Nico's P.O.V.

I walked away from a very shocked Percy. I felt so relieved to get that off my chest, I feel calmer now. I guess I still need to go to the infirmary. I slowly started walking over, and then I saw my sister sat at a table looking upset. I should go check on her, but my chest hurts I should go to the infirmary, plus Frank is with her, what am I thinking shut up brain Hazel needs me.

I ignored the pain and walked over to them, and sat down at the table. Now I had never been a big hugger but I put my arm on her shoulder. "Hey Haze, how you holding up? You didn't get injured did you?" I asked her with concern in my voice, scanning her body for injuries. "No I'm okay, and so is Frank, it's just I really miss Leo... I failed him, just like I did his grandfather..." she said with tears in her golden eyes.

"Sis you didn't fail him, he chose to sacrifice himself to save us all, and you didn't fail his grandfather either. He was a hero, and heroes make sacrifices, but it is not your fault at all." I said and hugged her.

"Nico's right Hazel you are not to blame for his death and nothing you could have done would have stopped him, he was too stubborn and cared about everybody too much to not give it his all." said Frank.

"You're right, but it doesn't mean I won't miss him." she said bittersweetly. "I know we all will sis." I responded, then gasped in pain, and crouched over trying to catch my breath.

"Neeks are you okay?" Asked Hazel and she gently held my arm. "Nico what's wrong?" Asked Frank.

"I'm fine don't worry, just a little sore from the war." I said a grimanced.

"You should probably go to the infirmary." Said Hazel. "I know I know, Will already said I should but I'm fine, I just need to sleep." "But Nico..." Said Hazel. "Seriously I'm fine!" I grumble frustrated and in pain. Maybe if I say it enough times it'll become true. "I'm going to my cabin to sleep." I said, and I quickly stood up.

We started to walk over to my Cabin when I suddenly found it hard to breathe. "Hey Neeks you ok?" asked Hazel. My vision went blurry, and I clutched my chest and fell to the ground in agony.

"NICO!!!" yelled Hazel. "Somebody help!!!" I felt my body fading into shadows quickly. I can hear panicked voices all around me but I can't focus on anyone all I feel is pain. I just want the pain to stop.

Black spots danced across my vision and I convulsed on the ground in pain.

Then I saw a beautiful pair of blue eyes. Will! "Nico, You Idiot, Stay Awake! Don't Give up! Nico Stay Awake." he yelled. "I'm sorry," I muttered.

As everything faded into darkness I only remember seeing the panicking face of Will.
