Planet/system: Seye (planet)

Seye is a planet that is currently in the middle of an ice age. Outside, it is always snowing even at the equator. Temperatures get to -70 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and -130 at night. The only way the Seyans have managed to survive in these conditions is by adapting to have thick skin and also they use warning potions. Also, they live in cities that are built deep underground.

They are almost as technologically advanced as humans.

Appearance:

Their hair is any shade of red. They have very pale complexions.

They wear thick clothes made of animal fur.

Percent population magic: 48%

Relationship with non-magic people: peaceful; the non-magic people need the magic people's warmth potions and protection from the bitter cold.

Relationship with other species: peaceful; though don't go down to their planet without their permission or you will regret it. They are great negotiators. They help other species as much as they can.

1. Since the trees are too frozen to use for wands, the Seyans don't use wands; instead they focus their attention on potions, like the warmth potion.
