The next day, Wooyoung takes San, Yeosang, and Jongho with him to check out the place where he is thinking about having the ceremony.

It's a beautiful, secluded beach that has large boulders bordering each side, giving it a feeling of being separated from the rest of the world.

The sand is soft and white, the surf gentle and calm, and the trees offer a decent bit of shade they can all stand in.

"What do you think?" He asks, turning to the others.

Jongho and San look around with awestruck eyes. Yeosang goes over to hug Wooyoung.

"Who would have thought you would be the first to get married?" Yeosang teases.

"Oh shut up! I can't wait to show you guys my outfit either. It's kind of feminine though..." Wooyoung whispers the last part, almost embarrassed.

Jongho notices and walks over to hold Wooyoung's hand. "I think you will look beautiful no matter what you wear." Jongho leans into his ear. "Little Girl."

Wooyoung blushes and pushes Jongho away, who has a sly smile on his face. He knows the dom was just teasing, but he still feels tingly inside about embracing his more feminine side.

"Yeah, it's your day." Yeosang says with a crooked smile. "I'm just happy to see you embracing who you want to be instead of running away."

San nods next to him and Wooyoung starts pushing his foot back and forth in the sand. "I know... and I can finally put all of that behind me. But please don't say anything while my parents are here. My dad doesn't know anything."

His friends frown a little and exchange quick looks.

"Woo," San starts. "He is going to see you at the wedding in whatever you're planning to wear."

"I know that... and it will shock him a little... probably. I just don't want to throw it in his face that I like 'girlie' things."

"Wooyoung, if he loves you, he won't care. I mean, hell, he knows you're with Yunho. He supports you being gay. I don't think it will matter that you want to embrace this new side of you," Jongho tries to explain.

Wooyoung looks at his friends and feels like his heart is going to burst with now much he appreciates their love and support.

He wouldn't be here without them, and that is something that will always be true.

But he feels he needs to say just a little more, just so that nothing would ruin his day with Yunho.

"No, I know. I more meant... everything with Minhyuk. And... my grandfather."

Everyone shares a look of understanding.

"But your mom...?" Yeosang asks.

"She never told him. It was his dad that started all of it and she didn't want to hurt him."

"We won't say anything," Jongho is quick to say, his voice as soothing to Wooyoung's anxiety as always.

Everyone agrees to keep it a secret. Wooyoung is contemplating keeping it from his mom as well but he feels conflicted.

They turn their attention back to planning out the ceremony.

Where the chairs will go, where everyone will sit or stand, how Wooyoung wants to make his entrance.

Since he's embracing his feminine side, he gets really giddy when he starts thinking about not letting Yunho see him the day of and imagining Yunho's face when he finally gets to see him walking down the aisle.

He turns into the blushing 'little girl' that Jongho gets endless pleasure teasing him about.

When they get back to the house San and Yeosang beg Wooyoung to show him his outfit. He concedes and lets them into his room to show them his outfit.

It is a tight, strapless corset with long pants. All white and covered with delicately stitched flowers, beads, and pearls. He feels pretty and turns to his friends to see their reactions.

"Oh fuck..." Yeosang whispers. "I don't think you're getting married."

Wooyoung looks down and frowns. Did it look that bad?

"No you're beautiful! I just mean that Yunho is going to try to fuck you before you even get down the aisle."

Then the younger is blushing heavily and he suddenly feels a little bashful. "You like it that much?"

"Youngie, you're stunning." San steps forward and takes his hand. "Truly."

Tears come to his eyes as he turns toward the mirror.

"This was made for you." Yeosang walks up behind him, an almost hungry look in his eyes as he traces the curve of Wooyoung's hips.

Wooyoung feels his heart flutter. He loves the praise and compliments his friends give him. The door handle turns, though, catching their attention.

"Woo?" Yunho calls as he starts to step in but San and Yeosang run to slam the door back on him.

"DON'T COME IN!" San shouts.

Wooyoung sprints to the bathroom to strip out of his wedding outfit and change as quickly as he can.

"Woo, I just wanted to tell you we are here! Your parents are in the kitchen."

"I'll be down in a minute!!" He yells.

"What's going on?" Yunho tries to open the door again.

"NOTHING!!!" All three friends yell at the same time while San and Yeosang keep their weight on the door.

"Hey! Come on, let me in!" Yunho calls.

Wooyoung sprints back into the bedroom and flops on the bed to try and look natural. San and Yeosang sprint to join him as Yunho slams the door open.

He raises a curious eyebrow at the friends on the bed. "Should I be concerned? Are you plotting a way to escape the island?"

Wooyoung laughs nervously. "Noooo just.... wedding details?"

Yunho furrows his brows. "Uh huh.... Your mom is waiting with a wedding present."

Wooyoung skips forward and plants a big wet kiss on Yunho's cheek, scurrying away to avoid any retaliation, and goes downstairs to hug his parents.

"My baby!!!" His mom nearly screams when she sees him.

They run toward each other and sway back and forth in their hug, both talking rapidly about how happy they are to see each other again.

Wooyoung pulls back and bounces in place.

"I heard you brought me a present!"

Mrs. Jung laughs. "Yes, yes. Here," she says pushing forward a small white box.

Wooyoung squeals and opens it to see a set of blue diamond stud earrings. He recognizes them but he doesn't know where from.

"These are beautiful Mama." He gasps.

"They were mine," his mom whispers. "I wore them on my wedding day and now you get to wear them, Baby."

Wooyoung brings a hand to his mouth as tears come to his eyes.

"Thank you." He whispers, then he's hugging his mom again.

His dad joins in a moment later and they have a touching reunion before introductions are made to his friends they don't know.

"Well what's the plan? What's the agenda?" His father asks, looking at the happy couple.

Yunho shrugs lightly with a laugh. Wooyoung speaks up.

"We pretty much have everything planned and set up already," he says. "Trust me. It's all good."

Everyone smiles at that.

"But I would like for the both of you to walk me down the aisle," Wooyoung adds with a shy smile.

"Oh, Sweetheart, of course!" Mrs. Jung places a hand over her heart and wipes her eyes.

"You didn't even need to ask." His dad says with a proud smile. "Did you invite anyone else? Any other family?"

Wooyoung feels his stomach flip at the question and he hesitates, words getting caught in his throat with a bit of a strangled sound.

Yunho is quick to jump in, though. "No, just who you see here. I'm not close with my parents and we wanted to keep it small."

"Why the sudden rush though? Wooyoung has always said he loves snowy weddings," his dad continues.

"Well..." Wooyoung tries to say something but no words come out. "We just didn't want to wait."

Wooyoung stares at his feet hoping his father wouldn't ask any more questions. They weren't that lucky of course.

"Well why not put it off a little while longer? I mean this is a beautiful vacation, but you should be taking the time to plan it. You two haven't been together that long either, so it just feels rushed. It's not like either of you will die anytime soon."

"Will all due respect, Sir, I was injured a few months ago in a bad accident." Yunho steps closer and Wooyoung is quick to slip into his arms, pressing his cheek to Yunho's chest... Right over his scar.

His parent's eyes grow wide and his mother gasps. "Why didn't you tell us??"

"I asked him not to." Yunho says, standing up for his fiancé. "Because for a long time we weren't sure if I was going to make it. But I'm fully recovered now and I didn't want to waste any more time not being able to call Wooyoung my husband."

Mrs. Jung looks at her son and sees he won't look at her. That he is clearly scarred and traumatized. She turns to her husband.

"Who care if they rush to get married? Our son is a smart man. I trust him that this is what he wants."

Wooyoung's father looks to Yunho. "How were you injured?"

Yunho looks at his love for permission but Wooyoung just keeps his eyes closed.

"I was shot during a store robbery. It landed in my shoulder near my heart and I lost a good amount of blood. It terrified Woo."

Mingi and Jongho both look at each other and exchange a silent nod, understanding they need to support the story.

"Were you there, Sweetheart??" His mother gasps again, stepping forward.

"He was." Jongho jumps in. "So were Mingi and I, but we were all in our rooms when the robber came in. Yunho heard the bell and went to greet him. He surprised the robber, who shot him before running away."

"Oh, Honey... I wish you had said something," Mrs. Jung says, placing her hand on Wooyoung's shoulder.

"It was a lot on him mentally," Jongho steps in. "He snuck into the ICU and got in trouble with the doctor. I had to basically drag him from the hospital and take him home so he could rest."

Wooyoung won't look at anyone. He keeps his head buried in Yunho's chest.

"It was also my idea to do the wedding on this trip." Yunho continues, hugging his fiancé harder. "I was planning this vacation as a surprise. But after I was shot... I just didn't want to risk never being married to him."

Wooyoung's parents are silent for a moment, though his mom gently squeezes his shoulder.

Then his dad sighs softly. "Well, I can understand that feeling. I'd probably want to do the same if I were in your shoes."

"Thank you, Sir." Yunho's shoulders drop as he releases some of the tension that had been building within him. "I think that's enough for one day," Yunho whispers. He is about to take Wooyoung upstairs when his mom steps in.

"Could I spend some alone time with my son?" She asks.

Yunho sees a familiar look in her eyes and nods, then guides Wooyoung into his mother's arms. The younger knows what's coming. He knows he can't lie to her so he didn't say anything. It unfortunately gave him away.

She leads them down to the movie room in the basement for a little privacy.

"Okay, Sweetie. I think you can tell me what really happened now."

Wooyoung breaks down instantly, falling forward into her arms.

She pulls him close and shushes him gently while running her fingers through his hair.

When he's able to speak, he tells her about Minhyuk and most of what happened.

For his own privacy he left out some of the details of what Minhyuk had done to him...

His mother sobs with him. "I can't believe this happened again. I knew we should have called the cops on your grandfather and that sick bastard!"

Wooyoung gives a wet laugh. "I rarely hear you swear. It's funny."

"How could you not tell me, Baby?"

"Because I had Yunho to help me. We weren't expecting him to get hurt... It was all planned out how to get rid of him and... Yunho got so protective. It backfired. But at least he is gone now and we are safe."

"You're sure he's gone?" She cups his face and uses her thumbs to wipe his tears.

Wooyoung just sniffs and nods. "It's over."

"And Yunho is alright now?"

"H-He still has some pain, but yes. He made a full recovery." Wooyoung leans into her touch.

"The doctors said that?"

Wooyoung nods. "They cleared him and said he made a quick and lucky recovery. It's all good now."

His mother hugs him tightly. "We will just keep the lie for your father. He doesn't need to know anything."

Wooyoung whimpers. "I hate that we lied to him."

"I know, Baby. But you know how much his father meant to him. He would be heartbroken."

He knew... He'd forced himself to listen to stories about how good and kind his grandfather was, about all the amazing things he'd accomplished in life.

And everyone always spoke so highly of him.

No one knew about the monster hidden within. No one except for Wooyoung and his mother.

"Am I a bad person for being happy he's dead?" Wooyoung whispers.

"No baby. He was cruel to you in ways no man should ever be toward his family."

Wooyoung clings to his mother desperately. He's so tired or being upset and hurt. And angry. He wants Yunho. He wants to relax. He wants to get married in peace.

"I think I'm ready to go back upstairs now," Wooyoung says.

"Alright, let's go." She wipes her own face, then Wooyoung's again before kissing his forehead.

When they get upstairs, Yunho rushes to them and pulls Wooyoung into a fierce hug.

"Are you alright?" He whispers, rubbing Wooyoung back.

The younger whines a little and semi-nods.

"Are you on the edge?"

Wooyoung nods again.

"Alright. Can you last a little bit longer and then I'll take care of you tonight?"

Wooyoung whimpers. "I... I don't know. Maybe?"

Yunho nods and looks at Jongho who is watching from across the living room.

"What does everyone think about going swimming?" Jongho says to distract everyone in the room.

After a chorus of agreement they all go their separate ways to get into their swim clothes.

Yunho turns to Wooyoung again. "What do you think, Baby? Swimming? Or a nap?"

Wooyoung blinks a few times, not sure what to do.

He doesn't want to miss any times with his parents, but at the same time he can feel himself drifting from the stress.

Yunho gently grabs his chin to tilt his head back. "I'll be here for you either way, Baby Girl. I just need you to be honest with me and tell me what you need."

"I want a snack. Something to take my mind off of everything."

Yunho nods. "I think I saw candy bars in the kitchen. Some chocolate might help."

Wooyoung smiles up at him.

Chocolate is exactly what he needs. It gives him enough of a sugar rush that he feels up to swimming for a little bit.

"Are you sure you'll be okay?" Yunho asks as they both change.

"I think so, for now. But..." he gives a shy look to his fiancé. "Tonight?"

"Yes." Yunho caresses his cheek. "I can see in your eyes that you need it. How about we invite Jongho too?"

Wooyoung hums to himself. Thinking it over.

"I like that idea. Can we just have cuddles?"

Yunho smiles. "Of course. A nice hot bubble bath and then cuddles. It sounds perfect, Baby Girl."

Wooyoung smiles and lets Yunho guide him downstairs where everyone is already swimming. Including Wooyoung's parents.

"Sorry we kept you waiting. Wooyoung wanted a snack," Yunho says with a soft smile before heading over to Jongho to tell him the plan for later.

The younger just nods and looks over at where Wooyoung is standing next to his mom with San and Yeosang close beside him.

"Is he alright?"

"He will be. He just needs a little time and support." Yunho says, watching his fiancé closely too.

"We can help however you need." Hongjoong adds, moving closer to the two Doms. "I can see the signs too."

"Thanks Joong but... I don't think Wooyoung is going to be up for a scene with his parents here."

Hongjoong nods in understanding. "Just keep me updated. Let me know if he needs another sub to comfort him."

Jongho and Yunho both nod in agreement then decide to enjoy their day in the pool. Yunho sneaks up behind Wooyoung making him squeal.

"Hold your breath, Baby," Yunho says as he scoops Wooyoung into his arms and jumps into the pool.

"Yunho nooo—" Wooyoung's screams are drowned out by the water as it engulfs both him and his fiancé.

When they surface, everyone is laughing or jumping in to join them.

They end up finding a volleyball net and set up teams to play volleyball for a little bit, and all of them end up succumbing to their competitive sides.

Yunho starts getting aggressive with Mingi, while San and Wooyoung face off with insults and teasing fights. It was the fun everyone needed.

After many hours goofing off and having fun, Wooyoung starts dozing in the lounge chair where he was drying off.

"Baby," Yunho says softly to get him up. "Are you ready for bed?"

Wooyoung looks to see the sun is setting behind them.

"Yeah YuYu. I'm tired."

Yunho coos at the softness. He dismisses them and Jongho is quick to follow them inside with the excuse that he is exhausted as well.

They catch his parents in the kitchen where they can say a quick goodnight, then head up to the large bedroom Yunho had claimed.

"Come on, Princess, let's get you into some pjs." Yunho says softly, setting Wooyoung on the bed.

"Noooo." Wooyoung pouts and shakes his head.

"No?" Jongho chuckles. "Alright, no pjs then."

"Bubble bath!" Wooyoung exclaims.

The doms laugh as Wooyoung starts slipping into his headspace in the cutest way. Jongho heads to start a hot bath while Yunho washes them off in the shower. He then carries Wooyoung to the bath and relaxes in with him so Jongho can rinse the pool water off too.

The bath is large enough that the three of them fit comfortable. Wooyoung snuggles between the two and manages to fall asleep.

"You know," Jongho starts in a soft voice. "I think you two need each other more than air sometimes. It's like you give each other the means to survive."

Yunho tilts his head to the side and ponders Jongho's words for a moment.

"I don't mean it in a toxic way." The younger continues. "You rely on each other for strength in a way that shows you can depend on each other no matter what. You're his strength, his rock, the ground that keeps him safe."

"I've... never thought of it like that before." Yunho admits softly, eyes falling to watch Wooyoung as he sleeps.

"Well, take it from someone on the outside. I have never seen two people more meant for each other."

Yunho smiles and stretches a hand out to lock fingers with the younger. He loves this kid. He's family.

"Love you bro."

"I love you too, Hyung."

The doms wash and bathe themselves and Wooyoung. The sub doesn't stir though until they get him out to dry him off.

"Into some undies, Little One," Jongho says as he kneels before Wooyoung to slide some soft panties up his legs.

Then the three of them climb into bed together, Wooyoung sandwiched in the middle with his face buried in Jongho's neck while Yunho engulfs and protects him from behind.

It's perfect in so many ways, and despite having to relive the traumatic events again today, Wooyoung is able to lose himself to sleep so easily.

With his two shields around him, he knows nothing will be able to harm him, not now.
