It's been a day since that happened. Taeyong arrived in the studio still thinking about what he did. Surprisingly, Jaehyun didn't really say or do anything. It also happened when he accidentally held Jaehyun's hand. After that, Taeyong even had to awkwardly exit the room, saying bye and a sorry, and internally screamed. He was kind of lucky, if you asked him.

He should snap out because he's going to drive. He needs to drive because he gets to bring Jaehyun to the therapy session today. This won't be a daily thing, but he will check up on him from time-to-time though he doubts Jaehyun would open up. As long as he's fine, Taeyong doesn't need to worry.

As soon as the boy finished his breakfast, he grabbed the car keys and went out of the house to get into the vehicle. He started the engine of the car when he sat on the driver's seat.

"Careful on the road, Yongie," his mother reminded him.

The boy nodded, "Yeah, I will."

Before he drove off, his phone suddenly rang. An incoming call was shown on his screen and it was from Jaehyun's aunt. He accepted the call and placed the phone against his ear.

"Good morning, Ms. Jung. I'm already on my way," he said.

"Good morning. I already told Jaehyun to get ready. He said you'll be waiting by the street?"

"Yes. I already picked him up there last week when he had his session."

"Okay. Please do call me if you have any questions. I'll be able to answer it even when I'm at work," she said.

"Will do, Ms. Jung."

The short call was ended before Taeyong drove away. He's getting confident driving since he's father has been teaching and practicing him last weekend every after dinner. They would have a small car ride and Taeyong does enjoy it. Deep in his mind, he wanted to bring Jaehyun in a small car ride at night. Something that would ease his mind off everything.

Stopping just by the corner of the street, Taeyong looked around the sidewalk and thought it would take Jaehyun sometime but he already saw the man walking up towards. He looked at the time on his phone and saw that he still has enough time, hopefully.

With a big, sweet smile on his face, Taeyong greeted Jaehyun when the man hopped in.

"Good morning," the boy started the car again and was already trying put the vehicle on the lane.

Hearing that, Jaehyun remembered the 'homework' Taeyong's mother told him to do. It was still up for him to make a habit out of it and make him feel a bit more confident with speaking. Since the boy did it first, he maybe can start doing it right now. It is Taeyong, anyway, and he already tried greeting his aunt this morning but it came out really timid that his aunt thought he was cute.

"G-Good morning..."

Although it wasn't that loud, it was enough for Taeyong to hear it and made the boy's heart to skip a million times. The boy's eyes went to look at the man beside him who was glaring at him.

"Was it wrong?" Jaehyun asked, nervous that he might said it so stupidly or wrongly. He was overthinking again.

Taeyong smiled, a smile that he couldn't stop, "No, but it was a good progress. A really good one and I'm glad you're atleast trying."

The man's tensed expression softened and gave the boy a soft nod. Taeyong started driving away, staying in a quiet atmosphere. They haven't had a proper conversation but this was good for him. He felt happy for Jaehyun.

Johnny felt so weird being with Taeyong who is acting differently today. The boy smiles and his aura are in a different level that it cringes him so badly. He knows why and it's certainly that guy he's been talking about. He's not against it, it's just weirded about the fact that Taeyong just got a 'sweeter' persona.

"Yuta!"

They were walking towards the soccer field since Sicheng invited to watch his boyfriend, Yuta, practice for the upcoming interschools. Also, their professor didn't attend so why not waste their time before they go to their part-time. And as expected, Taeyong hugged Yuta when they saw him walking out of the lockers room before the practice. Yuta looked surprised.

"Why are you clingy? This is so new. You never hugged me before. Johnny, what happened? What did you do to our Yongie?!" Yuta hysterically uttered fast and smooth but received a pinch from Sicheng on his arm.

Taeyong rolled his eyes playfully and pulled away, "I just missed you. We haven't seen each other for a while!"

The soccer player squinted his eyes at the boy, "Something's fishy..."

"You're overreacting," Taeyong laughed.

"Just get in there. Obviously, you two will just make a mess," Sicheng said and pushed Yuta into the field.

"Fine..." Yuta uttered, defeated, before he jogged towards his team who were stretching.

The three of them went and sat on a shaded bench. It was a hot morning so Johnny offered if he could go and buy them a few drinks, which he did after the two young boys their orders. Taeyong was left with Sicheng and they haven't really caught up since Sicheng was busy with performance arts and Yuta with his bachelor's in physical education. It was their first meeting again and Taeyong feels happy getting to be with them again.

"Yuta say things stupidly but you can't deny him being correct. What's up? How are things going?" Sicheng suddenly said, starting their conversation.

Taeyong hummed, "I'm good."

"You seem happier," the boy noticed, "Is it because of someone?"

"Hey, it's not always a person. I've just been researching about fishes and I got excited since I plan to make an aquarium," Taeyong excused, "Maybe that's why he said something's fishy."

Sicheng laughed, "Right. I get it...That was a nice joke, Taeyong."

The boy chuckled softly, fidgeting his fingers and thought that he should probably let them know. His excitement just blocks his common senses that he thinks stupidly at times, especially when he's really been happy when he's with Jaehyun, despite the lack of conversation.

"I...I've been with this guy who I'm, uhm, helping. It's been about more than a week and this morning, he just made a huge progress that made me really happy for him. Maybe, that's why I'm being so weird," Taeyong uttered.

Sicheng internally laughed and knew that Taeyong would tell him something when he tries to kill the first topic of the conversation, just dragging out the the urge.

"First time liking someone is something that makes you feel dumb. You're just in awe for that person that you don't just care what happens. I've felt that, like Yuta's the only man who could ever make me happy. I mean, it's true but y'know, I shouldn't be that obsessed," the chinese explained how he felt when he started liking someone for the first time.

The boy chuckled, "I'm not obsessed. He's just charming, except that sometimes he just acts like he hates me."

"Really? Someone who hates you? Finally."

"Wait, what do you mean?"

Sicheng shook his head, didn't want to continue the joke, "Nah...Don't think about it."

Taeyong hummed, "I was actually planning to give him something that might help him."

"Go for it. I don't think he'll hate it, whatever you want to give him," the chinese said.

Taeyong should maybe stop by a bookstore later.
