Adam turned his head slightly, groaning, a hand clamped onto his arm instantly. His eyes remaining shut, Felicia got up, sitting on the bed beside him. She gently touched his cheek, making him pulled away, she hesitated before she tried again. But this time, let her thumb caress his cheek. Adam didn't move, he didn't speak nor try to open his eyes, he just felt something warm and nice touching his cheek.

"A-Adam." She mumbled to him, tears in her eyes when he still wouldn't respond to her, he just laid there, not moving nor speaking. She bit her bottom lip. "You're okay, you're safe now. Can you please talk to me?" Adam didn't respond, she pulled her hand away, only to get him to instantly weakly push his cheek back in her hand. She smiled, rubbing his cheek again. She leaned down, getting closer to him. "Can you open your eyes please?" Adam's eyes cracked open, showing his chocolate brown eyes. She smiled but lost it when she could see the distant look in his eyes. She leaned over him, taking up his field of view, she kisses his forehead.

"How are you feeling, sweetie?" She asked him. Adam's eyes started to close again, his blank stare starting to worry her. "Adam." His eyes look at her. "Adam, it's me. Felicia. Come on, stop.....stop messing with me, this isn't funny." Adam's eyes closed, she felt him relax, he falls back to sleep, tears go down her cheeks, she wipes them away but rests down her head on his shoulder, gripping the blankets. 'No, he's still in there. I know he is. I just gonna find him.' She thought. She felt a hand touch her back, she flinched but relaxed seeing Jason beside her.

"You okay?" He asked. She nodded, not looking at him. He turned her head to him, wiping her tears off her cheeks and from her eyes. She smiled a bit, appreciating it but loses her smile when she looked back at Adam.

"He woke up but....but he just—"

"What he acting like what Miranda said he might?" He asked. Felicia nodded.

"He can still be saved, he isn't too far gone like she and Seto say he is. Which is why, I-I want to take him away from here, I want to help him feel like himself again. But I don't know how." She said.

"There is a lot of stuff you can do." Sky said from the doorway. They look at him. Sky walked up to her, he looked at Adam and back at her. "Remove him from the toxic environment into a new and fresh one. He isn't going to be able to do a lot of things like he could have done before this. You need to be patient with him. The mind control spell has had a very heavy effect on his mind and not in a good way. It will take time for him to be himself again, a very long time." Felicia looked at Adam, she touched his hand.

"I know and I was hoping that you all were wrong and he would wake up like his old self." She said. Jason shakes his head, he looked at Adam and then back at Sky, at Adam, and then at Sky.

"That's it," Jason mumbled. Sky looked at Jason.

"What's it?"

"I know how you can get close to the Squid King without being detected and not only that, you would help repair Adam's damaged reputation among the citizens. You get what I am saying?" Jason asked. Sky stared at Jason, not understanding at all. Jason sighed. "You act like Adam, dress like him and be him and when the moment is right, you kill the Squid King disguised as Adam Skylen." Sky looked at Adam.

"One problem, no wait, two problems. My eyes are a big giveaway since I have yellow eyes and he has red eyes when he was under the spell. And second, I don't know how Adam treated others in the Kingdom." Sky said.

"Seto can change your eye color, and last time I checked, you are great at acting and wingin' it," Jason said. Felicia looked at Sky.

"But you do look and sound a lot like Adam. You just don't dress like him, that can be easily fixed." She said. Sky looked at Jason.

"Jason—" Jason crosses his arms at Sky.

"I always follow your insane plans, so it is your turn this time," Jason said. Sky looked at Adam.

"Okay, how am I gonna look like him because I'm not switching clothes with him." Sky said.

"No, you aren't, that would be way too much effort," Jason said. Sky looked at Jason.

"Than where else?" Sky asked. Jason walked over to Adam, he took off Adam's red amulet.

"Well, you'll need this since yours is purple," Jason said. He put his hand out to Sky. "Give it." Sky looked at Jason's hand.

"Really?"

"Yes really. Give it to me now." Jason said. Sky took off his amulet, taking Adam's from Jason and putting it on. Jason puts Sky's on the nightstand. Jason takes the fingerless red gloves off the nightstand. "These are his, give me yours and put these on." Sky took off his gloves, slipping on the red fingerless cloth ones. Jason puts Sky's on the nightstand. Jason looked at him. "Your wedding ring." Sky looked at Jason.

"No."

"Adam isn't married, you are....you still are right? I mean, Alesa—" Sky took it off, giving it to Jason. 

"Whatever will get you to stop bringing her up, here." Sky said looking away. Jason looked at the ring and back at Sky.

"Sky, did something happen between you and Alesa that I don't know about?" Jason asked Sky. Sky hesitated, not looking at either of them. Felicia stood, about to touch Sky but he pulled away.

"I don't want to talk about it, don't touch me." Sky said. Felicia shakes her head

"You're hurting and it will make you feel better if you just talk—"

"I'm fine." Sky interrupted her. "I don't need help, I-I don't need to talk to anyone about it, I'm fine."

"You know that is what I told myself all the time back home since I felt like what happened to Melissa was all my fault. And once I came here, once I got to talk with the Inshire version of Mel I felt better. And you won't feel any better if you don't talk to someone." Jason said. Sky stared at Jason.

"She didn't want me to come here. And no offense Jason, no offense to any of my friends that are here, I only came here to get Mason back home." Sky said. Jason shrugs his shoulders.

"It's a parent's job to protect their child. I get it, but I can tell you aren't telling me everything—"

"So what if I'm not?" Sky snapped. Sky leaned against the wall. "Just leave it alone Jason. I don't want to talk about this anymore." Jason grabbed Felicia's arm when she got closer, he pulled her away.

"Don't, Sky's stubborn. If he doesn't want to talk, then he won't no matter what you try." Jason said to her. She looked at him.

"He's hurting a lot on multiple fronts—"

"He's standing right here and hearing everything." Sky said. Felicia looked at Sky.

"You know, keeping all this hurt and sadness inside you for so long is only make you feel worse inside the more you pile onto it," Felicia said. She turned her attention back to her boyfriend, sitting back down on the chair beside Adam. Silence overtook them for a few moments till Jason broke it, looking back at Sky.

"Come on, let's find you some clothes that match Adam's," Jason said before he pushed Sky out of the room with him following.

"How is he?" Jessica asked. The doctor removed his hand from Dan's forehead, frowning which only made her more worried.

"He's...He is getting better, just slowly. Must be the spell's effect on him, makes his recovery slower." He said.

"He'll be okay, right?" Jessica asked. The doctor nodded.

"Yes, Dan will be fine, just needs some rest and hopefully he'll wake up soon." The doctor said. Jessica nodded.

"Okay, that's good." She said her eyes look back at Dan, the doctor rested the cold towel back on Dan's forehead. He looked at Jessica, going back to Dan.

"Calm down, Jessica. Dan has taken harder hits than this. He isn't in any pain or anything like that. His body has recovered fully from the attack, it's whatever spell that James cast on him that is causing this now. And until either of the Setos that we have here recover from their injuries, he'll probably stay asleep." The doctor said.  Jessica nodded.

"Okay, that's good to know. And great to here. But what did Seto do to himself? I mean...Inshire Seto. He wasn't hurt last time I saw him." She said.

"He damaged his hands and almost used up all his mana, which would have killed him if he did, trying to bring Dan's pulse back—"

"Wait," Jessica said stopping him. "Seto almost died when he brought Dan back?" The doctor nodded.

"Yeah, why is that weird to hear?" He asked. Jessica looked away. 'Because everyone hated on Seto for so long and I thought that he.....I thought the good in him for others was gone because of it. But I guess it is nice to know Seto still cares about us even with the hell we put him through.' She thought. The doctor stood. "I have to go check on Ian and Adam, yell if something happens." Jessica nodded and then left. Jessica looked at Dan, she opened the door, seeing Ashely and Melissa.

"Ash." She said. They both stop. "Can you keep an eye on Dan for me? I have to go do something real quick."

"Sure. What did the doctor say?" Ashley asked going into the room, Melissa coming in as well.

"He'll be fine in a few days. I'll be right back." Jessica said before she left, she walked down the hallway. She went into the infirmary, she saw Ty not on his bed anymore. She went over to him. "Nice to see you are up." Ty looked at her, staring at her, he put his hand on her forehead.

"Are you feeling okay?" He asked. Jessica gently pushed his hand away.

"Why?"

"You are being nice, no offense, but you are—"

"Ty."

"I'm sorry. But that is the truth. Since you all split off the Star Resistance, you turned....mean." Ty said. Jessica smiled a bit.

"Oh come on, how can I be mean to you when you are basically like Jerome? A sweetheart." Jessica said. Ty chuckled.

"We are talking about Inshire Jerome, right? Because his counterpart is anything but that." Ty said. Jessica nodded.

"Duh." She said making Ty smile. She loses her smile. "But seriously, Melissa told us how much splitting off from you all hurt you and you—"

"I'm fine," Ty said. Jessica shakes her head.

"Don't pull that bullsh*t with me, Ty. I'm not buying it." She said. Ty sat on the bed.

"You all leaving did hurt but what hurt more was you all didn't even hesitate....to...to blame me for Jason's death. You all weren't there. And you didn't hesitate to point fi-fingers a-at me." Ty said shakily. Ty looked at the floor. "You all didn't care, you only cared about Jason and I do too but.....you didn't ask what happened, you didn't ask me if I was okay, you all just pointed your finger at me and bl-blamed me for the death o-of my best fr-friend." Ty wiped his watery eyes. "But i-it's fine. You all j-just used me a-as a scapegoat. I-I get it—"

"I'm sorry about that." She said. Ty didn't respond, she touched his arm, he pulled away. "Mitchell and Melissa were still there for you, right?" Ty nodded. Jeffrey crawled into Ty's lap making them both smile. Ty scratched behind the piglet's ear.

"Yeah and this adorable little guy as well," Ty said.

"That's Jason's, right?" Jessica asked. Ty nodded. She looked at Jeffrey. "Do you know where Seto is? Our Seto, not the Minecraftia one. I want to talk to him."

"I don't know, you know he never likes being in one place for very long," Ty said. Jessica sighed.

"I'm aware of that and he is irritating that way," Jessica said. Ty smiled a bit, Jeffrey curling up in his lap and falling asleep as Ty petted him.
