None of the adults were sure what to say. Blake was very mature during the discussion, making them believe that he was a very good thing for Leo. Leo however stayed quiet to try and ease some of his anxiety from the situation.

It was clear that the two teenagers soothed and comforted one another. They were also best friends on top of being a couple. Friendship is what led to their love. It wasn't instantaneous, but more like a gradual growth of love.

The two boys desperately held each other's hands. While Blake acted calm in front of their parents he was actually very scared. Losing Leo like this was one of his greatest fears. It just took one wrong desicion to shatter both the boys' hopes.

The room was eerily silent. Leo figured that their parents must be communicating their desicion by thought because none of them were speaking a word. He didn't dare listen in. His stomach was churning far too much and if he heard the wrong thing he might get sick or very emotional.

Blake kept a good pokerface. He didn't want to let the adults sense his fear. On the inside however the flame boy was absolutely petrified. He couldn't imagine himself without Leo in his life.

They grew up with only having each other. That was the way Blake liked it. They couldn't tear them apart now; not after they've been through so much together. The boys dependence on each other was too strong. They relied on each other too much. To separate them now would be devastating.

To say the boys were close was an understatement. They were like family to each other. If they could only live on the planet with one other person they would pick each other. Their bond was unbreakable and was about to be put to the ultimate test.

All four adults looked at the boys. Leo was obviously stressing but was comforted by Blake. The flame boy looked calm as he soothed his lover. How anyone could even think of separating such a sweet relationship was baffling.

"The desicion has been made." Finn spoke, breaking the horrid silence in the room.

Both of the teenagers attention instantly went to their parents. Each second that passed felt like knifes being pressed against their skin until finally it breaks it and enters the body. They wanted it to be over with quickly.

"As you know the rule states that Leo may not partake in romantic relationships of any kind until the age of eighteen. However, seeing as though you two seem to be very reliant on each other there will be a revision to the rule. The relationship will be allowed as long as there are no signs of physical intimacy. If this revision is not followed then, and only then, will you be separated until the age of eighteen." Gumball explained, earning a shocked look from both of the boys.

They hugged each other tightly before hugging their parents, being grateful about the decision that was made. Now all they had to do was follow the rules.
