*Augustine's POV*

me and team JNPR are fixing is somewhat a portal to another dimension or something prof. Ozpin said that the portal is from another dimension fix it and let see if we can use it. that was all he said however when we got here it seems fine and working we even test out some components, Nora suddenly is the most curious one of us five and she pressed some button then the portal itself is sucking everything around it.

me: Jaune, Pyrrha Ren, go to Ozpin and get help!! I'll go help Nora

Jaune, Pyrrha, and Ren nods

me: Nora Hang on

Nora: *hanging on the tree branch* there's no time for puns HELP ME!!

I pushed Nora but then I got sucked by the portal... just my luck

SSB4 dimension

*Lucina's POV*

We are busy training Master hand is in the mansion doing his everyday work I got paired up with Palutena we are battling against Link and Captain Falcon but then a lightning came down not too far but there are no casualties we cancel our battle and went to check it we saw a Boy who is some-kind of a warrior, I kinda find him cute for some reason it made me blush just seeing his sleeping face his jet black hair look's really soft but he open his eyes I saw sky blue he looked around he seems lost some of the smashers readied themselves he then jump up and went into a stance and went for the big sword on his back.

Palutena: Everyone Calm down *all the smashers calmed*

Mario: *walk towards the mysterious boy* hello... I ...am-a ...Mario ...why ....are ...you-a ...here? *he sign like an idiot*

Sonic: *mimicking Mario* Are... you... all... right?

Mysterious boy: *confused* huh? of course I'm alright, and I understand every word you said

Peach: *gasp* you know?

Mysterious boy: *nods* yeah, by the way have any of you know how to get to the kingdom of Vale

me: Vale? There is no kingdom that is named Vale

Mysterious boy: *mumbles* I guess Ozpin is right about that machine

Mario: what machine-a?

Mysterious boy: I was assisting one of the teams and the machine go haywire and sent me here... by the way where am I?

me: your on the backyard of the Smash Mansion, I'm Lucina by the way, what's yours?

Augustine: Augustine... well sorry for the trouble, but I have to get back to my Dimension

Mario: what-a are you-a talking about-a?

Augustine: my dimension and yours are far different you see my world is called 'Remnant' I am a huntsman in training...

Peach: huntsman? you mean like hunting for food..

Augustine: in a way, but we are the protector of the people, we exsist to fight the creatures of Grimm... creatures who possesses no soul, that knows nothing more than to destroy mankind's creation and man them-self

but then suddenly a strange black creature appears that looks like a bear with a white mask

Augustine: like that one! everyone get back!!

me: are you kidding me? I fought way tougher foes than this *charge at the strange creature*

Augustine: 'oh no!' don't that's an alpha Grimm!!

me and the other smasher attack the black creature but it evade all of our attack and slashing us one by one all of the smashers are unconscious It was only me, Palutena, Zelda, Sonic, Peach and Mario we are all helpless struck by fear the creature is about to attack we close our eyes and wait for the impact but it never come however someone pushes us to the side I looked and I saw Augustine we are push to the side and he took the blow for us he was knocked to the side we try to charge again "don't let me take care of it" we heard Augustine said to us with a reassuring smile I cannot believe this boy is making me blush so much I noticed his eyes are change to crimson he brings out his sword and charge at the creature his swordsmanship is amazing quick slashes and I can barely keep up because of his speed then he cut the monster's head clean off then his eyes turned back to sky blue all of us watching that are amaze by his weapon

me: what kind of sword is that?

Augustine: my weapon's name is called 'Dark Scythe' before that let's check if they are alright

we went to the unconscious smashers it seems they are alright they are slightly injured we carry them to the mansion after tending to their wounds Augustine explains to Master Hand about how he got here all of the smashers gathered into one room

Master Hand: as you are all aware this boy's name is Augustine he is a huntsman in training, he is from another dimension, before I tell anymore is there anybody who would fight him?

Augustine looked shock at master hand

Captain Falcon: I will

Pit: no me!

Link: I would like to fight him as well

Master Hand: very well, kid would you like to fight against these three?

me: no! it's three against one!

Augustine: *nods* it's alright to me, it can help me gain new experience

Master Hand: very good the match will start in 5 minutes be ready the battle will commence outside

Pit: good luck man

Link: I wish you the best of luck

Captain Falcon: good luck kiddo i look forward to show me your moves

Augustine: and I wish you all good luck then

after that me, Palutena and Samus went to him

me: are you crazy!? you're fighting against the most experienced fighters here, not to mention their power is destructive!

Augustine: *smiles* I'll be fine

Palutena: *blushes* w-well then I wish you good luck on you battle, we will be watching

Samus: 'this guy here is a cutie~'

Augustine: is there something wrong ms. Samus you look like you have a fever..

Samus: n-n-no!! I'm fine, and please call me Samus

Augustine: *nods*

after that Augustine went to the battle field he draw his weapon 'Dark Scythe' I still don't know why it is called a scythe when it is a sword maybe I will see the reason during this battle now he went into his stance and the three went to theirs "3...2....1.... GO!!!" the announcer shouts Pit Flies and he tries to shoot Augustine but he dodge everyone of his attacks then Link and Captain falcon use this to their advantage but the Jet black haired male notices this and kept on dodging then he saw an opening from Link he swings his sword to him he was blown away "OOOHHH and Link is out" then his eyes goes to Pit then all of a sudden "Requip: Angelic Armor" A bright light erupted on his body his appearance change now he wears armor with wing made out of sword and then he flew?

Pit: What!? No way!!

Augustine: Sorry about this Buddy *kicks him onto the arena, and was unconscious*

he then come back to the ground and returns to his normal outfit

Captain Falcon: are you ready for this... Falcon....

me: *gasp* this is not good... Augustine dodge it

"PUNCH!!!"

an explosion erupted it was still dust everywhere after the smoke cleared we saw Augustine we are shock but what shock us the most he was holding Captain Falcon's Fist he block that destructive attack like it was nothing

Augustine: *smirk* I have to admit that was a pretty powerful attack but.. *Flames erupted on his body* this will end it Fire devil's: Purging Fist!!

he punch him with so much force he was thrown out of the arena with one attack after that Pit regains consciousness he turned to him and he flick his sword then we saw the most amazing thing his weapon is shifting into something it's a Scythe now he twirls it around like it weigh nothing He swings it against Pit he was KO

the announcer announce that Augustine is the winner then he offered his hands to Pit which he gladly accept it

Pit: you're a force to be reckoned with, and you're weapon is AWESOME

Augustine: thanks, you're pretty good too so as Link and Captain Falcon *smiles*

Captain F.: wow I never thought that you have that much power. Let's train sometime kid maybe you can teach me a couple of moves

Link: yeah your swordsmanship is remarkable

Master Hand: Remarkable, you are a powerful warrior indeed, and you have a heart of a true protector

Augustine: thank sir, but I must find a way to return to my own dimension

Master Hand: I understand young man I already called the other dimension and they are looking for a way to get you back, it will take 3 months to send a rescue party and another 3 months to get you back

Augustine: well, I guess I'll be spending time with you guys for the next 6 months.

me: I guess, we shall see to it that your visit here is comfortable *smiles*

Augustine: *smiles* thanks, it's a pleasure to be here

me: *blushes* oh, uh, i-i-it's no problem

Samus: *blushes darkly* y-yeah, what she said

Palutena: *stutters* t-t-t-the pleasure is all o-o-ours

Zelda: *stutters and took out her hand* w-well now everything is settled f-f-follow me

Augustine: *takes her hand* sure thing

then I saw Zelda blushing madly which made me jealous wait, wait wait, I just met him in one day why does he make me feel this way... is this what love feels like? it's a wonderful thing looks like I'm not the only one who feels jealous today I saw Palutena, and Samus mad at Zelda. before that...

me: another one!?

Master Hand: NO! THERE ARE MORE OF THEM!!

Augustine: Pack of Beowolves... *sigh* Master Hand Please put a barrier, I'll Handle them

me: NO! It's too dangerous!!

Palutena: Lucina's Right, there are more of those creatures

Sonic: they're right, you cannot handle them alone!

Augustine: I'm training to be a huntsman, the job includes protecting the people... if I cannot protect a single person I cannot protect anyone.. so please do not fret, maybe this is the last of the creatures that was brought along with me... *deep breathe*

"Requip: Dark Armor" he change clothes again now he dons an armor which color are black and red he turned around and we saw his crimson eyes again "Master Hand Please put a barrier I don't wanna get them involve in the crossfire" then Master Hand puts a barrier all of us are worried about him he then turns his attention to the 'Beowolves'

me: 'please be alright'

he charge at them only to disappear we are all shock at his sudden development, then we saw the creatures are getting slice one by one until only a few left he re-appear "time to end this" he took a deep breath and jump above them and his next attack surprises us a gigantic fire breath came from his mouth "Fire devil's: Rage" he then incinerates the beasts he then change back to normal then Master Hand lifted the barrier we ran up to him, his breathing is slightly heavy

me: Are you alright?

Augustine: yeah, just a little tired that's all

he then face me his eyes widened I noticed our face only are a few centimeters away my face reddens at this distance but I never really mind it I look into his gorgeous eyes they were burning with a passion to protect and when they are normal I felt calm, he passed out maybe all of that fighting really worn him out, I volunteered to carry him

Palutena: oh~~ you like him don't you?

me: *stutters and blush* wha-wha-what do you mean by that!?

Samus: be warned you're not the only one who likes him..

Zelda: yeah *looks at Augustine* he's a total cutie, but on the battlefield he's a badass, which any girl will fall head over heels for him *blush*

me: just... help me carry him 'I cannot believe this guy is making me feel this way... well it's kind of enjoyable I'm actually falling for someone'

we put him down on the couch and he rested easy after 5 hours he woke up

Augustine: ugh, what happened?

me: you passed out and we brought you to the smash mansion

Augustine: *bows slightly* thank you I owe you

me: no, it's alright as a matter of fact it is you who saved us

Kamui: yeah, and quite a bad-ass too *giving Augustine a hug*

me: Kamui!! W-what are you doing!?

Kamui: isn't it obvious giving the 'hero' his reward

me: p-p-please control yourself!!

Kamui: *mischievous grin* is someone jealous?~~

me: I.... uh.. um 'come on Lucina'

Kamui: *giggles* well I guess most of the females went head over heels to him

Augustine: uh, what are you two talking about?

Kamui: oh Nothing~~ but it's time for dinner *grabs Augustine* come on let's go to the dinning hall

Augustine: oh, okay

he drags him away, I was getting angry at her... then we went to the dinning hall we are greeted by Robin, Ryu, Sonic, and Link

Link: hey Augustine Glad you could join us.. *smiles*

Augustine: yeah, thank you for looking out for me.... I'm sorry if I worry everyone

Ryu: we were worrying about you but not as much as them

Augustine: who's them?

Sonic: Zelda, Kamui, Palutena, Samus, and Lucina

Augustine looks at me he just smiles and I blush madly when he smiles at me "thank you"

Robin: now shall we go get dinner?

all of us went to dinner and ate we had a fun conversation until...

Robin: so... Augustine is there someone you like?

all of the smasher are now quiet especially the females hearing what he will answer

Augustine: I.... Don't know

Robin: Can you tell us why you don't know?

Augustine: very well, I.... fell in love with someone...

I was shock to know that he has a love one... I thought that I might have a chance to be with him

Augustine: her name was Olivia she was a very dear friend of mine we had so much fun together and day after day my feeling just grow from friendship to love. I cannot bring myself to tell her until one day I muster up the courage to tell her that I have fallen for her we both confessed I was so happy that day I feel like the luckiest man of Remnant but that was short live...

we went eye wide after hearing the last part..

Augustine:... I found out that my best friend betrayed me I was so caught up in finding him and ask why did he betrayed me Olivia, she was worried about me the most because I was restless in finding where he is, she even suggested to let me rest but I refused, so when I found out where he was hiding she followed me she was quite unique she has the power to cloak herself without me noticing it, so when I got to the hideout of my former best friend I fought him but the restless night took a toll on me he restrained me very easily he was about to bring the finishing blow on me, I close my eyes awaiting my fate, but it never came I opened my eyes and was in utter shock to find that she took the blow and was stabbed and then my brothers came to save me... but it was already too late they cannot save Olivia's life..

his expression is now turned into sorrow and he still continue

Augustine: 'I love you' is the last word I ever hear from her, it tore my heart apart I never even said that I love her too, day after day I went to her grave and regret everyday because of my mistake.... *tears up* I should have been the one to die that night... I should have been the one to be stabbed, after that my siblings notice my depression after several months I've return and swore to make my former best friend now an enemy pay, I put aside my feelings for anyone to complete that goal, I accomplish my goal several days ago now I don't know what to do...

Link: well I guess it is time for you to find another lover

Augustine: I guess...

Sonic: now that everything is settled is there anybody you like now?

Augustine: hm.... I'm still not sure, I guess it didn't cross my mind if I have taken any liking to someone.

Palutena: well now I suppose if your not busy tomorrow maybe....we uh *blushes*....should... hang out together if it's okay with you

Pit: OH MAN, LADY PALUTENA ASK HIM ON A DATE!!

Palutena: *stutters* wha-n-no! it's just two friends hanging out

Sonic: sound like a date to me...

Palutena: s-s-s-shut UP!!

Augustine: it's okay with me I'm not doing anything tomorrow

Palutena: really!? meet me at the smash garden 9:00 am sharp

Augustine: *nods* sure

then Palutena goes to her room excited for her 'date' tomorrow with him and here I thought that I would have a shot at a date with him

Augustine: uh, Lucina are you alright? you seem kinda disappointed

me: wha? uh no I just-

Augustine: you wanna come with us tomorrow?

me: well I don't want to trouble you

Augustine: no it's fine this way we can get to know each *smiles*

me: *blushes* w-well if you insist then I will gladly accept your offer

Robin: oh~ now it's a date with two women you're a real lady killer

I blush and smacked him on the head my father just laugh I guess he approves of Augustine because of his politeness he just teased me and Augustine a bit but it was rather playful for his seriousness

'tomorrow is gonna be an interesting day'

*3rd Person's POV*

The next day Palutena woke up early she really couldn't get enough sleep because she is gonna spend the day with Augustine but much to her dismay Lucina is with him they are waiting for her then the Mage warrior notices her

Augustine: oh! Palutena is here.. sorry did you wait too long

Palutena: n-no I just got here, so shall we then?

both: yeah

Palutena: 'can't I have just one day with him?'

they talked to one another and become closer before their hang out ends they go for a picnic because it is almost lunch time the two females looks hungry but Augustine is going to some tree on the nearby hill he pulled out a picnic basket

Palutena: what is this?

Augustine: I thought for a moment last night that I should make lunch for the three of us I hope you like it..

Lucina: hm... *takes a bite*... It's really delicious

Palutena: who taught you how to cook this good?

Augustine: *smiles excitedly* I learned it from my sister, she even taught me how to bake, however my skills are nothing compared to her you should visit my dimension sometimes and come to my place I promise you she makes the best cakes in all of Remnant...

Palutena: so how many siblings do you have?

Augustine: 4 including me I'm the youngest however

Lucina: how old are you exactly?

Augustine: I'm 17 I'll be turning 18 next month

the two smasher were shock to have a warrior with that much power yet so young, and so calm with such a young age they talk and talk and they realize it was getting dark

Augustine: I guess we should be heading back

Lucina: *grabs his hand* Can we stay a little bit longer?

Palutena: yeah

Augustine: sure

they all watch the beautiful night sky after a few moments the princess and the goddess both fell asleep leaning on both sides of his shoulder he just smiles and carry both of them to their rooms the lay them to their respective beds

Augustine: 'well time to go to sleep, maybe tomorrow I'm gonna have an awesome opponent'
