Lance, unsurprisingly, was being yelled at.

Sure, he was using expensive equipment and hadn't got a signal in month and needed to give up, but the whole 'I give up' spiel was not his thing.

"Lance! Are you even listening?" Allura shouted.

"Of course I'm listening!" Lance held his hands up in mock defense. She sighed in remorse, Lance was so smart but he couldn't listen to save his life.

"I'll get you another month and a bigger radio, but that's it. After that, you are turning the equipment in. Understand?"

Lance nodded eagerly and ran out of her office.

"Hunk! Guess what? I got another month!" Lance practically screamed at his roommate. Hunk cracked a smile.

"Dude, that's awesome! Good luck!" Hunk says this, however Lance subconsciously knows that Hunk has no idea what's going on.
