who is winston gavino?

Early in the morning, Chief Detective Fred Alred went to Casa Italia, the largest and grandest Resort and Casino in the Southern Part of the city, called Little Town. It was owned by the richest man in the city named, Winston Gavino.

"Winston..!" Chief Detective Alred uttered with a sinister glance.

"We meet again so soon, Inspector Alred?", Winston, with a huge devilish grin and his Italian accent, uttered.

"Oh yeah, but now, I will make sure that I'll bury you deep! Perhaps you know why I am here. I have a warrant in my pocket, so it's up to you now and with your devilish grin if you want to discuss it here in your fancy casino lobby or let's do it somewhere in private, Winston.", the old detective spoke with a loud tone and with sarcastic smile on his face.

Winston Gavino laughed so hard as if he was teasing the old detective. "It is a very pleasant morning for such parlance, Inspector. But wait, was it a deja vu that... hmmm.. wait.. Oh yes! That was exactly the same words you said to me not so long ago, but you did failed to do it, am I right, Old Man?", Winston continued laughing.

"Laugh as hard as you can now, but I'll make sure that this time, I'll gonna bury you in hell.", both of them exchanged baneful glances as they stood face to face in the lobby of the casino owned by Winston Gavino.

Winston gave the old inspector a sarcastic smirk and uttered, "Okay, let's discuss it inside my fancy, deluxe office. You do believe in the word 'formality', don't you, old man?", then Winston turned around sarcastically laughing.

When they reached Winston's office, the old detective immediately locked the door pulled out his warrant and spoke mad, "You were always a prick and a scum Winston! You are nothing but a garbage, you two fold son o' hell! Admit it to me!"

Winston Gavino, sitting on his office chair with his feet placed on top of his fancy office table, chuckled in disbelief, "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? Are you a crazy, paranoid, old tree trunk? I don't even have a hint on what you are talking about.", Winston continued chuckling in disbelief."

"Admit it you arrogant, lying fool! You are the one behind the disappearance of Charlie Pistone!"

"Woahhhh! So you came here, in my very own place, in my very own fancy casino, just to label me an accusation? For pete's sake, just.. just.. just retire and find a life! Damn it old man!", Winston was still chuckling but at the same time beyond belief that he was accused of some crime, he believe he didn't do.

"You bastard! Admit it!", the old detective was filled with so much fury.

Winston stood up and turned his back on the old man and with a devilish grin, he spoke with his Italian accent, "If you are doing this for self-vindication I would completely understood it. And I'll admit it old man - of all those scumbags and stupid-ass sitting on their desks in your police department, you were the only one who dared to press charges against me. Ask every people in this place, and in this city 'who ran this place like hell?'.. they'll point.. ME. You ask them 'who's in charge of the supply of illegal drugs in Little Town', they'll say it's Gavino. You ask them who do the contrabands.. Guess who, old man? I bet you know the answer...And yes, perhaps you have the guts to drag me down many times and you were the only one who have the balls to sent me under prosecution many times in my life.. But the problem was.....?", Winston stopped and faced the old detective, as if wanted to hear the continuation of his parlance from the lips of Detective Fred Alred.

The Chief Detective was filled with fury but he was silenced and he uttered.. "There was no one who dared to testify against you.."

"BINGO!!! Lack of evidences... Lack of witnesses... Lack of everything needed to win a case before a JUDGE that only worth, $20,000. And before I forgot, I don't know about the disappearance of Charlie Pistone, but lucky him, before I killed him he had disappeared. By the way he owed me $1,000,000 don't you know that? Huh?!" Winston Gavino uttered with a devilish grin on his face.

"You snake! I'll make sure that this time, you won't escape for all the evil things you did in this city! And oh yes, I have a witness and I have an evidence now that will bury you deep, back from the hell where you belong. It will prove that you were the one behind the disapperance or perhaps murder of Charlie Pistone.", the old detective uttered with so much anger but now, with so much confidence.

Winston chuckled and replied, "And what was that, old man?"

"This...", the old detective pulled out the little notebook and pointed it in the face of Winston Gavino. "This is a memoir written by Charlie Pistone, and he revealed every evil and devilish deeds you have done."

Winston sarcastically smiled and with so much confidence on his face, he uttered in reply, "Do you think you can bury me with that 'handy dandy notebook' of yours as evidence?!", Winston started to become furious.

The old detective smiled sarcastically in return and said, "Wait until you drop. See you in hell, you bastard devil! Be prepared, for tomorrow I will summon you in my station and ask inquiries after I gathered all the evidences today."

"HA-HA-HA-HA...", Winston laughed so hard, then continued, "I just admitted all the damn things I did and I kept doing right before your very face, and now you wouldn't believe that I AM NOT the one behind your baneful accusations? Come on old man, THINK! THINK and us your coconut head!", then Winston continued laughing.

"This notebook is an evidence that says that if anything shall happen to a guy named Charlie Pistone, you'll be the only one responsible for his death or his disappearance. He said in this that you sent him death threats." Detective Fred Alred was now confused.

"Threats are different from murder. Do you think, I would destroy my reputation for one million dollars? Do you honestly think that I'll go mad for just a little amount of money that I can earn overnight? Go ask the Mayor how much he owed me, perhaps you'll be shocked!"
Winston Gavino sighed deeply then continued, "If you want to find that Charlie Pistone ask Margaret about him, not on me, you paranoid Old Foolish.. Whatever!!!"

"You knew Margaret Connors?", the old detective asked.

With a devilish grin on his face, Winston Gavino replied while chuckling, "Of course.. She didn't tell her that I'm with her yesterday at the hospital, did she? Perhaps you had already interviewed her about your pesky inquiries..", then Winston continued to laugh.

The old detective turned around confused and puzzled. He threw away the Arrest Warrant like a piece of crumpled paper on Winston Gavino's office and muttered to himself, "Margaret and Gavino... Damn!"
