And here he stood, outside the school campus. The frightened stares of sorrounding students cause him to feel embarassed, I mean who brings their middle schooler child to school.The school was called Survey High. It is a school for gifted students, who passed the entrance exam, composed of 1000 items. Of course, Levi scored the highest which was 960/1000. And Levi's score was considered as the highest score that was filed in the school's history.

"Well then!" The loud voice of the man always guarding Levi, Mike, snapped him out of his daze. "Have a great day!!"

The piercing glares from everyone that sorrounds him put a scar on his pride. Levi's wish was to live his high school life in peace. He at least tried making friends and being nice to other students, but his bodyguards always get in the way and scare the shit out of them.

"Oh yeah, young master" Mike called for Levi making him stop in his tracks.

"What." Levi said impassively and glared daggers at him. This better be important!

"There had been gangsters running amok in our land near our villa, and rumors said that it's this clan's counter part rival, the Ackerman clan in Japan" Mike warned seriously, which caught Levi's full attention. Gangsters, huh?, Levi thought to himself. As always, he responded with a "tch" and walked in the school campus.

I can't take this anymore. I want to graduate high school and leave that cursed Villa forever. Levi thought to himself. I've always been stuck up on studying just to keep my higher rank among the others that I haven't had a love life, not that I need one or want one for that matter.

Levi took the locket that girl gave to her, and stared at it. No, I had one. Once.

Until that day comes, everyday of his life will continue as a struggle.

On the other side, a girl with short raven hair, a knitted red scarf, beautiful black eyes, and a perfect body ran to school, hoping that she would be just in time for her first day.

"Oh no, I'm going to be late" she mumbled trying to grip the piece of bread in her to avoid wasting food. "Damn you Eren! Leaving without me! You're so dead when I get there"

She immediately saw the 2 meter long wall ahead, and prepared to jump over it. She fasten her pace to increase momentum and finally jumped. Her leg power wasn't strong enough to make it all the way, and jolted herself up using her feet. She finally got grip on the top of the wall, and pulled herself up. She caught the piece of bread she was holding in her mouth and saw a young man with an undercut just below the danger zone.

And on this fateful day. Levi's endless days of feeling burdened changed.....

And got tremendously worse.

They eyed each other nervously and prepared for the worse.

The girl didn't know what to do and folded her legs, hoping to at least lessen the pain of the impact hesrabout to receive. She kneed Levi square in the face, strong enough to almost knock him out. Almost.

Levi laid in the ground, with his nose.terribly bleeding, as she was on top of him rubbing her sore knees. "Geez that was painful" She finally regained her strength to stand up and ran to the school building, and glanced back at him.

"Sorry about that, but I'm in a hurry" And with that she left.

What the fuck was that!?, Levi thought to himself, still laying in dirt. He stood up and brushed the dust of his uniform, and held his aching nose. He took out his handkerchief not to stop his bleeding nose, but only to completely remove the stubborn stains on his uniform. He limply proceeded to the school building, being thankful that no one saw that.

He finally got to his classroom, and the first to notice him was Petra and Oluo.

"Hey Lev- woah!" Oluo was shocked at Levi's current state. He couldn't be beaten that easily, or be beaten at all.

"Levi-senpai! What are those injuries!" Petra felt alarmed, she blushed at his sight. Levi was completely aware of her petty crush on him, she was his friend and all, but no feelings were present when he felt her presence.

"Is your nose bleeding? I think I have a bandage here" Petra took out a bandage and peeled it off.

"No no, I'm fine Petra" Levi objected but was no use.

"No! You're injured and it must be treated immediately!" Petra insisted and gently put the bandage on the bridge of his nose. Levi always wanted a sister like Petra, sister nothing more nothing less.

(There is no way I'm putting a Levi x *gag* Petra moment in this story)

The others still kept teasing Levi and Petra, though he has already made his feelings clear. He made a promise to that girl and no way in the world is he breaking it.

The pain in his nose drifted away in a matter of minutes. Petra was right, it doesn't hurt anymore, he thought to himself.

On the other side, again, the girl earlier got just in time for her class. She was furious in hitting Eren right now but was refrained since she loved her dear brother so much. She saw him standing outside the classroom witha arms crossed. He noticed her presence and jolted up. "Hey! Funny story...you see- it's just that- you know- I..."

"Save it" she answered neutrally, she saw the teacher peeked out to look for her and gave her a warm smile. "Oh are you Eren's sister. We'll introduce you both to the class in just a minute, 'kay dear"

She nodded in response and leaned against the wall, as Eren was guilty AF.

The class went silent as the teacher walked in with a warm smile. "Okay class, today we have a new transfer student" she happily exclaimed. "Come in Mikasa and Eren!"

A boy with brown hair, and teal eyes, and a girl with short black hair, and brown eyes came into the presence of the class.

"Hi there! I'm Mikasa Ackerman from Japan, and He's Eren Jaeger, my adoptive brother. My mother's Japanese and my father's from this country, so I'm very fluent in speaking both their languages, so feel free to come up to me and ask me anything" Mikasa gave everyone a cheerful smile sending screams especially from boys across the classroom.

"She's so cute!"

"What a hottie"

"Damn! Those legs tho"

"Wait! She has the same surname as Levi"

"Do you think she's from the Ackerman clan?"

"I heard there was two one from this country and one on Japan, but they're not blood related or anything."

The teacher silenced the classroom and told her where to sit.

Levi kept his head down at all times since his nose still aches, and lifted it up to see what's the commotion.

Both ravenette's met eye contact. Both eyes where filled with regret, shock, annoyance, and did I mention shock. Their eyes widened hoping this was all just a dream, but not to be.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!"
