I went to Lucy's place to pick her for university.

"Good morning," she said, smiling.

"Good morning"

Lucy sat down on the passenger seat and grinning, she said, "Let's go!"

Luckily, Lucy and I had gotten into the same university. Even though our streams were different, we were glad to be in the same university, with the same timings. Lucy had chosen engineering , and I had gotten into medicals. 

  On reaching the university, Lucy hurriedly said to me , 

"My lecture is  starting soon. I'll see you during lunch!," planting a kiss on my cheek, she ran for her lecture. I smiled and proceeded towards my class.

Chlara and I came out of the class, talking. She was a classmate and apparently my friend.

  Lucy came towards me, smiling. Then, she looked at Chlara, then at me and at her again. She pulled me by my arm to a corner and whispered in my ear,

"I don't like her , okay?"

 I laughed. "You're so possesive"

"No I'm not!"

"Yes, you are," I replied, amused. 

"Well, whatever. Kristine and Eros are waiting oustide, so let's go meet them. And I'm starving!," she said, holding my hand and taking me out. I waved to Chlara, and Lucy made a face. I laughed out loudly.

We sat in the restaurant with Kristine and Eros. 

"So what do you want to eat?," Eros asked. 

"Burger," Kristine said. 

"You know mine," Lucy said to me.  I nodded.

"Let's get the girls food, then," Eros said, placing a hand on my shoulder. 

"Yeah," I said, going towards the counter with him.

~ LUCY'S P.O.V ~

I looked at Blake and smiled. He'd grown up to be so attractive. He was smiling, releaving his dimples and his perfect set of teeth. His thick blonde hair lay scattered on his forehead. I felt a certain warmth when I was with him.  This feeling of extreme happiness always enlightened me and I wanted to feel it  all the time, till the end of my life. . He was so understanding, so supportive. Any girl would want him, and I, wanted to remain with him till the end of my life.

"You knows you too well", Kristine said, breaking into my thoughts. I nodded in agreement.

"Lucy, I think you should get into a relationship with Blake, now", she said , suddenly. I was surprised by her sudden outburst.

"What?", I asked, baffled. 

"Don't you see it , Lucy? Can't you just see how much you love each other? It's been seven years now , how much more time do you both need?", she said 

"But, Kristine-", I began. 

"I can see it in your eyes, Lucy. There's no point in defending it. It's time now, just think", she ended.

But before I could speak, Blake sild the food tray in front of me, smiling.

"Thank you ", I said, forcing a smile.

"No problem", he said.

~ BLAKE'S P.O.V~

After a while, Kristine and Eros left. I looked at Lucy.

"Are you okay, Lucy?", I asked.

"Yeah, off course, why?"

"Because, you haven't eaten a bit", I said, worried. She looked down at her food.  

"Oh", she said. "I'm not really hungry".

I raised my eyebrows. "I thought you were starving", I said, quoting her words. She looked embarrassed. "And you can't lie", I added.

She glanced at her watch.

"Oh no, we're late Blake, let's go!", she said, getting up. I sighed, and went with her.

After all our lectures were over, Lucy sat down with me in my car. 

"Let's go ", she said, grinning and I pushed the accelerator. 

Lucy spoke about her lectures and all that she had done . I absorbed it all in, occasionally replying to her question. I wanted to ask her, about the lunch, but I decided to give her time.

I dropped her and went home. 

After freshing  up I sat down with my books. In a few hours, Lucy barged into my room, panting.

"What's wrong?", I asked, surprised. 

She came towards me, until we were face to face.

"You won't believe this", she said.

"Believe what?"

"HEATHER'S GETTING MARRIED!"
