Days were passing and their excitement was increasing. Jai had gifted her a small gold bracelet with charms attached to it and a pair of golden anklets which she loved so much.
But more than that which made her brim in happiness was the crib for babies that was delivered to their doorstep the next morning.
Ever since Jai fixed and kept it in their room, she wouldn't leave its side which made Jai smile.

"You love it a lot right ??"

"Yes bava...to be honest i loved this the more than what you gifted me..umm...dont feel offended...😗"  she pouted cutely.

"Haha.. i knew it even before purchasing, bangaram. And im not offended at all.☺"

"Our babies will be lying here soon..🤩"
she chirped happily.

"Yes. Our munchkins would be here soon..to make our house more lively, bringing hopes and positivity. ❤"

She sighed and leaned to his chest when he gently lifted her bump relaxing her.

"Keep holding bava...i feel so good..😍"
she moaned in relief.

Jai smiled and kissed her neck.

He held her bump for few minutes and placed it back gently making her groan.

"It's tiring to carry them, bava... "

"I know bangaruu.. i would have carried them had it been possible for me"

"I know..but you cannot do that😗"

"Hmm...i guess they are chubby"

"I also think so...☺"

He made her sit on the bed and took her legs onto her lap and massaged it.

"I know if i would say anything you wont agree to it."  She sighed smiling.

"Better dont say. I love doing this.😌" He said kissing her feet.

"Atleast dont do that, bava.😕"

He ignored that and continued massaging.

"Jai..vennu... "

"Atteya... come inside.."

Lakshmi came and sat beside Vennela on the bed.

She tried to retreat her legs from Jai's lap, but her didnt leave her for which she pouted.

"I came to call you both for lunch"

"Yes..we are coming, atteya. You shouldn't have worked a lot. Radha is here no."
He said concerned.

"No problem Jai. I didnt work a lot. I love doing this for my kids. And i know vennu loves my food. So i thought to cook by myself. ☺"

"Sweet amma..😍"  she pinched her mother's cheeks.

"Ok ok enough..come soon..🤭"  she said smiling and went back.

"Ouch ! Bava..slowly..😗"

Jai had cracked a knuckle of her toe.

"Oops...sorry..😁"  he smiled and caressed her feet.

She smiled and gestured to come near her. He did. She kissed his forehead with love making him close his eyes absorbing her love.

"I can't thank gods enough for giving you to me.☺"
She said caressing her cheeks.

"Mutual feelings, bangaruuu.."

He looked in her eyes...

"God..why are you so beautiful ??!!!😍💘"

He dug his head in her neck and gently bit near her collarbone.

"Ahh..ouch ! That doesnt mean you will eat me, bava..😗"

"I'll eat you only.. "

He continued kissing her cheeks and neck, rubbing his beard.

"Bava..." she moaned his name sweetly...

"Hmmm ??"

"Please shave, husband.. you are pricking me..😂"

"Ohho...before it was you who insisted me not to shave..and now you want me to shave ? 😏"

"Umm...no...dare you shave off... you look like a lion..🙈"

she mumbled the last part while he giggled knowing the mood swings of his wife..

"Did you just call me a lion ??😉" He winked.

"Uh..me ..when ???"

She saw his eyes getting intense for her as he neared closer to her... she thought she would get lost in his eyes...those magic hypnotising brown orbs drowning her into an abyss....her throat felt dry...she gulped air....fisted her palms crumbling the bedsheet.. she kept looking at his lips ...his hot breath near her cheeks...she closed her eyes and parted her lips but frowned when she felt his lips brushing her cheek..she felt defeated while he stifled his giggle.

"Let's go have lunch ? 😚"

She glared at him.

Why did you do that Jai..? his inner self asked..

He grinned trying to melt her.

She got up from the bed somehow, when he tried to help, she jerked his offering hands off her.

Tch tch...Jai...

He knew he was in trouble.

Vennela walked past him holding her bump while Jai followed her quietly.

Jai tried to feed her food from his hands. She turned her head away and he couldnt help smiling at her.

Lakshmi raised at eyebrows at him in question for which he assured with his eyes that everything is fine.

She got up and went the room after washing her hands. Jai shook his head and helped his atteya with the dishes in the kitchen.

He came to the room and saw his angry baby checking something on the phone.

"What are you watching, baby ?"

He settled himself near her on the bed. She turned her phone from him.

Jai snatched the phone from her.

"Grhhh..bava..what are you doing ??😤" She yelled.

"Sssh..easy baby.. you shouldn't strain a lot."

"Give me phone back, bava"

"What's that keeping you so busy in this ?🤨"

"Better than you anyways.😏"

"Aahan.."

He kept phone on the bedstand and smashed his lips with hers for which she widened her eyes and pulled his hair trying to pull him away. He kept on kissing her softly. Soon she started kissing him back fisting his hair and pulling him closer. Her breaths got heavy and it mingled with his. He pressed her bosom while she gasped and
making use of the chance, he entered his tongue in her mouth and tasted every inch.

Jai broke the kiss finding her breathless. He hugged her back and patted her.

"Isn't that what my bangaruu wanted ??"

"You make me sound that i'm desperate 😔"

"No, bangaruu. Even im desperate for you. Just that i care for you and babies.."

"It seems like you care for your babies more.."

"I care for both, baby"

"Then.. umm... i.. "

"You ?"

"Nothing.."

she shook her head while he smiled at what she was indicating to.

He took his t-shirt off.

"Bava .what...are... 😳"

"Sssshh... do you want me ?"

She nodded shyly.

He made her lay on the bed gently and kissed all over her face, soon her clothes were on the floor as he kept sucking her nipple and kissing her body.

She moaned his name in daze.

"Ahhhhh...bava.." she felt his finger going inside her.

"I can do only this now baby..."

"I..ahhh..." she moaned in pleasure feeling his finger deep.

"Why your fingers..are...soo..thick and long ??"

"For you.. "

He rubbed her faster and pleasure erupted deep within her.

After few minutes she came, clenching his fingers in her, panting.

He planted a kiss on her bump and forehead.

"I hope mamma is satisfied now😉"

"Ummm...🙈" she smiled shyly.

"But what about nana... ?"

"I'll be fine bangaruu.."

"Bavu... im sorry that i couldn't satisfy .."

"Ssshhh.. you and babies matter more for me and i dont want any risk when your due is nearing.☺"

Vennela looked proudly at him and hugged closer.

"Let babies come out....and you'd scream my name more intensely than ever.😁😉"

"Omg..what are you even planning.. 😳🙈"

He winked at her.

She blushed and slept on his chest.

Later in the evening after waking up, they discussed about the names for their babies and finalised with two names for boys, two for girls and finalised a name they would give if its a boy and a girl. Life has never been happier with both of them supporting for each other and waiting for their loves. His love for her has increased each day and was falling in love with her for one or other reason. So was she.

Vennela was admitted to the hospital as her due was in two days. Doctor came and examined her and Jai sighed in relief when he heard that her health was perfect and so were babies'.

She didn't like hospital and its smell also. But Jai and her mother made her feel at ease.

She was made to walk in the room at frequent intervals supported by Jai. Doctor had asked them to do that to induce labour.

A day had passed. Nurses did a small check up for her.

Around noon, Vennela felt uncomfortable in her belly, but she kept caressing it and occasionally it faded away.

"Bangaruu.. I'll buy lunch for us from the canteen"

Vennela nodded. He excused to his atteya and went to the canteen.

She talked happily with her nana, chinnatha, mavaiyya and everyone else talking to her. Suddenly she felt a strong contraction hitting her as she moaned in pain and the phone slipped from her hands to the bed.

Lakshmi came beside her suddenly and looked worried.

"Its okay vennu..😥" she caressed her daughter's hair.

"Vennu..vennu... are you okay ??...." her chinnatha kept asking her from the phone.

"Pallavi .. we will call you later.."

"Okay atha...please inform me.. call Jai soon"

"Yes"

Laksmi disconnected the call.

Vennela moaned in pain as soon as another contraction hit her.

"Ahh...amma...😖😭" she sobbed clutching her belly.

She kept her daughter's head close to her heart while dialing for Jai.

"Yes atteya.. tell me.."

"Jai...come soon ..vennu is in pain.."

Hearing his atteya's tensed sound, Jai rushed back while Lakshmi kept consoling her daughter that she will be alright.

He opened the door and his heart broke seeing his wife clutching her belly and crying shaking her head sideways in pain.

"Bangaram... 😥"

He kept lunch on the table and rushed near her and hugged.

"Everything will be alright"

He rubbed her back, belly and kept her head on the pillow.

"Atteya...I'll inform doctor"

She nodded and kept consoling her daughter.

Soon nurses came and started few examinations , followed by that doctor came and checked her. She was injected some medicine.

Everytime contractions hit her, she squeezed Jai's palms tightly.
He caressed her hair and kissing her head mumbling that she will be alright.

"It may take few more hours, Jai..until she is completely dilated for the delivery. And we dont need c-section. She can deliver normally as rhe babies' positions are good. Nurses will keep check on her frequently. Dont worry"

Jai nodded and doctor went away.

"Few more hours ah , bava ?...ahhh....it's paining like hell, bava... 😭"

She cried again making him weak.

"Bangaruu..baby.. i know you're in so much pain. But god will be with us. And I'd have taken all pain had it been possible. Imagine the moment we have been waiting for months...our babies.. they would be here anytime soon😕😘"

She smiled in pain and tears. He kissed her forehead many times in between.

His words could soothe her pain to some extent.

He called and informed his home about her delivery.

"Dont worry nana.. it will take few more hours.."

"We are coming soon, Jai"

"Okay nana..but drive carefully"

He settled beside vennela and kissed her bump.

"Babies dont trouble amma..Come out soon..😘 "

The pains became frequent and the time was about to come. The doctor checked her once again and found that she was 5 or 6 cms dilated for the delivery.

"Jai.. it's time. Let's take Vennela to the operation theatre"

He breathed composing himself.

"Ye....yes aunty"

She was made devoid of any ornaments and was changed into OT gown.

Jai was also made to wear OT attire and cap over head. Yes. He was also going with her.
Vennela felt relieved that her bava was near.

Nurses pushed the stretcher into operation theatre while he held her palm. Lakshmi kissed her daughter's forehead.

"Amma... when would others come ?😖" She asked squeezing her eyes when a contraction hit her.

"They are on their way vennu and all the bestest. Amma will be waiting for babies😢😘"

She kissed her bump.

"Dont worry atteya, we will bring your grandchildren together and i'm with her right. You dont worry"

Lakshmi nodded with tears in her eyes and saw both of them entering the OT.

"Start pushing Vennela..."

She tried to push but kept her head back on the pillow being in pain.

"Uh...."

Jai held her palm and supported her back with his other arm when she raised her body up again and started pushing.

"Vennela you can do it. Come on"

She was sweating.

"Baby.. push ..."

Jai encouraged her even though his heart wrenched seeing his beloved struggling.

"I..I'm trying ba..va...😣"

She pushed again. She was panting.

"Relax Vennela.."  doctor said.

They attached an oxygen mask for her for sometime feeling her getting lack of oxygen supply.

All this while Jai was supporting her, caressing her hair and rubbing her back.

Outside, her nana, mavaiyya, chinnatha, babai, Naugulu and chinna had reached. Everyone was praying for her.

When they felt she was well, she started pushing with all her energy screaming and baby's head came out.

"Vennela you are doing well, push again ..."

"Bangaram you can do it. You are my strongest woman😢😘"

He kissed her forehead and wiped the sweat beads off her forehead.

Getting more energy from his words, she pushed harder and there...they heard a loud wail.

"Baby number 1 is here"

Doctor took out the baby, while Jai kissed Vennela closer with blurry eyes seeing the doctor holding baby.

"It's a boy"

Jai and Vennela smiled through tears. Doctor gave baby to the nurse for cleaning as Vennela moaned in pain, ready to deliver the next baby.

A nurse kept monitoring her pulse.

Jai kissed her forehead.

"Let's do it bangaruu.. 😥"

She nodded in pain and started pushing for the next baby and after 10 to 15 minutes came out.... another ear splitting cry.

"Its a girl"

Jai cried in happiness kissing his wife who looked so exhausted in his arms.

"It's a boy and girl for us, bangaram🤩😍"

She smiled tired as the nurse took the baby to clean.

Jai kept her head on the pillow and caressed her head, he took her palm and kissed gently.

"I'm so so proud of you 😘"

She smiled.

Nurses cleaned her up and bought two bundles of joy wrapped in soft baby cloth.

Jai took both of them carefully in his arms and smiled seeing them with eyes closed sleeping peacefully. He kissed both of them softly while tears were continuously falling from his eyes.

Vennela smiled in tears tiredly seeing her husband holding their symbols of love.

Nurse helped Vennela to sit up slightly leaning to the bedpost and helped with the baby boy from his arms and placed in her arms. She kissed tenderly on his face while she saw a slight smile on his face. Her heart bursted with happiness.

"As we wished, we got a little prince and a princess, bangaruu..❤"

He sat beside her with his princess and showed her. She kissed both her babies.
After all these pain she had endured for hours, Jai saw his wife smiling wide forgetting everything. Her hands were attached with drips and needles, but the motherly glow was dominating.

He kissed her head again.

"I can't thank gods enough for giving you and babies for me.😘" 

"Me too, bavu.. ☺"

The baby girl cooed in his arms while Jai gently rocked her while she snuggled onto his chest more.

"Awww.. look at this bangaruu.. 😍"

"She is already a daddy's princess"

He smiled wide.

"Look bavu, I've got a kutty Jai in my arms... he has eyes like you bavu..and atteya's eyebrows. 😍"

She chirped saying that.

He smiled wide.

"And my kutty Vennela smiles like just her amma😘"

Vennela giggled .

After a while, he carried both babies in his arms again to show them to their family.

As the door opened followed by the nurse , Lakshmi gasped and smiled with happy tears as she rushed near him.

The other family members followed.

"Its a boy and a girl, atteya☺"

"Oh my god. Our prince and princess.😍😍"

Pinni exclaimed.

Lakshmi took the baby girl in her arms carefully, while Deva took the baby boy and kissed their heads softly.

All were so happy.

Jai was all smiles..

"How is Vennu ?"

"She is fine atteya, taking rest. She is really exhausted☺"

"Can we see her?"

"No, pinni. You all can see her after shifting her to the room. And they will shift her by evening"

They nodded.

"We have to keep babies under observation after they are fed"

Nurse explained.

They returned babies back to Jai.

He sat beside Vennela. Nurse briefly talked about how to feed babies which they carefully listened and she helped her with her hospital gown.

She felt her cheeks reddening as Jai was sitting beside her holding the baby girl.

"Ba..va.. can you please look on the other side?😶"

"Huh ? As if I've not seen you bangaram..😏"

"Ssshh..not here please ...😳"

" Then dont keep my baby hungry. Feed my little lion cub😚😌"

"Haww.. you will never hear😤"

He giggled. She scoffed and started feeding her son who started filling his tummy with tiny fisted palms.

Vennela kissed her baby boy's palm and watched him with wonder.

Jai watched the most beautiful sight adorably.

"Bava... they were inside me just before and i can't believe that they are here after all these months of our waiting... 😍"

"I know bangaruu. Even I'm still thinking whether its a dream☺"

She smiled while he gave gentle kisses to the baby in his arms.

After he was done, she fed the baby girl while Jai held the boy. And they were slowly made to burp.

Following that, two nurses took babies for observation for few hours, which Jai gave reluctantly. He didn't want to leave their babies.

He sat beside his wife watching her falling asleep for few minutes as he kept caressing her hair.

"Jai.. you may wait outside now"

Doctor asked.

"But ..Vennela..i have to be with her"

"I know, Jai. She will be fine. I will check after her right. Also this is her observation hours. You have to cooperate"

Doctor said softly making him understand.

"Hmm... fine"

He gave a kiss on his wife's head and went out to join others.

He and babai together bought sweets and distributed the whole floor sharing their happiness.

He sat on the bed of the room arranged for Vennela. He had booked a VIP room for them. Jai wanted everything to be the best inorder to make her feel at ease and be comfortable.

As he kept thinking about his babies, he couldn't help smiling. He is a father now and his wife, a mother. Their fruit of hardwork and patience is finally here.

How pretty our munchkins are ! He thought and prayed in mind for giving them all the blessings.
