Ok, I'm clearing up a few things.

The prologue and base idea if this was inspired by the writer h_mellohi on AO3, their oneshot fic thingy titled "obsidian and snow, tomorrow's sunrise" so go check that out, it's really good.

This has major canon divergence. This is all based off of the Dream SMP roleplay. If the CC's want this taken down, then I will.

I'll probably end up adding a bit to this eventually, but I honestly just want to start writing, lol. All the rules of Minecraft are the same here as they are in my other Dream SMP book, which has quite a few more chapters.

There will be swearing in this book. I censor most of it by putting a * in place of one of the letters, but that isn't enough for some people and I know that.

There will be some violence in this book, considering it's basically minecraft but realistic and stuff, plus there are wars and such. Due to there being violence there also may be some blood and gore, but I'll try to keep that at a minimum.

Warnings will be put in every chapter, and include any warnings that that chapter needs, so while some chapters will only need "Swearing," and maybe some other stuff, others will have more like "violence, blood, death, swearing" yada yada. 

The canon lives system! I decided to keep it with the three lives thing because I think that that is just cool, you know? But, they can't just infinitly respawn and decide which deaths are " canon" or not so I made something to solve that. Respawn potions are rare-ish potions that provide the temporary ability to respawn as many times as you want, but it's only for thirty minutes. Do this means that canon deaths only happen if a character dies and they hadn't had a respawn potion recently.

Whispering is a sort of telepathic communication you can do with someone as long as you're within a hundred blocks from each other. It requires a bit of focus.

Everyone has phones for normal conversations, but they all also have communicators as well, to be able to communicate to the entire server, and to review server notifications.

The server has been running for 3 and a half years as of the events in the fanfic in my au, and Tommy joined 3 years prior to the events of this fic. Tommy was 13, about to be 14 when he joined, and Tubbo had just turned 14 when he joined. Now, Tommy is sixteen and Tubbo is seventeen, Tommy threw his party a bit early, who knows why.

TW warnings will be in the beginning of each chapter, and this is rated mature because of violence, I mean, it's Dream SMP, they've had a bunch of wars, what do you expect?
