"Sir. Are you okay?" A nurse asked as I stared at the floor. I felt light headed. I looked up at the older women and then around the hall.

"Uh" I mumbled

"Sir?" she asked again.

"Sorry. Can you, um walk me to the waiting room? Or at least point me in that direction?" I asked as my mind just kept repeating that sentence. 

"Sure. This way. Are you are okay though?" She asked as she walked next to me.

"Yeah I'm fine. Its just my girlfriend isn't so well." I said as I continued to stare at the floor.

"Well I bet she will pull through whatever she is here for" The older nurse said. "What's your girlfriends name?" She asked.

"Well she's my ex girlfriend but her names Sienna." I said as I looked over at the nurse.

"Oh my. I know her. I saw her just the other week. She came in an ambulance unconscious. I thought she left though?" The nurse stated.

"She did but she is back."

"Oh"

"Yeah well I better go and see if anything new has happened." I said as I waved good by to her and walked back over to Bret. He was alone.

"Bret where is everyone?" I asked.

"Well Luke went off to the bathroom the Dr. was paged, and Sienna's Dad just showed up. So Danny and him went outside to talk or argue." He said as he leaned back in the chair trying to get comfortable.

"Any knew news on Sienna?" I asked as I sat down next to him.

"Sadly no. You would think we have heard something by now but no." He said as he stared at the celling. I could tell he was exhausted from the day.

"How's things at home?" I asked. Bret didn't have a good home life. Parents always fighting and an aggressive dad.

"I believe I haven't slept more than 10-15 hours in the last week... Ive been sleeping at Sienna's or in my car. When ever I was at Sienna's I was paranoid about her so I would check on her more than a few times a night." he said as he closed his eyes.

"Im sorry you had to do that" I said. I should have been the one there to watch and make sure she was okay.

"No its fine I've been through worse. Plus I was just being a good friend." He said.

"Yeah a really good friend" I mumbled. "I should tell you something." I said as I held my phone out showing him the call history. He looked up at my words and then down at my phone. I watched as his face contorted into confusion.

"Sienna called 5 minutes ago? But that isn't possible" he asked.

"I know. She wasn't the one to call of course. It was some guy." I said as I stared down at the phone.

"What did he say?" 

"That he was going to take Sienna away from me." I stated as I looked over at him "He said he was the one that caused her to get hurt."

"What?" He said well more like yelled "Do you have any idea who he is"

"No" I have no idea who he was or is. "Bret I cant let him take her. I've already lost her once I cant risk losing her again. I might have already from this accident. What if she doesn't wake up? Ill lose her forever!" My voice was shaky and I felt so weak. I felt like everything in me dying. I felt guilty, scared, and lost. I couldn't go on without Sienna. I just couldn't.
