Don’t get me wrong. I absolutely love Wattpad. And I would give my life to protect the creators and staff of Wattpad. And of course if you have been reading my previous post, by now you do realize that I am exaggerating a bit on this one. So anyway, moving on.

I had saved on my reading list a, you know, reviews of other Wattpaders about books that they had read. Aside from the reviews of the stories and its grammar, they would also point out the spacing, the quotation marks and the Bold and Italics of sentences. Now, that got me thinking. Some readers were really THAT keen when it comes to reviews. They could notice a misplaced comma, a not-complete-italic/bold-letter-sentences, and a *gasp!* the forgotten space between a period and the first word of the following sentence.

So my problem is this: Hindi nag-rereflect ang bold/italic sentences ko ng buo! How will I explain this? Okay. If I typed the whole paragraph with an italic font, after I saved it only the first sentence or line would be italicized/italized or whatever the proper term is. The remaining sentences would remain with the normal font. This is like a huge problem! This is tantamount to the end of the world! If the grammar Nazis would find this out, they will not only butcher me due to my numerous error in grammar, they would also resort to tongue lashing me with the incomplete Bold/Italic sentences. Oh the horror! The pain! The agony!

Okay, enough with the theatrics. Seriously though, I am a huge fan of my own work; because basically I AM THE ONLY FAN OF MY WORK. LOL. So love your own, right? And it bothers me a lot to see the missing bold and italic fonts whenever I re-read my stories in my mobile app. And it’s not only in my stories. I also noticed the same problem when I read other stories where the writer’s uses bold fonts whenever they write a dialogue. The thing is, why does no one else notices it? Is it because I am that much of a dorky OC that I notice everything?

Another thing is, since I updated my mobile APP to version 4.10.2, there were a lot of issues I encountered like not receiving any notifications for new messages. And as I type this rant, I am receiving ten notifications that I have a new message, of which those messages I have already read five hours ago!

What gives Wattpad? I love you to the point that I would give you my blood if you needed a blood transfusion. But to be fair, Wattpad HQ is really prompt with addressing the issues that we report to them. Like any perfectly sane and normal Wattpader I have sent a ticket to their helpdesk and they were nice enough to make a reply. I know they will fix this bug. I just want to make a rant to verbalize my feelings. HAHAHA. Peace!!!

Yes, I know. I am ranting over trivial things. I should be ranting about stuff like the unsolved PDAF case, or the unexplained wealth of some of our Officials. And I will! Oh you just wait, you good for nothing parasites! I will be dedicating a whole page for you one of these days!  How dare you do this to those ordinary people who had worked their butts off to earn decent salary, get deducted by tax and for what? For you to have something to steal? Oh c’mon! Is that what you are teaching your children? To lie, cheat and steal? Your greed will be everyone’s downfall!

Inhale. Exhale. PinkAngel, calm down. I’m okay. I’m good.

So, back to the original topic. I know Wattpad can fix this bug. If only I can also fix the bug in our country.
