The was was as cold as ice, the wind being it's knife. The air was filled with zombie groans and skeleton bones.

There was probably an army of them...

We could take it.

A couple of ocelots hissed as they passed me. They had just realised that I was there.

I unsheathed my sword as I heard Jesse do the same. I couldn't hear Petra's sword. She was positioned on top of a high jungle tree, waiting for the right time to strike.

I shuffled around the tree a bit more when a zombie neared. I could see Rory from where I was, fiddling with his enchanted bow.

"Rory!" I hissed.

"I'm focused!"

"Stay focused, please."

He was in his 'ready' position now. I just had to make sure he stayed that way.

Then, peering out from behind my tree, I saw Jesse start fighting zombies.

"It's go time!" I cheered.

Rory grinned at me, then ran out into the battle.

We had done this so many times.

This was something you never got tired of.

I raised my enchanted diamond sword and charged into battle.

The three zombies near my tree were the first to go.

I saw a skeleton take aim at me, but I sidestepped it with ease. Pigs could be better archers.

Speaking of pigs...

Reuben was running around, impaling monsters with the spike on his diamond armour. Ivor had made it for him. He had little piggy diamond armour covering the rest of his body, too.

He was basically invincible.

I impaled a zombie, then went over to Reuben.

"Hey, Reub." I knelt down next to the pig, who grinned at me.

"Oink!"

"That's the spirit, Reub, now go kill some monsters!"

The pig charged at a zombie and head butted it. With the spike on his helmet, a headbutt could kill.

I could see Rory shooting at zombies with perfect accuracy. He had perfected the use of his bow ages ago.

It sorta reminded me of Lukas, he was good at using a bow.

But he wasn't here.

There wasn't much monsters left, so I jogged over to Jesse and Petra.

"Hey guys!" I grinned at them.

"Good fight?" Jesse asked, twirling her awesome sword around in her hand.

"This is great. That temple, too..." I waved my hand in the direction of the temple we were

"Yeah, it's awesome. Must mean some juicy treasure inside. Not to self: thank Ivor for tipping us of on this one." Jesse gazed at the temple.

"The only thing wrong with it is that the path here wasn't straight." Petra grumbled.

"Huh?" I noticed a small group of zombies nearby, "that's okay-neither am I."

I rushed off to engage with the zombies. I heard Jesse say 'wait, what?' from behind me.

The zombies were easy to kill.

My armour no longer felt heavy and clumsy on my body. I didn't miss the other world now, this was my world now.
