Tiny Chapter this time. I apologize for the shortness of it. I tried mixing Chapters, but I really prefer slightly smaller Chapters over extremely long ones. To make up for this though, I will be posting on my other story, A Tail Of Adventure. Enjoy!

ChatNoir's POV

After I placed Mari gently in my side pouch, I jumped off, wondering where to go. 'Maybe I should check the alley me and M'lady first found them.' I jumped across Paris' roofs, careful not to be to rough with Mari in the pouch. I spotted Volpina running through the alley.

As I followed her, she took many turns, making it hard to keep track of where she were headed. When she finally slowed down, we were in 'My backyard? What could she possibly want here?' I texted the others, alerting them to our location and to be careful. I watched as Volpina reached down underneath a rock where my Father kept a spare key for multiple reasons. 'How did she know it was that rock?!' I watched as she continued to unlock the door and go inside. She headed to my Father's personal workspace. 'Does she have it in for my Father?' *Thud!* I quickly got my staff and aimed it at the noise.

RenaRouge jumped back with the others in surprise. Rena was the first to recover. "Geez ChatNoir! We're on your side!"

I lowered my staff and put it back on my belt. "Sorry, it's the cat-like reflexes."

"Where did Volpina go?" Carapace asked. "Did she see you?"

"She entered Mr. Agrest's office a minute ago. She hasn't left, I think she has it in for him though."

RenaRouge stepped up to he house and looked back at us. "What are we sitting here for? Talking won't capture any akuma, last time I checked."

She had a point. We all went inside, each taking different routes to the office door. After we all arrived, I held up a finger to everyone. I placed my cat ear against the door. 'No Noise' I signaled for everyone to enter silently. I opened the door quickly, prepared to fight something, but nothing was there. I shrugged my shoulders to the others, hoping they had ideas. Everyone looked stumped, but Ryuuko nodded.

"Wind Dragon...!"

I heard whooshing around the room, but concentrated on 4 particular spots. Ryuuko re-formed while I walked over to my mother's picture that hung on the wall. I stared at it for a moment, before going back to searching on it. I felt 4 small indents in the picture. I pressed them all together, and the floor beneath me began to descend. There wasn't much room, so we all had to squish to fit in.

When the descent stopped, I saw 3 figures further out, discussing something. I motioned for everyone to scatter, hide, and try to get close. As I got a bit closer I could hear the voices. Two belonged to Volpina and Hawkmoth, the other was a female.

Hawkmoth was speaking at the moment. "-Plan to get their miraculous. Then, I can finally have the power and you can have Adrien."

I stifled a gasp. 'What do I have to do with this?' I kept listening and heard Volpina. "Of course Hawkmoth. I always honor my end of the bargain. I can finally get rid of Chloe's annoying attitude and that dumb reporter with the Ladyblog-" They stopped talking as a noise about 10 feet away from me. 'Really Rena?' Hawkmoth started walking over to where Chloe Carapace were hiding. I jumped up and shouted. "Now!" Everyone jumped out of their hiding spots and yelled their special power out so it was ready and active. 'Only five minutes to get into position.'

"You think you're so clever, huh? Getting all the help you could get. I have 5 minutes until I win this battle!" Hawkmoth boasted.

What did I tell ya? Super short this time around. I tried super hard to mix the chapters, but it never came out quite right. I am making it up to you by posting on my other story and making funny/cringy puns later on in the story. Oh I nearly forgot! I got comments, views, and followers like crazy faster than I ever thought I would. I will be uploading a new story, called The wrong Move?. I wrote it for 2 reasons. One, because I easily saw the loophole when I watched Puppeteer 2. Two, you guys gave me more views and votes then I ever thought I would get. This story should be uploaded by the end of today. I gtg now, have to catch up on some work for school.
