Mikasa

I woke up the next morning to see the sun shining on my face.

Another day...

I sat up and looked at the things around me.

There were kid's and adults laying down in the hay at the barn we were sleeping in.

I looked to me left to see Eren sleeping peacefully. He had a rough time sleeping last night.

Because of what happened...

Titans invaded Wall Maria and they ate everyone inside it. Including Mrs. Jaeger..

I didn't want him to starve so I reached out and tapped his cheek. He groaned and slapped my hand away.

"Eren!" I whispered in his ear. He faced away from me. The hard way then.

"Eren!" I shouted. His eyes shot open and he sat up. "What the hell Mikasa?"

"Its morning and they are handing out breakfast." I explained. He nodded and got off the the sack of hay we were laying on.

I did the same. We both walked outside to the center of town to the big crowd of people.

"Eren, Mikasa!" A familiar voice shouted. I looked over to my left to see Armin running towards us with three loafs of bread in his arms.

"Hey Armin." Eren said. He caught up to us and gave us each one loaf of bread. Then kept the last one for himself.

"Hey Armin what's going on over there?" I asked. We all turned our attention towards the crowd.

They were shouting at each other and fighting for which one of them could get food.

The Military Police tried to keep them together.

"The food shortage has been going down." Armin said. "This loaf if bread will last us all day." He finished.

A Military Officer looked over at us with a strong glare. "Tch." He muttered before walking away.

I shrugged and ate the loaf of bread.

"They could have eaten more people.. at this rate we will never get enough food for ourselves." One of the Military Officers argued.

I looked over at Eren who glared at them and started walking towards them. Oh Eren..

He slapped them in the face. Thrg all looked at him in shock. "HOW COULD YOU SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT?!" Eren screamed. "YOU ARE ALM GODAMN MONSTERS!!"

One of them kicked Eren to the ground hard. "Hey you little brat your the only radon your surviving right noe." They spat.

Me and Armin ran towards them. "I-Im sorry Officers he is just a little crazy in the head right now hehehehe!" Armin assured and dragged Eren away.

"What are you doing Armin?!" Eren argued. He got out of Armins grip and glared at him.

"You could of gotten yourself killed Eren." Armin whispered.
Eren looked at the loaf of bread in his hands and threw it at Armin. "Take your stupid bread!"

Armin gasped and catches it. "Eren what are you doing?"

Eren ignored his question. "I'm gonna join the Scout Regiment and kill all the Titans." He said with a blank expression.

Armin held the two loaves of bread carefully in his arms. "Eren you can't go out there its not safe.!"

Eren's face turned red and he looked at Armin. "IF YOH WANT TO HIDE INSIDE THE WALLS THEN GO AHEAD! YOU WIMP"

Armin's eyes turned glossy. He looked like he was about to cry. That's it.

I walked over to Eren and punched him hard in the face. He collided with the floor roughly. "M-Mikasa." Armin muttered.

I walked over to Armin and took one loaf of bread from his hands then went over to Eren. "If Armin is a wimp then so are we, we escaped just like the others Eren."

He muttered some words under his breathe and looked away from me. I pulled him off the ground and shoved the bread into his mouth.

"Mikasa!" Armin yelled. Eren looked at me with wide eyes and muffled some words. "You need to eat, I won't let you starve."

His eyes filled with tears, and soon he started crying.

I hope he doesn't stay this way forever..
