A/N: I profusely apologize for the long hiatus. Many, many things have been going on that has pulled my attention away from my writing. I will hopefully be more consistent with this going forward. I only ask that you all be patient with me while I find the time to write.

"Momo's gonna be upset with you~" Mina was telling Izuku in a sing song voice. She, Kirishima, Nakagami, and another boy Izuku didn't recognize had met up with him at the Infirmary where Izuku was being placed in a sling and regaining some energy from Recovery GIrl's healing. Izuku chuckled as he regarded his pink friend.

"I couldn't let that girl get crushed by the Zero Pointer," he said. Mina lightly punched his good arm.

"I know, silly," she said. "That's why I said she'll be upset. Not mad." The whole group shared a laugh before attention was brought to the newcomer.

"So who's this?" Kirishima finally said, indicating towards the other boy. Mina chimed in.

"This is Mairu Satoshi," she introduced him. "He kinda saved me from this perv before our test began. Seems like a cool guy, so I thought he could join us in hanging out once Midori here is ready to go."

"If that's okay with everyone," the new addition, Mairu, stated. Everyone voiced their consent with him joining, while Izuku stood up.

"I should be ready to go now," he said, looking over to Recovery Girl. She sighed.

"If you feel well enough, go ahead," she responded. "Just make sure to take it easy. A few days of no training, especially with that arm, and you'll make a full recovery. Though you should expect a few scars on your arm and hand." Izuku thanked her and the group headed out.

Izuku stood awkwardly as Momo looked at him with arms crossed and a small pout on her face. He rubbed the back of his head with his good arm, avoiding as much eye contact as he could. The other four looked between them, amused. However, their looks of amusement quickly left their faces when Momo's look got directed their way before returning to Izuku.

"So..." she said, breaking the silence. "What happened?" There was a brief moment before Izuku explained everything. How he had been careful, keeping his power output low. He didn't go into detail regarding One for All with the new person in their midst, even though they had told Nakagami recently due to her strong relationship with Kirishima.

"And then the Zero Pointer showed up," he said. "It was massive, and I understood why we were told to avoid it. I was making my way out when I heard and saw someone trapped. She would have been crushed if I hadn't done what did." Another beat went by before Momo broke her facade, rushing into Izuku's arms.

"I'm not mad," she said. "I'm just scared. I'm scared you won't come back to me." He stroked her hair as he relaxed into her embrace.

"I know," he replied. "And I'm sorry for worrying you. I can't promise I won't do something like that again, but I will promise I'll be more careful and try to find alternate ways in the future." She nodded as she moved away from the embrace, but never fully left. She sighed deeply before speaking again.

"So, who is this joining us today?"

Once again, introductions were made with Mairu, and the group was able to continue their day. Their plan was a celebration of a job well done. Even though they didn't know the results, they still felt they all did well. Mairu melded into the group quite well, getting along best with (aside from Mina) Kirishima and Izuku.

Once the day's enjoyment came to a close, Kirishima stated he had to get Nakagami home. Soon thereafter, Mairu stated he should do the same. Mina took this as her queue to allow Izuku and Momo some alone time and joined him, as he was around the same area as her.

Izuku and Momo continued the walk, making their way to Momo's home. There was a comfortable silence between them as they walked under the moonlight. Their hands were linked, with their fingers intertwined as Momo laid her head on Izuku's shoulder. He took the chance to kiss her forehead at one point.

"I'm the luckiest person in the world," Izuku said. Momo looked to him curiously as he continued. "I used to think my life was meant for nothing. That I would always be useless. But, ever since that fateful day, everything has turned a complete 180. People believe in me. I can believe in myself again. And, most of all, I have you." He stopped as he turned to Momo.

"I know we've dated for some time now, and I have been enamored with you for even longer," he continued. "And, I know I probably should have said this much sooner, but...I love you, Momo."

Momo felt as though her heart would burst at his words. Of course, she felt the same way, and had a feeling that he had loved her in return. But neither had ever spoken the words before. Tears rimmed her eyes and she pulled him into a passionate kiss.

"I love you, Izuku."

A little over a week later, and everyone's results had come in. During that short week, Mairu had been able to acclimate into the group very well. When the results came in, all six of them met at Izuku's house to open their letters right away.

Or, they would have opened them right away if it weren't for the fact that all of them looked terrified to do so. They stood there in silence, each with their own letter in hand, for what felt like an eternity. Finally, a voice broke through their collective focus.

"Whatever the results, just know I'm proud of each of you," the soft voice of Inko Midoriya said. Izuku looked back towards his mother. She had tears welling up in her eyes as she looked at her son, the once meek boy who had grown so much, and had gained so much, since the day he had met All Might.

Izuku smiled to his mother, before nodding, a look of determination setting on his face as he opened the letter. Izuku looked to see a letter and a small disk. He took the disk out and set it on the table. After just a moment, the disk emitted a hologram message, and the group was met with the face of All Might.

"I AM HERE!!...AS A PROJECTION!!!" The group stared in shock at the projection. Although, as some of them thought on it, it started to make sense for All Might's presence in the area. They returned their attention as All Might continued to speak, bringing up Izuku's totals.

"You earned 77 Villain Points for defeating the robots," All Might was saying. "That alone would grant you a spot in the Hero course. But, there's more. Did you think a Hero school would accept people based on just beating up Villains? Think again."

As he said that, the hologram showed images of Izuku helping people during the exam, ending with his defeat of the Zero Pointer to save the girl who had been stuck in the rubble.

"Based on your Heroic actions, you have also been granted 70 Rescue Points, bringing your total to 147 points, only 3 points shy of the record set by yours truly, but clearly in first among your fellow examinees. Come, Young Midoriya. And welcome to Your Hero Academia!"

With those words, the projection cut off, leaving everyone in a momentary silence. However, that silence was quickly broken by cheers, all congratulating Izuku for how he did. Momo wrapped her arms around her boyfriend.

"I'm so proud of you, Izuku," she said. Before he had a chance to lessen his achievement, Momo placed a finger on his lips. "Don't. You deserve this." He opened his mouth momentarily, before closing it and smiling lovingly at Momo.

"Okay," he quietly replied, conceding to her wishes. He then turned to everyone else. "So, who's next?" With a new sense of excitement, the rest of group began opening their letters one by one. Some of them also had All Might, others had a disheveled looking man with long black hair that identified himself as 'Aizawa', and Momo's message came from Principal Nezu himself.

They had all passed. Their scores were all within the Top 10, with Izuku, Kirishima, Mina, and Mairu taking the top 4 spots. The exception was Momo, whose Recommendation exam was a pass/fail and had her class placement. As an additional pleasant surprise, they had all been assigned to Class 1-A.

Katsuki Bakugo looked down at the letter and the now-silent message disk. At first, he was ecstatic that he had made it into UA. He knew he would. He thought he had blown everyone out of the water. But something else had given him pause when All Might, THE All Might, gave him his score results.

He hadn't placed first. That in and of itself infuriated him. Who could possibly be better than Katsuki Bakugo? Apparently, at least 4 people were. He didn't recognize the other three names in second through fourth place. But the name had burned into his skull at number one took Bakugo from angry to downright nuclear.

Izuku Midoriya. 77 Villain points (the same amount as Bakugo, which only further caused his blood to boil) and 70 Rescue points. Who the Hell needed Rescue points? Although, the more he looked, he saw he was the only one without any.

But, no. Deku. That useless, Quirkless nobody, had not only beaten Bakugo, but had gotten first place by a hefty degree.

Bakugo would not let that stand.

The person stood in the shadows in the corner of the room, the only light coming off of their phone as they looked over the messages once more.

Me: I made it into UA. Class 1-A. I won't fail you, Master.

Master: See that you don't. You know your assignment. Soon, we shall bring All Might to his knees.

They looked over the message again, one last time, before sighing and putting their phone away.

Everyone else doesn't really matter. As stated previously, Class 1-A is going to be different. Still working out the details on that, but you'll see what all changes I made. Glad to be back at it.
