Part II: Am I *gasp!* a stalker? A stalker? A STALKER?!
So where were we? Ah. I remember now. Yesterday, I wrote about stuff why I might be a follower. So here is the second part of the “Am I *gasp!* a stalker? A stalker? A STALKER?!”
11. You are crazy over the color PINK. I wasn’t a pink lover before –I was more of a blue girl who’s drawn to the darker shade of blue (Hey, I think I can use that as a title of a story, don’t you think?) until a life altering incident happened and the pink light welcomed me in its embrace. Now, I’m a pink girl. My pen is pink. My rosary is pink. My comb is pink. My freaking room is drowning with total pinkness. Yes, I know. It’s disgusting, it’s girly, it’s pink, and it’s sooo… Elle Woods!
12. You know who Hoku is and you dance around whenever her song PERFECT DAY plays on your ipod.
13. You are an obsessed reader and have an obsession with books and that you are very much obsessed in finishing a book within one sitting. I love books, I seriously do. Back in my old working place, I was the only one who loves reading books and, you know, I’m dying to talk with someone with the same obsession –I meant passion –with reading books. Magically one day, someone came into our department who was also an avid reader! And she goes “OH! You like reading books? Have you read Hush Hush? And oh, you might like Sylvia Day” and I go “We’re, like, kindred spirits! Have you tried reading Blue Bloods? Is Sylvia Day as good as E.L. James or way better?” Unfortunately, she had to transfer to another dep’t and we seldom get to talk since she became so busy there. And so I needed to find someone who shares the same interest that I have for books. So I did what most sane older Sister would do: I forced Brother to read Percy Jackson. And he did. It turned out he liked Percy Jackson. And so I have someone to talk about books with. Problem was our talks revolve around Percy, Greek mythologies, Percy, Roman mythologies and Percy.
14. You find talking to yourself therapeutic. I won’t judge you –I talk to myself most of the time, lol.
15. You like catchy dialogues and lines and sometime quote a line straight from a book or movie. Sometimes I wish all Movie channels have subtitles, like you know, in star movies? Coz I like reading catchy dialogues like:
a. “My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions and loyal servant to the TRUE emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next.” –from Gladiator
b. “The general who became a slave. The slave who became a gladiator. The gladiator who defied an emperor. Striking story! But now, the people want to know how the story ends. Only a famous death will do. And what could be more glorious than to challenge the Emperor himself in the great arena?” –Commodus to Maximus from Gladiator.
c. “Chinever moko, noh!” Zanjoe to Bea. “Chinever mo rin ako! Chinever natin ang isa’t isa!” Bea to Zanjoe in 24/7 in love (Natatawa ako tuwing maaalala ko ito, lol)
d. “I love life, even when bad things happen to me. I can't stop loving it. Every season of the year comes with a promise that something wonderful is going to happen to me someday.” –from Something Wonderful by Judith Mcnaught.
e. “Savvy?” –Captain Jack Sparrow (Yep, only one word from the captain and I went “I’m Yours!”)
There are, like, thousands of other quotes and lines that I like but if sinulat ko pa sila e baka abutin tayo ng siyam-siyam.
16. You have watched MEAN GIRLS many times and you’re not losing hope that Lindsay Lohan is not beyond redemption.
17. You know who Judith Mcnaught and Kresley Cole are. Judith Mcnaught is my queen and Kresley Cole is the goddess I worship and I want to be their little sister! (You do know that I am exaggerating of course, right?) But those two are my favorite authors.
18. You like YA books like Hunger Games, Harry Potter, Divergent, The Selection, Darkness before Dawn and others. Did I mention I read the Hunger Games book 1, like, three times?
19. You have read Melissa dela Cruz’ novel Blue Blood series and absolutely love the idea that vampires were actually the fallen angels who sided with Lucifer during the previous war and were punished by God by sending them to earth.
20. You have read the book ANNE OF GREEN GABLES.
21. You think that the vampire LESTAT is the hottest vampire ever to roam the earth.
22. You read A WALK TO REMEMBER over and over and over again.
23. You like Kris Aquino and Anne Curtis. I really don’t know, I just like them! Please don’t judge me.
24. You have read the manga SKIP BEAT, watched the Taiwanese version and compared it with the anime version and is still waiting for the update in your manga app.
25. You like watching Asian Dramas particularly the JAPANESE, KOREAN and TAIWANESE drama series. And just for kicks, I watched all three versions of a drama based on a manga. E.g. Hana Yori Dango –I watched Meteor Garden first then Hana Yori Dango then the Boys Over Flowers version. Another example is Itazura na Kiss –there’s the It Started With A Kiss, Playful Kiss and Mischievous Kiss.
26. You like Lee Min Ho, Park Shin-Hye and Jung Yong-Hwa. I watched a lot of koreanovellas but I really suck in memorizing their names. I’m familiar with their faces, though. I can recognize them as “The guy from Dream High” or “The girl from Sungkyunkwan Scandal”. But I don’t know why these three names above got stuck in my brain cells. I met Lee Min Ho (Met talaga ha, hahaha) during his BOF series and I was a sucker for that rich-arrogant-snob-but extremely-sweet-when-he-tries-to-be-kind-of-guy in the TV. I remember one time a very good friend of mine lend me her copy of City Hunter but with a warning: “Ipapahiram ko sa’yo itong City Hunter ha pero promise mo ‘wag mo aagawin sa’kin si Lee Min Ho, ha? Akin na lang siya ha.” Of course I complied saying yes. I first encounter Park Shin-Hye and Yong-Hwa in the series You’re beautiful and since then Yong-Hwa became my imaginary boyfriend (HAHAHA!). I’m still dreaming of one day the three would actually work on a project. I’ve read somewhere that Yong-Hwa was supposed to be playing a role in The Heirs but unfortunately he had to reject the role for some reasons. Sigh! But I still love him despite of that. The site of the article link is bellow:

27. You like Milk and Cookies. Who doesn’t like Milk and Cookies anyway?
28. You like Chocolates.
29. You love strawberries and Baguio is your favorite city to visit. Maybe because it is in Baguio where I fell in love? HAHAHA. Seriously, though, I really love Baguio so much that one of my stories was set in Baguio. I also want to visit Batanes someday.
30. You have a weird obsession with collecting notebooks and you only use G-Tec .4 or Pilot Retractable Pen. I collect all black, blue and red color. I am that weird.
31. You define yourself as the eternal Wallflower –then you are my sister! I’m a chatterbox when it comes to writing. In real life, not so much. Really, I’m a shy type of person and rarely speaks unless spoken to. I’d also rather be the observer than be the observee. We can be a wallflower together and do wallflower stuff like walling! I’m just kidding about the walling part.
Wow. I wrote a lot. I told you I’m a chatterbox. But there are still more, I think. I’ll be thinking about them and if anything pops in my mind I’ll let you know.
For now, it’s just nice to have met your acquaintance. :)
