

Their voices had been blocked out, and suddenly, he began to cry louder, the thought of his little brother suddenly came to mind, and he didn't even know he began thrashing about, his body seemingly understanding the stress his mind is in.

Eventually, his cries were joined with a second one.

"They're both healthy boys!"

His cries subsided, while the other cried continuously.

.

In his dying moments, Sanemi absentmindedly wished to be reborn in a family where he could be a better brother to his siblings this time, whether he may be the oldest or not.

It seems his wish was granted; he figured out in a span of an hour, (forgive him, he's not that bright after all,) and he finds himself awake, staring and taking in his surroundings. The room resembled one of the rooms in the Butterfly Mansion, yet more advanced. His twin brother, he noted, slept soundly beside him. Sanemi carefully moved his head to look over to his side, taking in the infant's features: he was an ugly little shit, but then again, he could be too.

"Katsuhiro is a peculiar baby, isn't he?" A voice rang from his side. Sanemi recognized that somehow as his mother in this life, and that was when he realized his mistake. He is a baby, and babies are supposed to cry.

A man approached from the side, and it made Sanemi stiffen in his blankets. He recognizes him as his father in this life, and yet even though the man has a fair build and what seemed like a softhearted, compassionate guy, Sanemi couldn't help but remember his abusive father from him. The bastard used to be a compassionate guy too, until his ma gave birth to more of his siblings.

He instinctively looked back at his twin beside him, and then to the man. Although powerless and small, he gave the man a small glare that could surely come across.

If the man had any ears that took the form of a rabbit or a wolf's, Sanemi could see it droop down in shame, a response. "Oh, Mitsuki... I don't think Katsuhiro likes me.." he says meekly, and Sanemi nearly almost felt bad for showing his distaste for the man.

Sanemi completely tuned out their voices. His attention now greatly focused on the infant beside him. His features were peaceful and unbothered. Though it was short-lived. Their parents' voices had broken the sleeping child out of his slumber. Sanemi watched as he stirred and whimpered, and then, there was a flash of Genya's imagery in his eyes, nearly resembling an infant of his brother squirm on the futon before he could let out a wail.

Unlike now, he couldn't get up with ease to pick up the baby in his arms. He was a baby too, in a sense, and his eyes only followed intently as their mother picked the other up.

His twin began to cry, seemingly refusing to drink from their mother's milk. Oh... Genya used to cry a lot too, but he couldn't be helped but shush him down before their drunkard of a father woken up from his stupor and avoid any more abuse.

Sanemi wished Genya could've cried more like that, like how an infant would usually have.

And then, he cried too.

A/N: I wrote this to quench my thirst for crossovers and angst and the fact I can't find a good fic of Sanemi plunged into the mha aside from one so I'll have to do it myself in the form of nemi reincarnated in the bakugo family instead. ...But like, beware, my writing isn't that good...lol.
