Everything moved in slow motion as the judge's gabble smacked the small wood on his desk, his voice booming with authority, telling everyone to be quiet.

"I would like to start off with Hiashi Hyuga. As the witnesses to your daughter's claimed, you are an abusive parent. Neglecting and hitting your child out of rage, and I have no trouble believing this as in your older cases, you were claimed to be nothing, but a cheapskate."

Hiashi glared at the man, but knew better than to lash out on a superior.

"As I can assume that this has been going on for quite some years now, I would have to claim you guilty of physical/verbal abuse and neglect. I fear that this may still go on, even with your youngest daughter, so I feel that your punishment is a year and a half in jail, and no custody of your two children until your home is reported as a good environment for these two. You will be arrested today as of now, with no bail."

Hiashi blood boiled. Now he would have to go to jail, all because of his pathetic daughter and his good-for-nothing family.

In all honesty he didn't mind the fact that he lost custody of his children, but now he needed to think about posting he bail and getting back to his business, but now he couldn't even get bailed out.

"Hanabi Hyuga, as of now, I've decided that you will be living with your uncle and his son." He paused to stare at Hinata, who flinched in her seat."As for you Hinata Hyuga." There was silence among the room, Hinata knew that this was it, she couldn't hide or run anymore, she knew that she was going to jail, there's no turning back.

"After your story of what you've been put up with, the neglect and abuse, I can only say that your mental state must have been broken, but you are hereby guilty. I can charge you with third degree murder, so I will give you fifteen years in prison, at the minimum."

Hinata's blood grew cold..

'Fifteen years.' She repeated.

"FIFTEEN YEARS ARE YOU CRAZY!?" Hinata turned around and all eyes were on Naruto. Her eyes widened, and everyone else tried to calm him down.

"I would like for you to reframe from yelling in my courtroom young man, and sit down!"

Naruto looked as if he was going to argue, but staring at Hinata's pleading eyes caused him to stop.
After all the commotion was dialed down Shikaku stood up quickly. "Your honor, I know that the minimum punishment is usually high than this; we don't want to sound ungrateful, but this is also her first ever criminally act. She has never had a bad record in her life, she has never once used any drugs or-"

"I know that you could go on forever Mr.Nara, but please what are you trying to say?"

"Hinata's penalty should be brought down lower, if you don't mind."

Hinata stared up gratefully at Shikaku and glanced at the judge as he hummed in thought.

"Fine, ten years at the least and no lower, that's all now, this session is over."

Hinata stared blankly into space. One thing led to another and now she's going to prison. I mean this was bound to happen right? She knew that there was a slim chance of her getting away with it, but reality is harshly painful. Hopeful wishing can get you no where.

Toneri walked past her, whispering in her ear in a swiftly manner. "You did this to yourself."

Her heart pounded against her chest at his words.

In all reality, she couldn't help but think that he was right. Her naiveness got her into this mess. She can only blame herself.

Naruto rushed to her side before anyone else could.

"What did he say to you?"he whispered harshly. "I've seen the way you froze up when he entered the room, what happened?" he continued to search for answers.

She could only stare at him and smile sadly, tears leaving her eyes for the thousandth time.

"Thank you Naruto...for everything." her voice cracked.

She stood up, and Naruto watched drastically as Hinata was once again taken from his grasps.

Handcuffs were being put around her wrists and behind her back, he could only watch in anger.

Why ?..

Why!? He thought bitterly.

Why did she have to commit a murder? Why did she have to come into his life? Why did he have the sudden urge to get to know her? And why...

Why did he have to fall in love with her?

She was gone..her figure disappeared through the doors.

He watched as the girls cried and the guys sorrowfully stared at the door she left through. His friends were pained as well.

Now he needed the answers to his questions.

So he ran. He exited the room rushing through the halls and going down flights of stairs.

'Where the hell is he?"

He barged through the front doors and stared at his target making his way towards a taxi.

"HEY YOU!" Naruto seethed.

The guy turned around and closed the door to the taxi, waiting for Naruto to arrive towards him.

Once Naruto got to him, he waved the taxi off, signalling it to leave without him.

"You must be one of Hina's new friends." he smiled sickeningly.

Naruto glared hard into his eyes, not in the mood for smiles, especially one as fake as his.
"What did you do to her."

"What do you mean?"

Naruto took a step forward.

"Listen," he began as he reached the other's form."I'm not in the mood for your shit. I seen the way Hinata stared at you. So I'm going to ask you again. What did you do to her?"

Toneri smiled wickedly into his face, his eyes narrowing and turned dim.

"I did what any guy would ever dream of doing to that body." he whispered coldly, watching as Naruto's eyes widened slowly before continuing. "But I guess you could say.."

"I raped her."

The air grew cold, silence took its course. Naruto's mind drew a blank, but his fists had a mind of its own.

He punched him.

Over and over.

"You bastard !!" he shouted with so much hate.

"Naruto!!" his friends shouted.

Sasuke came running in blinding speed, stopping Naruto from killing the guy.

"Let me go!"

"What the hell is wrong with you! You just don't go off starting a fucking fight!" Sasuke shouted.

"You don't understand!" Naruto tried to argue, but Toneri cut him off.

"You crazy idiot!! I could have you sued right now!"

He got up from off the floor and stood wiping the blood from his mouth and nose.

"I will kill you before that ever happens." he said with venom.

"Naruto are you stupid! We're in front of a court, you don't go making threats unless you want to go to jail." Sakura scolded.

"HE RAPED HINATA!" Naruto shouted in frustration. Sasuke loosened his grip on the blonde boy then spoke.

"What." he whispered in anger.

"You heard me!" Naruto shouted.

Toneri smirked at the shock faces of Hinata's friends, and watched as their eyes grew cold, glaring at him.

"Sorry, but where's your proof you idiot." he said as he chuckled then wiping his bloody face again afterwards.

Neji came walking towards the white haired boy, grabbing him by the collar.

"If any of this is true, I swear to god, I'll-"

"You'll what Hyuga? It's exactly what you said, if. You have no proof of the matter whatsoever." he spat.

"What's going on here?" a deep voice spoke with authority.

"Itachi." Sauske began. "Naruto claims that freak over there raped Hinata."

Itachi turned to look him, his eyes dimmed at the smirking boy, who in turned wiped the smile off his face seeing his eyes harden.

"I'm sorry little brother, but without solid proof or evidence, I can't do anything about his claims whether he's telling the truth or not."

"Damnit!" Naruto shouted.

Itachi turned towards Toneri and spoke. "Please don't press any charges on my friend here." he smiled, but they all knew it was fake.

Toneri turned to Naruto and glared. "You got lucky you idiot, but next time I won't hesitate."

"Next time there won't be anybody to hold me back either." Naruto began through gritted teeth, earning a smack from Sakura on the back of his head.

He scoffed, then they all watched as the freak bastard left from eyes view.

"Naruto, I suggest you reframe from making any threats." Itachi mentioned as Sasuke released his hold on the said blonde boy.

"Yeah whatever."

Shikaku then walked out the building and Neji stared hopefully at him.

"So, do you know when she can have any visits?" he asked.

"She can have visits starting this Friday."

"But that's four days away." Tenten stated worriedly.

"How much is her bail?" Neji asked.

The man grew silent, looking at their hopeful yet sad eyes were too troublesome to look at, especially knowing that the news will tear them apart.

"....350,000 dollars."

Their eyes widened.

"That much?" Neji breathed out.

"In all honesty, the judge was being nice; he could have charged more for murder." the older Nara spoke.

Naruto began to walk away, staring down at the cemented sidewalk.

"Where are you going Naruto?" Sasuke asked with concern.

"Home. I got something I need to do."

Everyone stared confusedly at his back.

'This is probably my only resort.'
