The planet is under a tyrant who brainwashes everyone to think exactly the same. The government also makes everyone live in houses that look generally the same.

But the planet also has some beautiful mountains.

Appearance:

Tan skin tones, same as humans, though they wear dark makeup with blue dots because that's just the style. Eyes are just black. Natural hair colors are the same as humans except it glitters.

Everyone wears generally the same thing:

Relationship with non-magic people: magic Kaovinians are severely oppressed and forbidden to do magic by the non-magic Kaovinians. This is why those who are Magic often flee to other places.

Relationship with other species: the Kaovinians are quite reclusive and prefer other species don't get in their business. They mind their own business so as to not start a war. They have an alliance with humans just because they need help defending against their common enemy, the Lexites.
