but of course, things wouldn't be that easy.

brendon got up and ran full force onto ryan.

"what the fuck, brendon! you just tackled me!" brendon pinned ryan's arms up above his head.

"tell me who it is ryan." ryan squirmed under brendon.

"let me go!" brendon let go and ryan stood up facing brendon as he stood up along with ryan.

"tell me!" ryan held his ground.

"please! i-i-i just can't understand why y-you won't tell me!"

ryan broke. his emotions were mixed with anger, sadness, and most of all, hopelessness.

"fine! it's you! is that what you wanted to hear? that you broke me? and i like you now? not dallon? well, you got what you wanted then." he broke. he broke down, fell on the floor and sobbed. the tears fell freely.

"rya-"

"s-st-stop. you ru-ruined m-me. i-i-i shouldn't have said anything in the f-first place. i-i-i shouldn't have mentioned it i-if i k-knew it w-would be this bad."

"ryan! shut up!"

ryan looked up at brendon. silently sobbing.

"i-i like you too," he smiled. he lay down on top of ryan, smiling. he wiped his tears with his thumb.

ryan laughed at how cliché this was.

"kiss me you animal."

brendon obliged, and connected our lips. ryan moved in sync with his lips. it was the perfect passionate kiss. it was gentle, then hard and desperate for love.

they pulled away and brendon leaned his head on ryan's. he smiled.

he's my sun. the brightest thing in my world.
