Gill and Maya stood next to the bastard, grinning like idiots.

"Look at that, it's Aiden and the Pussycats." Jesse hissed.

The tension was so thick one could cut it with a sword.

"And what are Ocelots like you doing here anyway?" Olivia added.

Aiden scowled at Jesse and Olivia.

"The Ocelots we're Lukas' gang. We ditched that name just like we ditched him." Aiden sneered.

"We're the Blaze Rods now." Maya showed us the back of her jacket, looking proud of the name.

I liked the Ocelots better, to be honest.

Aiden studied our crew. His eyes stopped on Rory and I.

"Well, Jesse, why don't you introduce me to your little friends here? I don't believe we've met." He narrowed his eyes at us.

"Frankly, I don't think we've met." Rory said,

I wouldn't want to meet him.

I put my hands on my hips, glaring at him.

"Well then, my name is-"

"Trouble," I interrupted Aiden, "I can tell that much, so get the heck outta here so I don't have to see your ugly mug again."

"Hasn't anyone taught you manners?" Aiden snarled.

"Her manners are quite right in this situation." Petra defended me.

Yes.

"Let's get to the point. That treasure should've been ours! You don't let anyone else have a turn!" Aiden drew his sword. "Give me the flint and steel, Jesse. Don't make me ask again."

"We earned this!" Jesse protested.

"Give me the treasure, Jesse!"

"Shut your flap!" Axel snarled, taking a step forward.

Aiden tensed, ready to counter.

"Hold up, buddy." I stepped in front of Axel, "Trouble has armour and an enchanted sword. You have neither of these things."

Axel opened his mouth to protest, but thought against it. I could practically hear Aiden's smile.

"Finally, some respect." Aiden drawled.

I whirled around, took a step towards him and unsheathed my sword.

"Listen, Trouble, I have no respect for you whatsoever. Axel may not have full body armour and a sword, but I sure as hell do." I growled.

Whirling around, Falconblaze planted her claws in the ground and snarled and the Mist Cats. They were just outside the ThunderClan camp.

Falconblaze hissed, hoping that some more warriors would come to help. 

Foxspirit bolted out of the camp and stood next to Falconblaze, along with Shrewlight and Runningsun.

The Mist Cats hesitated, something Falconblaze had never seen them do. They pricked up their ears as if they were listening to something.

Falconblaze could not hear whatever they were listening to. She readied her body, wiggling her haunches, ready to pounce like a lioness onto her prey.

She didn't get the chance to.

The Mist Cats turned tail and ran.

Falconblaze paused, confused.

"They were scared?" Shrewlight meowed, light brown tabby ears flicking.

"Huh," Runningsun stared at them as they disappeared into the undergrowth, "guess they didn't  wanna mess with this, huh?"

Shrewlight bumped the yellow cat's shoulder, making a mrrow of amusement.

"No," Foxspirit's fur stood on edge, her blue eyes wide, "there's something in the air..."

Falconblaze stiffened. Yes, she could feel it, too. The air felt funny. It made her fur prick up as if it were static but there was no static.

Everyone was quiet. Apprehension was tight in the air, a vine that wrapped around the cats' chests.

There was a whistling sound, a sharp, high-pitched whistle, then a green line ran down the air in front of the cats. But it was two-dimensional. Then it opened.

And they could see...

A blocky face. More. Staring right at them.

When the thing opened I stumbled backwards. It seemed to be a portal. I could see...cats?

They stared back. The image was kind of fuzzy and everyone, even the Blaze Rods, we're looking into it.

One of that cat's eyes met mine, and a name ran across my mind. I didn't think it. Someone put it in there.
