Attacked (Part 1)

"Midoriya, why did you ask us to come with you again?" Iida asks, as we approach the apartment where the Lycan's and their friends are staying.

"Promise you won't laugh?" Midoriya asks.

"Promise." I say.

"I'm... kind of scared to go alone..." he admits.

"What? Why?" Iida questions.

"The twins kind of scare me..." he mumbles.

"We're here." I say, stopping in front of the door.

Midoriya knocks nervously on the door.

Moments later, it opens. I recognize the girl who was always at the training activities, keeping an eye on Ameri and Arnoux. Kaiya I believe her name is.

"Midoriya? Iida? Todoroki?" She asks, "Geez, is this like, a Class 1-A gathering?"

"What do you mean?" Midoriya asks.

"You'll see. Come on in." She sighs, letting us inside.

"GIVE ME BACK THAT DONUT SHITTY HAIR!"

"I GRABBED IT FIRST BAKUBRO!"

"NO SWEARING INSIDE BAKUGO!"

"EVERYONE QUIET DOWN!"

"MINETA GET AWAY FROM AUNTY KATELYN!"

"B-BUT!"

This place is absolute chaos.

Apparently the entire class had the same idea.

"It all started with Aizawa coming to talk to Mom and Dad." Kaiya sighs, "Then Uraraka, Asui, Mina, Yaoyorozu, and Jiro came by, followed by Kaminari and Mineta, and then Kirishima who dragged Bakugo over, then... well you get the idea..."

"DEKU!" Bakugo yells suddenly, before storming towards us. Midoriya squeaks.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE, YOU DAMN NERD?!" He grabs Midoriya and pins him to the wall with his shirt.

"BAKUGO! PUT MIDORIYA DOWN THIS INSTANT!" Iida starts yelling, making those hand gestures nobody understands.

I sigh, and grab Bakugo's arms.

"Let go of him." I say.

"STAY OUT OF THIS GLASSES AND ICYHOT!" Bakugo yells.

"K-Kacchan! I just wanted to visit I swear I wasn't following you or anytHING!" Midoriya squeals as mini explosions start lighting up in Bakugo's hand.

The chaos continues, before someone loses it.

"THAT'S IT!" A blue haired woman shouts over the noise, "EVERYONE OUTSIDE! YOU ARE BEING TOO LOUD, AND DISTURBING EVERYONE!"

Everyone quiets down, and surprisingly listens.

"Thanks Aunty Katelyn..." Arnoux sighs out of relief. Midoriya, Iida, and I were the only ones still in besides the family and friends.

"That was too loud..." a man with black hair, that actually looks a bit like the twins, with Ameri's skin tone, and Arnoux's eyes.

"I can't believe the entire class had the same idea..." Arnoux grumbles.

I look around. Aizawa is sitting at a dining table, the blue haired woman is back on the couch, flipping through channels grumbling, a man with black hair that covers one of his eyes and a gray mask is in a chair trying to sleep, a ginger haired woman with red eyes is mixing two drinks together, as if experimenting, the man who looks like Ameri and Arnoux, and I'm assuming is their father, is sitting across from Aizawa. Arnoux is sitting next to him. Kaiya grumbles something and walks to the kitchen.

I notice some more details about the apartment. It's fairly small. The walls are a plain shade of gray, the floor is carpeted, the kitchen is plain, with a gray tiled floor, maple coloured wooden shelves and drawers, an oven and a dishwasher. The TV in the living room is small, the couch is a decent size, but a plain blond colour. The armchair is the same. A few doors indicate the rooms.

I don't see Ameri anywhere.

"Where's Ameri?" Midoriya asks before I could.

"Ameri? Oh, he's with Mom in our room. I would leave them alone for now..." Arnoux sighs.

"Arnoux, why don't you go outside with your friends? Take Ameri and Aph with you, they've been in there all day." Their father says.

"Alright Dad." Arnoux nods, and then knocks on one of the doors. It opens, and a woman who I assume is their mother, with the same black hair, skin tone as Arnoux, and eyes as Ameri, comes out.

"Hey, we were just finishing up." She smiles, and Ameri pops out.

"Is everyone gone?" He asks.

"Outside." Arnoux replies, "Come on, Dad wants us to go out."

"I'll come too," the blue haired woman sighs, "and Zane."

"I didn't agree to this." The man who was formerly sleeping grumbles.

"I'll finish up with your teacher, and join you." Their dad promises.

And soon enough, we're all outside.

Ameri

"So... what do we do?" Kirishima asks, as we're all laying down on the grass outside.

"I made Iced Tea everyone!" Mom calls suddenly, and everyone sits up.

"Fuck yeah!" Taiya cheers.

"Taiya! Language!" Mom snaps at her, setting the tea down. Everyone quickly stands, and rushes to grab some.

"Mm! This is awesome!" Kirishima cheers.

"Tch, it's not shit I guess." Bakugo grumbles.

Mom's head snaps in his direction.

"Bakugo!" I hiss, "Unless you want an hour long lecture, I'd watch what you say in front of my mom!"

"Tch." He just grumbles.

"It tastes good." Todoroki says, monotone and always.

"Remarkable!" Iida exclaims.

"Yummy! It's delicious!" All the girls exclaim at once.

"I keep telling ya Aph," Aunty Katelyn says, "your Iced Tea is delicious."

"Not as good as Nana's, but good nonetheless." Zane says.

"Whose Nana?" Uraraka asks him.

"My wife." He replies, a little sadly.

"Hey guys?..." Lucinda asks.

"Is that... a vortex?" Dad questions, staring behind us.

We all turn.

A large, purple and black vortex, like the one we arrived in, is swirling there.

A man comes out, with pale skin, white hair, and... hands all over him?? He's followed by a guy surrounded in black mist, a blond girl with knives, and a black haired guy who looks like he's had too many stitches in his life.

"It's the League of Villians!" Midoriya exclaims.

"At least half of it..." Todoroki corrects.

The white haired guy laughs.

"What a warm welcome," he laughs dryly. He has hands all over him. I'm calling him Hands for now.

"What are you doing here?" Aizawa steps forward.

"We heard you had new friends, and came to meet them!" The blond giggles, jumping up and down excitedly, "I already see some new people!" She sounds kind of crazy...

"Wolf quirks, interesting..." the stitches guy says, "I wonder if you'll chase a ball." I'm going to call him Patch

"Don't be fooled, they're wolves, not dogs." The mist guy says. Misty it is.

"You have no buisness with us. Leave." Aizawa says.

"Well, we could... but I figure... why not break the number one hero before killing him?" Hands starts laughing maniacally, "Kurogiri!"

Black vortexes appear under us, some of us. Including me and Arnoux.

We fall through, and people start yelling.

I land on the ground with an oof, and Arnoux lands on top of me.

"Arnoux! Get off!" I exclaim, pushing him.

"Sorry!" He exclaims, quickly standing and helping me up.

I look around. Mom, Dad, and Kaiya, are lying around us, along with our classmates Midoriya, Bakugo, Todoroki, and Asui.

"Ow! What the hell is their problem?!" Taiya exclaims, standing up.

"Where are we?" Dad asks, standing and helping Mom up.

"I recognize this alleyway." Midoriya says, standing up. He's right, we are in an alleyway.

"...I do too." Todoroki says, not needing to stand because (of course) he landed on his feet. Fricken show off.

"Then where the hell are we?" Bakugo demands.

"Hosu City. This is where... Iida, Todoroki, and I, encountered Stain... we're in Hosu City." Midoriya says.

"The Hero Killer?" Asui asks, "I thought you encountered him outside the alleyway."

"That's the story we agreed to." Todoroki says.

"What, so you're saying that stuff about Endeavor taking care of things is a lie?" Bakugo asks.

"My old man wasn't even present for the fight." Todoroki replies.

"Geez, you're a bunch of chatter boxes." Someone says. We all look around, and out of the shadows, comes Patches and Psycho Girl.

"Ooh! It's my friend Tsu!" Psycho Girl cheers, "Hiya!"

"I'm not your friend! You attacked us!" Asui exclaims.

"Oh, pooh! I thought I was! Well, never mind then." She sighs, but then her eyes lock on Midoriya. "Ooh hi Izuku~kun!"

Midoriya blinks.

"That's enough Toga. We're here to kill them, not make friends." Patches says.

"Your no fun Dabi, can I at least keep those werewolf boys? They're cute!" Psycho replies.

"Huh?" I tilt my head, "Are you talking about us?" I gesture to myself and Arnoux.

"Fine, as long you can incapacitate them until the others are dead." Patches replies.

"Yay!" She draws a knife, and giggles.

Dad growls, getting in a defensive stance, and Mom does the same. I glance at Arnoux. His bandanna is on.

"You're making a mistake messing with us." Bakugo threatens, explosions appearing in his hand.

"I must agree with Bakugo for once." Todoroki nods, standing straight.

"Ready Midoriya?" Asui asks.

Midoriya nods, starting to spark green.

"Ameri? Arnoux?" She glances at us.

"Psycho isn't getting us without a fight." Arnoux replies, making fists.

"That little bitch ain't getting near you with us around." Taiya says. Mom and Dad nod.

Mom blinks, and I could've sworn I saw her eyes flash white for a moment.

"Enough chat." Patches says, before fire appears in his hand. Psycho runs towards us, giggling.

"My names Himiko Toga!" She giggles, thrusting her knife at me, which I dodge, "I assume your Ameri and Arnoux, right? Tomoura has told us so much about you! You're both really cute, y'know?"

She slashes at Arnoux, who jumps above and kicks her, using her face as a spring to flip back. I whistle in amazement.

"Back off Psycho, those are my brothers!" Taiya runs over, punching Toga in the face. She stumbles back.

"Your their sister? Ooh! A nee friend! We can be besties!" Toga squeals.

"What the hell is she talking about?" Arnoux asks.

"Not sure, I think she's crazy." I say.

"Thanks Captain Obvious." He retorts, attacking from behind.

"Ow! I don't wanna die! Twice help!" Toga squeals.

"Twice?" I ask.

"You got it!" Someone yells from above.

"No way!" Another person exclaims from the same place.

Suddenly, clones of Toga appear, attacking.

"Hehe! Thanks!" Toga cheers, giggling again.

We split up, and each take one.

"A little help over here!" Asui yells, playing keep-away with a Patches clone. The others are doing the same.

That small distraction is enough, especially since I almost got sliced in half by the Toga clone.

Mom pushed me out of the way, ducking under the hit.

"Thanks Mom..." I mumble.

"Go help your friends." She says. I nod, Arnoux does the same with Dad, and we run over to our class mates.

"I'm coming Asui!" Arnoux calls, running over.

"I told you to call me Tsu!" She replies.

I look over, and it looks Todoroki is struggling. I run over to him, and just as he's about to get toasted, bounce off some of his left over ice, kicking the clone away.

"I had it under control, but thanks..." he grumbles.

"Looking about to get toasted doesn't seem like having it under control, but whatever helps you sleep at night I guess." I reply.

"Incoming!" Midoriya shouts, punching his clone, as it comes flying towards us.

I glance around, a split second plan forming in my head.

The clone comes flying towards us, I run towards it, and jump up, bounce off of it, and land a solid kick on the back of the other clones head (the not flying one). It turns to sludge the same time as the flying one.

"Ew!" I exclaim, slipping and landing in the sludge.

Blue fire shoots towards us. Ice starts forming from Todoroki, but it's not fast enough.

I... was hoping to keep my own magic secret a little bit longer, but...

Everything seems to slow down, as I hold my hands out, focusing on energy flowing out of them, imagining a shield in front of me, surrounding Todoroki and I.

My eyes turn glowing white, and the fire slams into a glowing barrier.

"What the hell?!" Bakugo exclaims.

"Is that Ameri?!" Midoriya exclaims.

"His eyes are glowing!" Tsu exclaims.

"How are you doing that?!" Todoroki exclaims.

"Good job Ameri!" Arnoux cheers.

The fire suddenly ends, and I stop the barrier, panting. My eyes return to their original colour, as I fall to one knee.

"Holy shit, what the hell?!" Bakugo exclaims.

"Good job Bro!" Arnoux cheers, turning the clone he was fighting to sludge, and running over.

"How did you..." Midoriya trails off.

"Ameri!" Mom runs over, and catches me as I fall over, "You overdid it! We've talked about this!" 

"Sorry... first time using it in a battle..." I mumble, "I panicked."

Ice shoots behind us, and Todoroki runs over.

"What was that?" He questions, sounding calm, though his face conveyed confusion, worry, and panic.

"Magic... barrier..." I say sleepily.

"He overdid it, used up too much energy." Mom says, "We have to get out of here." My eyes start close.

"We can't, there's too many clones." Arnoux says.

"I can carry him with my tongue and get out, ribbit." I hear Tsu say.

Then I black out.

su sticks her tongue out, and picks up Ameri with it. She runs towards the wall, and starts climbing up it.

I silently pray to Irene that they'll be okay, and turn my attention to the fight.

There's way too many clones by now, we can't fight them all.

"How are we supposed to fight them all?!" Taiya yells.

"Blow them up with a huge explosion!" Bakugo screams back.

"That'll kill us too dumbass!" She retorts.

"I... have an idea..." I mutter. Mom looks at me.

"If you take that bandanna off, your grounded." She threatens.

"How else are we supposed to get out of here?!" I exclaim, turning to her.

"What's wrong? Why can't he take the bandanna off?" Todoroki asks.

"Arnoux, there's a reason we gave you that bandanna and teach you to control your anger." Mom says, "You might kill someone!"

"What are you arguing about?! This isn't the time!" Dad yells.

"Your son wants to take his bandanna off!" Mom yells back.

"What?!" Dad runs over, and stares at me. His eyes are still black.

"I know it's a bad idea, but if we warn them-"

"And how do we do that without alerting the villians too?!" Mom interrupts me.

"I understand you want to help your friends, but it's too risky." Dad says.

"You need everyone to close their eyes right? Do they have to close their eyes, or just have Arnoux blocked from their sight?" Todoroki asks.

"Just be unable to see him." Mom says.

"I can put ice in front of them to stop them from seeing him. But it'll have to be quick, one of these villians has a fire quirk." He offers.

My parents are both quiet.

"Fine." Dad nods.

"Are you sure?" Mom asks. Dad nods.

"Just don't make eye contact." I tell him. He nods, and puts his right hand down.

Ice shoots up, in front of everyone, blocking them from the villians. I take my bandanna off.

The clones back up, and then look at me.

And they all explode into sludge at once, except for two. Toga and Dabi.

Toga screams, and callapses on the ground. Dabi runs over, concerned for his ally I guess.

"Kurogiri, get us out of here. Something happened to Toga." He says into a walkie-talkie thing.

The ice explodes, revealing a pissed of Bakugo. Taiya climbs over her chunk. Midoriya's section crumbles, revealing Broccoli Boy standing there panting.

"Get back here!" Bakugo yells at them, as a portal opens, Dabi runs into it, and it closes.

"They got away!" Taiya groans.

"What the hell Icyhot?!" Bakugo turns on Todoroki, "You let them get away! I didn't need your stupid ice!"

"I... have to agree with Kacchan on this one." Midoriya says, "Todoroki, why did you throw up that ice in front of us? I appreciate the thought, but..."

"Just helping." Todoroki replies monotonely.

I look down at my hands, as I realize what happened.

Even... even if she is a villian...

Toga...

I think I might've killed her.

My breathing grows unsteady and rapid, the others notice.

"Arnoux! What's happening?!" Taiya exclaims.

"That scream... that was Toga, did Arnoux do something?" Midoriya suddenly.

Dad is by my side instantly, trying to calm me down.

I can't hear what their saying.

I feel like I'm suffocating, even though I can breathe.

I...

I just...

Killed someone.
