Josette Komori, Josie for short began eating her dinner as she was sitting on her assigned seat which was between Shu Sakamaki the oldest brother and Subaru Sakamaki the youngest, while her older sister Yui sat across from Shu, Elizabeth but Lizzie for short sat at the left end of the table while their friend Hope sat on the right side end of the table. Josie felt like she was going to throw up as she was eating due to feeling sick lately which caused her to stop eating before turning towards Reiji but before anything could come out of her mouth, a voice began speaking. "Why the weird face, Little Bitch. You need to eat properly or you could become anemic." Laito Sakamaki mentioned to her as he leaned closer to her while noticing she looked sick. "I'm sorry to ask this and it's nothing against you guys but um.. where is the kitchen?" She asked as her sisters, friend and the brothers all turned towards her with a concern look. "Laito. Considering you are already up, take her to the kitchen while we finish eating." Reiji told his younger brother who offered a hand to Josie who took it before sitting up and pushing in her chair, as Laito brought her to the kitchen using her powers.

The brunette quickly ran towards the trash can before vomiting into as Laito's eyes widen before walking over towards her as he grabbed her hair and held it for her as she vomited, but as he held her hair with one hand he used his free hand to rub her back comforting her even though he was wondering why she was vomiting. However back in the living room, since the kitchen was close the other brothers could hear the brunette vomiting and also they were vampires so they could hear it regardless. "Forgive me for asking but What's wrong with Jojo?" Kanato, a purple haired boy asked the other brunette named Hope who stopped eating to face him as the other brothers looked her way. "Josie has had an eating disorder ever since I met her when we were 5. She has always been insecure when it comes to her looks and even when we tried to get her to eat something, she ends up throwing up anyway." She explained as the brothers remained silent, Shu Sakamaki stood up as he left without a word before heading to his room as the other brothers all got up and left shortly after.

Hope finished eating before standing up to help clean up the table as she saw Lizzie and Yui stand up about to leave until Reiji told them he would fix their manners later espically when it came to their sister throwing up and they just sat down. "Hope, you mentioned that Josie has been like this since she was 5 but has she done other stuff to herself?" Reiji asked her as he stood up before cleaning up the table while liking that Josie's friend was helping him do so, Hope sighed as she nodded her head. "Don't tell her I told you this but she used to cut herself but not anymore. She has been through a lot of abuse that not even her sisters know about, I blame myself because I knew about it but didn't do anything to help her expect comfort her." Hope explained as she brought the dirty dishes to the kitchen.

Josie's POV

I sighed as I stared at a picture that Yui found of her, Lizzie and Me when we were little while Lizzie finished brushing my hair while we sat on our bed, as Yui was leaning against the bedframe staring at the empty journal belonging to our father. "Do you guys think Dad will come get us?" I heard Lizzie ask as I rolled my eyes before turning to face her as Yui looked up at us. "No. Don't you remember what he told us before we came here, He was going to Europe for God knows what and wanted us to stay here with the boys along with Hope. Besides, if he does you guys can leave but I'm staying here." I told them as they both looked at me with a look of shock and anger, I felt Yui grab my hand tightly as I glared at her. "Jo, you can't be serious. They are monsters, you could go to hell, like God said." Yui said as I shoved her off me before getting off the bed. "Get out, I rather go to hell than go back to living with dad." I told them as Yui got up, grabbed the journal along with Lizzie's hand before storming over to the door and closed it behind them as I groaned in annoyance.

"You okay, Cupcake?" I quickly turned around as I locked eyes with Ayato who was sitting on a chair at my desk since Lizzie does her homework with Yui in her room mostly. I walked over to him before shaking my head as moved to sit normally on the chair before pulling me to sit on his lap as he hugged me tightly but not to tight. He began stroking my hair as he grabbed my wrist before kissing it causing me to blush which resulted in him smirking at me. "Let me help you forget." He uttered as he entered his fangs into my wrist causing me to groan in pain for a moment but relaxed as he drank my blood. He ended up giving me marks on my wrist which resulted in me slapping his arm playfully as I got off his lap before heading towards the drawers to pick out my clothes as I picked them out, I realized I didn't have any pj pants which made me pout. "Hey, Aya? Do you have any Pj pants I could borrow?" I asked him as I turned to face him as he nodded his head before disappearing for a moment and reappeared holding a pair of gray pants which caused a smile to appear on my face as I walked over to him, grabbed the pants and kissed his cheek before entering the bathroom. Once I entered, I closed the door before taking off my jewelry after I set up the bathroom only to jump when i heard a splash.

I groaned in Annoyance, as I saw in the mirror who it was before turning around to face him myself as I walked over to him. "Shu really?" I said as I crossed my arms while staring right at him even though he was keeping his eyes shut, trying to sleep in the bath tub. "Keep it down... Not so loud. I'm just having a bath, that's all." Shu told me as he responded back to me, causing me to giggle at his response. "You are not supposed to bathe with your clothes on, Shu. Besides I want to take a bath." I said as he didn't open his eyes once as we talked. "Okay, then undress me and hop in. Didn't you come in here hoping to see me naked?" Shu said which caused me to blush bright red as I shook my head for no. "Shu! No, I would never do anything like that besides You wouldn't like a freak like me." I told him as He opened his eyes to stare into my brown eyes which only made me blush more. "Want to join me? If you need to change, I won't look Promise." He told me as I went over to grab my clothes as he shut his eyes once more while I took off my clothes before walking over to the bath tub but before I could go in, He offered his hand to me to which I took as I hopped into the tub before lowering myself down into the water.

"Forgive me for asking but Why are you and your brothers so different?" I asked him once he re opened his eyes before staring at me. "It's because we have different mothers, Reiji and me are from the same mother. Ayato, Kanato, and Laito are from other mother." Shu said, explaining the answer to my question as I thought about Subaru and the other brothers, as I could always sense from Day 1 that they were like me in a way. "What about Subaru?" I asked him softly as he shut his eyes before removing his arm from the tub once he responded to my question. "Subaru is from another mother." Shu said before slipping underwater causing me to gasp before grabbing his hands and lifting him up to save him from drowning however he began to grip onto my hands tighter causing me to hiss in pain. "Shu, can you loosen your grip? You're hurting me." I told him as he snapped out of his trance before looking at me as my eyes locked with his, before yelping when he pulled me closer to him. "Let me drink your blood." He said as I looked up at him as he smirked at me once again. "What, are you frightened?" Shu said as I shook my head for no before I could say anything, he pulled me closer to him by my waist before lifting up my wrist as he saw cuts on it before seeing the marks Ayato gave me.

"Did Ayato do that? He's such a possessive freak. Jo.. why does your wrist have cuts on it? Did you do that to yourself?" Shu asked me as I nodded my head before wrapping my arm around him and hugged him tight while he stroked my back. "I hurt myself whenever I have stuff happening to me that I don't want to tell others about and when I wish I would die. My adopted dad, would abuse me every day since the day I could walk. He claims that he loves me as well as Lizzie, and Yui yet they don't even know that dad abuses me." I explained to Shu as he lifted my chin up to face him as he gave me a serious look. "Don't hurt yourself anymore. I will help you with the eating issue but promise me you won't ever hurt yourself again." Shu told me as I nodded my head for understanding, as he lifted my wrist up but before he bit into it, he softly kissed my cuts before biting my wrist causing me to make a fist to deal with the pain. "If you ever need someone to talk to you, you may come to me." He told me as He kissed my cheek before disappearing to let me finish taking my bath. I groaned in confusion as I finished taking a bath before getting dressed once I was done.

I softly touched my forehead as my head began to hurt as I left my bathroom, only to see Ayato sitting on my bed waiting for me. "Hey, Kitten. I'm thirsty. Let me have some of your blood." He told me as I felt weak, but decided not to say anything however as I tried to walk towards him I ended up almost falling to the fall until he caught me. "Woah there, are you okay?" He asked me as he held my arms before noticing a fresh bite mark on my wrist which caused him to growl before figuring out who it belonged to. "Jo, can you walk- You know what, Never mind." He started to ask me something but changed his mind as he picked me up bridal style before heading towards where he thought Shu was, once we found him. Ayato placed me down near the pool table as he walked over to Shu with a glare written over his face. "Shu! Are you trying to pick a fight with me?! Hey, can you hear me?" Ayato said as Shu just told him he was trying to sleep which resulted into Ayato challenging him to a game of darts? To be honest, I wasn't sure how it was gonna solve anything.

I felt someone wrap their arm around me, only to see it was Laito so I eased into his touch since I wasn't feeling good and plus he was comfy. "Sounds good, and the prize for the winner of the game is Angel! Awesome." Laito said as Reiji appeared in the room while throwing insults Shu's way. "She doesn't just belong to you Ayato, she belongs to all of us. So be quiet and let me sleep, let her sleep as well." Shu said sticking up for me as I smiled weakly while still keeping a tight hold on Laito who had his arm wrapped around me. "I thought you might say something of the sort. He shrinks back from any challenge. If you look up the word Spineless in the dictionary, you will find a photo of him beside it." Reiji said as I glared at the male but didn't want to move from Laito. "That's not nice, Reiji!" I told him as Reiji looked at me with a shocked look for a moment only to see Shu sitting up on the couch sending a glare to both Ayato and Reiji. "Ayato, I'll play your game." Shu told Ayato as Ayato asked me to help him set up the game however as I did so, I started to shake and my vision became blurry slowly.

Laito gently touched my shoulder as I turned towards him to see his smirk as usual. "You don't look so good, Angel." Laito told me as I groaned before lifting my arms up which caused him to giggle before pulling me into a hug and lifted me up as he brought me over to a chair and sat down first before placing me on top of him. As I leaned against his chest, he was playing with my hair but I was still wondering why I wasn't feeling good after I finished with my bath, anyway I watched as It was Shu's turn and he managed to win against Ayato which caused Laito to cheer as Shu began walking away However Laito stood up and placed me down as he was about to say something, I coughed out Blood which caused everyone to turn towards me. "Jo! What's wrong?" Laito asked me in worry but as I tried to talk, nothing came out as I saw a purple haired woman before collapsing into the arms of Laito who I saw was super concerned before everything went black.
