Nico woke up from his dream with a start, wondering what it meant. It was particularly unsettling as he normally doesn't dream, much less about the sea. He chalked it up to nerves as today was finally the day, looking down he saw that he still had ten hours to go, sighing he went downstairs to join his family for breakfast.

"Good morning," his mother, Maria, greeted and smiled, as she was finishing up cooking.

"Morning mom," he said.

"So today's the day," Bianca said, grinning, as she walked up behind them.

"Yeah," Nico said going pale.

"Don't worry sweetie it will be fine," his mother said.

"What your mother said," his father, Hades contributed to the conversation, looking up from the newspaper he was reading.

"I know, thanks guys," Nico said.

"So what do you plan to do today?" His mum asked.

"Stay in bed and avoid everything," Nico replied.

"That won't work you know, then she might just fall from the ceiling somehow," Bianca chimed in.

"That would be lovely," Nico replied.

"Definitely," Bianca said with a laugh imagining it, a very surprised looking girl falling onto her brothers bed would be completely amusing.

Finishing up his breakfast Nico went up to his room and laid facedown on his bed waiting until girls would start raining down from the ceiling, chuckling a little.

Nico was still lying on his bed having only moved when he was called down to eat lunch with the rest of his family. There was also the fact that now he was lying looking up at the ceiling. While in that position he heard the doorbell ring and thought nothing if it. That is until ten minutes later when the door to his bedroom opened and in walked his sister, Hazel, and her soulmate, Leo. "Get ready to go," Leo said.

"I don't feel like going anywhere," Nico replied.

"Too bad you're coming with us even if I have to throw you over my shoulder and carry you out."

"Where do you plan on kidnapping me to anyway?"

"The Grace house they're throwing a huge party since their dad and Hera are out of town."

"And why do I have to go?"

"Because Thalia wants to see you and Lou will be there too."

"I guess I might."

"Good now get ready," Hazel said finally chiming in. Then the two soulmates left the room so Nico could dress more appropriately for a party rather than the black basketball shorts and the Pierce the Veil shirt he was wearing. So he changed into a pair of black skinnys, with a white under shirt that had a black button up over it, his all black converse, and a slim silver necklace with his skull ring of course.

"Ready to go," he said as he walked out of his room and downstairs.

"Awesome and nice outfit bro," Hazel said when she saw him.

"Thanks," he replied. Then Bianca joined them and they were off to the Grace house.

"Well you ready to meet the girl of your dreams, how much longer do you have?" Leo asked.

Nico looked down at his arm and saw 0:0:0:0:0:56:32:13 and he replied, "A little less than an hour."

"Really? So you'll meet her at the party and not that long into it either," Hazel smiled.

"Yeah he's so lucky and as are you Haze," Bianca said, looking down at her own arm which read 4:1:3:36:2:15:01:08. "I still have to wait forever."

"Not that long only four years more," Nico told her glancing at her arm as well.

"Yeah I guess," she replied as they pulled up to the house.

"Well ready to go meet your future lover Nico?" Hazel teased.

"Of course," Nico sighed, secretly terrified.

Walking up to the house Nico could see that it was already packed and could even hear the music. There was no way the police were not going to show up tonight he thought cynically. Going in only helped to reaffirm his suspicion.

"Nico!" he barely heard someone shouting over the music, turning his head he saw Lou who was standing with Thalia and so after saying goodbye to his sisters and Leo who told him to call them once he was acquainted with his soulmate, he walked over to the the two punk rock looking girls.

"Hey guys," he greeted.

"Hi," Thalia greeted with a slight smile, while Lou just nodded.

"Where's Luke?" Nico questioned, referring to her soulmate.

"He's sick," she said scrunching up her nose.

"Oh that's too bad," Nico said.

"Yep," Thalia replied.

They kept up the small chat for a long time and Nico completely forgot what was supposed to happen tonight. That is until he looked down at his arm and freaked out. It read: 0:0:0:0:0:2:10:98.

"Um I think I'm going to go outside and get some air," he said trying to calm down.

"Why? What's wrong?" Thalia asked.

"Nothing," Nico said trying to regain his composure.

"It's definitely something," Lou said and then realized something. She snatched up his arm and saw 0:0:0:0:0:1:37:74. "Oh my gods," she said and got paler for his sake.

"What?" Thalia questioned not liking that she was left out. Grabbing his arm she saw that it was now 0:0:0:0:0:1:05:03. She had basically the opposite reaction to Lou. In fact she did something Nico had never known her to do, she squealed.

Before they could say anything else Nico spun on his heel and started hurrying outside, although it would take a while as he had to get through the huge crowd now blocking the way to the door.
