Hello, Readers. I finished another Nhmonth22 prompt! Haha, about time, right? My prompts are very late, but the prompts I'm creating are so worth the time and effort that I'm not complaining or fretting, haha!

This prompt has to be one of my favorites.

In addition to Prompts 4, 10, and 15,

I worked very hard on this one and gave it a lot of thought and research, so please give it some love and let me know what you think.

This one-shot is pretty long and eventful, so I had to split it into two parts. A lot is jam-packed into this fantasy one-shot so I hope you all are ready for it all!

Furthermore, no overt religious issues will be addressed. To avoid triggers or discomfort, I wrote this prompt entirely in the realm of fantasy.

So, I hope you all enjoy! Don't forget to leave a comment and vote! I appreciate it as always! 💗

"Help!!"

A woodland of vast trees was shaken by a young child's cries of devastation, which tore through the tree leaves like a fierce wind.

A divine being of femininity heard this cry for assistance as she was wandering the land she called home, a place full of light where beautiful angels with equally magnificent wings and halos lived.

Hinata Hyuga, an angel that belonged to the land of light, took it upon herself to branch away from her friends and family to take a walk down a lone trail within the woods.

She did this in order to take her time and appreciate her natural surroundings, the peace that accompanied her on her journey, and the grace-filled light that shone over the side of the forest she currently resided—the side of goodness and virtue.

The Land of Hogaraka.

A kingdom of stunning white castles was created amid pink, white, and green trees on this particular side of the woodland. The beings of goodwill have access to ponds, gardens, and delectable harvests including juicy lychee, kiwano, persimmon, rambutan, peruvian ground cherries, and even more exotic fruits.

The angels lived in a land that was cultivated from beauty, light, and positivity; it had all the angels needed to survive and flourish alongside one another for their entire lives. There were no obstacles, disputes, or limitations.

The angels were free to drink, dine, laugh, and fly anywhere within the land of Hogaraka they wanted to.

However, they were only given one rule, and they were required to abide by it at all times.

Never venture past the border. Never enter the Land of Kurayami.

Angels were prohibited from going near The Forest of Nōtan, also known as the forest of light and dark, a gateway between worlds, and a mystical forest that unites the realms of light and darkness of The Great Beyond.

After all, the realm of darkness was a huge wasteland of devastation that is home to the adversaries of angels.

Demons.

The magical dimension of The Great Beyond is vast and sprawls nearly eternally for all legendary creatures to inhabit, but such a place was not only available to angels to enjoy and call home.

No.

Demons also inhabited The Great Beyond, but they only remained on the side where the land of Kurayami resides, a land which is covered in darkness and gets progressively darker the further one enters it. Such a land was so dark, one cannot see two feet in front of them but demons, oh demons they can see just fine.

Demons' glowing red eyes, which have the capacity to see in the dark, make them significantly more suited to surviving in the pitch-blackness of their homelands.

They have acute hearing and olfactory abilities. Demons possess superhuman hearing, the capability of seeing in the darkest of spaces, the ability to move at the speed of light, and fly with their hideous wings long distances.

They had the power to transform into anything they wanted, control the thoughts of their adversaries to cause them to perceive false information, and are more than capable of slaughtering those who stand in their way.

It has long been demanded that angels, who are pure, graceful creatures, should never be in the presence of demons since they are awful, ferocious creatures that do nothing but cause ruin and havoc in their wake.

But do not be fooled.

This in no way implies that angels are inferior to demons as beings.

Angels are anything but.

In the same way that demons can fly anywhere they choose in a matter of seconds, hear from a great distance, and pick up objects that are twenty times heavier than they are, angels can do the same.

Angels were equally strong but agile, with luminous power that allowed them to consecrate their opponents, stun them, and frighten them away with simply a command and a flash of light.

Angels were not to be underestimated.

Every single angel was also given a weapon that was suited to their particular fighting style and personality. Such weapons possess divine power, as well as luminosity, vitality, and resilience.

Angels wield their weapons, fight with impressive speed, dodged with grace, and effectively achieve success in combat.

But angels rarely fight. They were not required or driven to within their beautiful homeland.

But by approaching the entrance of The Forest Of Nōtan, an angel runs the risk of coming into contact with the savage creature they oppose so much.

Demons.

Therefore upsetting the balance between the two mythical creatures.

The only outcomes that result in an angel approaching a demon are conflict,  bloodshed, and death. Due to their competing goals and the contrasting roles they play in the lives of mankind, the two remain adversaries until the very end.

The two mythical entities were never intended to be in the same area at the same time, which is why they always followed the required ordinance.

No one broke the rule.

No one crossed the border.

That is...

Until now.

Cries of help flooded throughout the forest and spilled over onto the land of Hogaraka where Hinata was located.

"Help! Please help!"

Hinata gasped, her body coming to a complete stop upon the beautiful path she was following that led around her home. It was a casual trail, one that angels would normally take to get a breath of fresh air or chat with loved ones.

But since Hinata had taken the trail alone, there was no other specimen nearby. Instead, all of the angels had taken sanctuary in their homes or were laboring in the fields, collecting flowers, and herbs, and arranging flowers.

But even still, Hinata thought that someone would at least hear the cries for help.

The midnight blue-haired angel took a moment to look around at her surroundings, clearly identifying the roofs of the castles from afar. No angels seem to emerge from their homes due to the cries that filled up the entire forest.

Such cries were loud and were ringing in Hinata's ears. Such a voice seemed to belong to a young boy.

'Is it a child?' Hinata wondered.

'Is the poor child in trouble?' She also wondered as she peered into a mass of trees that rustled and shook due to the wind that blew through them.

Hinata's fluffy white wings flapped wildly behind her from where they draped along her backside. Her mystical wings gradually begin to pick up speed due to her emotions. She felt distraught, torn between what she should do.

Should she go off into the forest and help?

Or should she alert someone?

Hinata didn't know what to do but she knew in order to help the young one she needed to figure out a solution quickly.

Hinata figured that there was a young angel that had wandered over the border alone and in turn encountered a demon.

Demons were notorious for preying on the weak. Therefore, in this specific circumstance, Hinata was without a doubt aware that a demonic force was out there attempting its best to harm a being of innocence who, sadly, is unable to protect itself and consequently is in desperate need of assistance.

With that thought, Hinata's feet suddenly pushed forward and she found herself choosing her next move. She has decided to take matters into her own hands and be the savior of the troubled individual deep within the forest.

Hinata ran through the woods so swiftly that she was reduced to a blur. Due to her miraculous speed, her fluffy white wings began to catch lots and lots of air which caused them to steadily flap faster and faster and faster...

Until...

Before Hinata knew it, her flapping wings lifted her high into the air, removing her feet from the ground and allowing her to fly past the many trees of the forest with ease.

The wind hit her body with full force, slipping through her long, silky midnight blue tresses which she kept in a beautiful waterfall braid. But such hair accompanied the bright ring of luminance that set hovering over her head which emitted massive amounts of light wherever she went.

Hinata's magnificent halo.

As the midnight blue-haired angel flew swiftly through the vast forest that accompanied the land of Hogaraka, her hair flew in the wind gracefully behind her.

As she continued to soar, her long dress gained wind as well, flapping ferociously at the ends.

Currently, she was covered in a stunning piece of clothing. White satin, the silkiest satin, was used to construct such a garment.

Hinata donned a stunning boutique maxi dress with a floor-length cut, and high-thigh slits at the sides. The dress possessed plunging V necklines at the front and back along with no sleeves.

Covering Hinata's waist, was where crochet flower appliqués and gold sparkling sequins were found which twinkled all around her.

The sexy, ethereal, and long thigh cut dress she wore draped over the stunning angel's flawless body while revealing a bit of cleavage, her toned thighs, and legs down below.

Her backside was entirely exposed, allowing her fluffy, bird wings to freely support her body and flap as much as they wished without any restrictions.

She also wore white high heels as the final piece of her gorgeous outfit.

The beautiful angel used her keen hearing and her wings to quickly take her to the cries of help through the forest which constantly rang forth in the distance.

"Please! Someone come quick! Please!"

Hinata whimpered softly to herself and automatically accelerated her pace, her enormous wings flapping harder and faster, causing whooshing sounds to sweep over the entire forest and propel her to a faster speed through the vast land of trees, leaves, and branches.

'I'm coming. I'm coming. Just wait for me.' Hinata thought to herself quite desperately as she steadily zipped through the forest, flying left and right at fast speeds to avoid the tree branches that surrounded the area.

But unknowingly, the beautiful angel was traveling further and further away from her homeland.

From where Hinata was heading so quickly, she was creeping closer and closer to the forbidden border in no time. The light of her homeland slowly began to dim as she steadily worked herself further and further away from it.

But she didn't notice a thing.

All Hinata was worried about was making it to the screaming victim in time to save them from the unfortunate predicament they were in before it was too late.

She must not dawdle.

She must not fail.

Hinata's lavender eyes snapped all around the place as she continued onward, checking out her surroundings as she grew closer and closer to the screaming that ripped through the forest trees and flooded into the air.

The screams and cries of the victim grew louder and louder and louder until such a sound was piercing Hinata's keen ears completely causing both to ring. Hinata winced but continued onward until she was able to pinpoint exactly where the screaming boy was located.

Hinata whipped her head over to her right. There.

Her body gilded gracefully to her right with a spin, once more soaring past trees with no effort at all.

She only removed herself from the air once she successfully made it to her designation.

Right before the victim she yearned to help.

Her heels landed lightly on the grassland floor with a subtle crunch, leaving her angelic wings fluttering to gradually slow down, just like a bird's wings during landing.

Hinata expressed immediate worry as she now stood within a dimmed land, rooted in a clearing which was where distinctive green grass spanned on vastly.

The clearing's edges were surrounded by deciduous trees, trees that Hinata identified were red oak and quaking aspen. But such colors of the trees—green, red, and orange were super bright and broad. Very hard to miss.

Hinata let out a whimper as she stared face to face with a young boy, one that was just who she expected. An angel.

Hidden amongst the trees some ways in front of Hinata was a young boy, only recently created and spat out into the world of the mythical.

In human eyes, however, the boy appeared to be about seven or eight years old. Very young.

The beautiful angel looked to be currently hiding within a rocky terrain just on the outskirts of the clearing.

The boy possessed brown hair and glowing skin but a very small body. He appeared to be laying helplessly on his stomach, rooted faced down on the floor, stuck there by one of the rocks in the clearing.

All the while, Hinata could hear the boy screaming out, screaming to the ground floor.

"Help! Someone!"

Hinata was not sure what was the matter so she quickly rushed forth for the boy's aid, all the while looking around at her surroundings cautiously.

Hinata walked up to the distraught boy who lay quite oddly on the ground floor. He was set in a position that looked very uncomfortable which caused Hinata to stoop down and finally make herself known.

"There, there, it's alright, child." Hinata's voice was absolutely delicate and soft as it traveled elegantly throughout the wind of the land around her to enter the ears of the angel boy that lay before her.

But now close, Hinata began to inspect the child who seemed to perk up at the sound of her.

It didn't take long to see the problem.

But finally identifying the boy's predicament only brought the midnight blue-haired angel immense shock.

Right there, upon the boy's right wing was a large rock which seemed to have rolled upon it. The wing was smashed completely underneath such a large rock which hindered the boy from flying or escaping the area.

Hinata gasped, "Oh my k-kami! I-I'll help you right away!"

At the sound of Hinata's cry of shock, the young boy lifted his head from the ground to tilt it with much struggle towards her.

The young boy let out a gasp once he spotted Hinata's long midnight-blue hair and her white wings flapping before him.

Hinata listened as the boy's breathing increased in delight at her presence, "O-Oh miss! Th-Thank you so much, miss."

Hinata nodded but said nothing and only worked her body forward in order to wrap her arms around the rock that was currently harming the young angel.

The rock paled in comparison to Hinata's incredible strength. So it took her nothing at all to carefully pick up the mafic rock and throw it completely off of the child's wing. To her, the rock felt like a mere paper clip as she tossed it, doing so with a light grunt.

The rock shot into the clearing, flying through the air before crashing to the ground a few feet away. Such a sound sent vibrations through the air, eventually reaching Hinata, who picked it up with ease. The sound was so loud that, to her sensitive ears, it seemed to come from just beside her.

But she ignored that detail and decided solely to focus her attention on the brown-haired angel below who now whimpered and wept upon the grass floor, remaining within the same position as before, resembling a squashed bug.

Hinata frowned down at the child's crippled form.

Poor child.

Hinata whimpered before hurriedly stooping low to pull her hands forward, slipping her hands underneath the boy's armpits, and picking him up. Hinata pulled the youngster back up on his feet to brush off his clothes. She lightly ran her hands down his clothing and hair all the while examining his right wing.

Hinata pouted as she noticed the boy's right wing was now severely injured, bent, and covered in blood as a result of the rock's presence on it earlier.

Now that the boy was standing, Hinata was able to see for herself that the young angel possessed pale but freckled skin along with brown eyes. His brown hair was quite shaggy which slipped over his two eyes that seemed to constantly shed tears. His entire face was covered in the damp liquid which really pulled at Hinata's heartstrings.

Knowing that the tiny lad was stuck in the woods all by himself, terrified out of his mind from the agonizing anguish of having his wing crushed, made Hinata feel terrible inside.

Hinata quickly rushed to aid him, doing so without showing any hesitation.

While keeping her body in a crouched position, she pulled one hand over so her fingertips could come into contact with the boy's right wing.

The boy sobbed and croaked tears, his chest heaving and heaving. He sniffed, his lips forced downward into a frown, to express the pain and fear he felt.

"Th-Th-Thank you, miss, f-f-for saving m-m-me. I-I never th-thought a-anyone wou-would come." Between his sentences, the boy sobbed and hiccuped, which further pained Hinata's heart.

Hinata put up a grim smile, pulling one hand up to rub the little boy's hair, ridding it of the twigs and leaves that sullied it. She also rubbed her fingers through his hair as an act of reassurance, "It's alright now, child. I'm here now, that means you are safe. There's nothing going to hurt you now."

While keeping the fingers of her right hand pressed lightly against the young boy's broken wing, Hinata brought forth her magic, or rather her healing abilities to bring solace to the innocent boy.

The young angel's cries slowly grew silent when he caught sight of the white light that began to glow around the divine creature's hand.

The brown-haired boy gasped, his small facial features lightening up, "Woah, that's so cool, miss."

Hinata smiled thinly, all the while using her power to heal the boy's wing, so it could be good as new.

Right before their eyes, the young boy's wing slowly drifted up back to its usual stance, no longer remaining in its bent shape due to the rock's impact on it earlier.

The gold-colored blood that resided upon it slowly dried up until it was completely gone. Hinata was slowly but surely growing successful at healing the boy's wing and he couldn't be happier.

He cheered, giggled, and screeched in happiness as he watched Hinata's magic fix him and grant him the ability to fly again.

But as Hinata healed him, she couldn't help but look around once more, to discreetly check her surroundings. But it was only for a few seconds before she turned back to the chubby-faced boy before her.

Hinata furrowed her brows, "Tell me, dear, what happened? How did you find yourself in this situation?" She asked while keeping track of their surroundings, relying on her hearing to check if anyone was near.

Hinata heard no one.

She breathed out a sigh of relief but such an emotion faded away when the young boy began to speak. She watched with her sad lavender eyes as the boy lowered his head, hiding behind his bushy brown hair, "W-Well, my mother a-advised me to harvest a-angelica herbs in the fields of Hogaraka, but I became d-distracted by a butterfly, s-so..."

Hinata shook her head, reprimanding the child for the errors he confessed to enacting. But Hinata could not bring herself to be mad at the young boy. He was a child, a curious one that was pure and innocent and who saw the magical world around him as an oyster—waiting to be explored.

He's young, so that's a pass for Hinata.

But even still, she felt a feeling of nostalgia overtake her by listening to the young angel's explanation. It was a dull feeling that she simply ignored.

Instead, the midnight blue-haired angel's gaze returned briefly to the young boy's wing, only to smile when she saw that it was no longer crooked, crushed, or bloodied.

Now, his wing was as good as new.

Now Hinata was able to pay attention to the young boy's attire. She saw that the brown-haired boy wore a long white robe, with a golden sash worn across his chest. The halo that hovered over his head was quite smaller than Hinata's as well as the size of his white, fluffy wings which resided upon his back.

Hinata watched in happiness as the young boy began to move his now-healed wing, flapping it back and forth in correspondence to his left wing. He gasped in awe, turning back to her with a huge smile on his face, revealing just about all of his pearly whites.

"Thank you, miss! Thank you so much! You're the best!"

He was just about to hug the beautiful angel before him but he was stopped by two hands of hers.

Hinata pulled her hands forward to grab his shoulders.

His brows furrowed at the stern look that was now on the midnight blue-haired woman's face. She raised an eyebrow down at the boy, "Nuh-uh, not so fast, hun. You still owe me an explanation." Hinata chastised, her head tilting at him in the process. But because of her action, her long hair fell over her shoulders and draped down her dress.

The young boy's brown eyes watched her hair slip down her body with widened eyes.

Hinata clicked her tongue, "Now first, tell me, dear, what's your name?"

"N-Nero."

Hinata nodded, a smile tugging at her lips upon hearing the young boy's name.

It was such a cute name.

Still crouched, Hinata gave the young boy's shoulders a soft pat with her hands, "Alright, Nero, tell me what happened after you chased the butterfly. Tell me how you've gotten here." She inquired, desperate to learn what had happened to cause young Nero's injury.

The young boy rubbed the back of his neck, doing so as a comfort tactic that merely revealed that he was quite nervous. He also started to sway, "U-Um, so I remember that I, um, followed the butterfly a little too far and I accidentally crossed the border. B-But when I tried to make it back home, I r-ran into a demon-"

Hinata's eyes widened and her breathing became more rapid when the boy mentioned her adversary's name.

Demon.

Hinata gulped, gripping the shoulders of the young angel tighter, "Oh my d-dear. A demon? Y-You ran into a demon?" In a flash, Hinata spun around to take in the woodland surrounding her, focusing on the nearby boulders and rustling trees.

"I-Is it still here?"

"N-No." Nero quickly reassured with a shake of his head, his brown eyes keeping track of Hinata who moved her gaze from the trees behind her to plant them back on him.

The beautiful angel lowered her head to blow out a relieved breath, "Oh thank goodness."

Nero grimaced at the sight of Hinata expressing relief, his fists clenching lightly by his side, "W-Well, I-I wouldn't celebrate just yet. During the time, I-I ran into the demon, I managed to hide." Nero turned to point at the bundle of rocks beside the two of them, rocks that were covered in moss.

Nero pouted, "I h-hid behind those rocks and remained perfectly quiet. But by the demon stomping about, one of the rocks accidentally rolled on my wing—m-my right one."

Hinata was quite saddened after hearing Nero's explanation of the incident in which he was injured while hiding. Hearing that, caused another jab to strike Hinata's pure heart causing her internal pain.

But she just had one question. Just one more question.

The midnight blue-haired woman swallowed deeply, keeping her body in a crouched position. But upon her decision to do so, her long dress draped down her bent legs to kiss the grass below, her large wings remaining perfectly still behind her.

Hinata tilted her head at the boy, "Nero, as much as it brings me relief to know that you picked the right choice to hide in the face of danger, I-I do not understand one thing."

She watched Nero curl an eyebrow, an odd expression to express in response to her remark.

But Hinata ignored it to ask her question.

She bit her bottom lip briefly before speaking, "Tell me, why would you scream and cry out for help so loudly if there was a demon nearby? Weren't you afraid the demon would return, or worse, that you'd alert more of them?"

Hinata was quite confused by that fact. By demons being able to hear as great as they can, those nasty beasts would no doubt hear Nero's screaming from a mile away and would indeed be alerted.

So why would he do that?

Hinata looked around at the empty clearing once more with an expression of confusion on her glowing face. Why didn't anyone else hear little Nero?

Hinata was so confused which worried Nero. He expressed concern as he kept his gaze down on his savior, one of his hands rising to touch Hinata's shoulder.

She turned back to him in response to his touch, expressing a pout on her pale face, a face that was free of scars, bumps, or marks. Hinata's pale skin was absolutely flawless, practically radiating in the dimmed light.

But by the way, her lips were pursed, the display of her sadness took the attention off of her grand appearance.

Nero let out a sigh, "Miss, I-I made a sincere effort to keep quiet at first, but it was challenging having a rock smashed on my wing, ya know?"

Hinata's eyebrows furrowed upon his choice of words but she only settled on nodding silently.

Nero continued, "I remained silent just until I knew for sure that the demon was long gone. Afterward, I tried my hardest to call for help. I screamed and screamed and screamed." Nero shrugged, "Yes, I was worried that my location would be revealed to other demons, but I was even more fearful of losing my ability to fly. So I kept screaming for help, and that's when, um, you found me.." Nero finished his explanation with a smile of gratitude, showering it down on the beautiful angel before him who was steadily processing his words.

Now, the full story of Nero's unfortunate predicament of accidentally passing the forbidden border, running into a demon, and having his wing crushed was all revealed to Hinata who let out a sigh of relief at the end of it all. She was quite satisfied with Nero's story and was glad to know she made it to him in time. She certainly was proud of herself for making the right choice.

After all, she saved Nero, and that made her very happy.

Hinata nodded at Nero before taking a stand, extending her legs so she could reclaim her full height which towered over little Nero.

Hinata smiled down at the brown-haired boy, expressing joy on her pale face, "Well, I am certainly glad I made it here in time. It seems you've had yourself quite the adventure. Now," Hinata put up one finger to wave it in the air, to chastise the young boy who sent a sheepish smile up at her. Hinata glared playfully down at the small angel, her lavender eyes narrowed a bit, "be extra careful from now on. You know crossing the border is forbidden for us angels."

"I know, I know, I'm sorry, miss. I will not repeat this mistake again. Because this..." Nero's eyes widened as he amusedly observed his surroundings. Although his facial expressions expressed anxiety, his adorable brown eyes showed amusement. Nero scoffed, "was terrifying!! I'm never everrrr doing this again!"

Hinata couldn't help but giggle as she observed the silly angel before her. She thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him because of his upbeat and humorous nature. But she detested the situation utterly. She wished she had encountered young Nero under different circumstances.

Surprisingly enough, this was in fact the first time Hinata's ever laid eyes on Nero. She's never seen him or his guardians within the land of Hogaraka. So Hinata found herself quite intrigued by him and his origin.

Hinata smiled once more, before giving the young boy a nod, "Oh, you're so silly, dear. Well, it seems someone has learned their lesson. Now, let's hurry back home-"

"Wait."

Hinata paused in her action of turning away, to lead Nero back to the land of Hogaraka, their home, but she was stopped by his voice.

"Hm?" Hinata asked in interest as she turned back to the brown-haired boy whose eyes were fixated on her form, his body oddly super stiff.

When she noticed the young boy's altered appearance, Hinata found herself cocking her head. She felt goosebumps develop on her skin as she spotted Nero staring up at her quite oddly as if he'd forgotten how to blink.

He stood, unmoving, his stare unwavering, which truly unnerved Hinata.

But even still, Hinata carefully addressed the boy, "Y-Yes? Is everything alrigh-oof!"

Hinata's words were caught in her throat when the brown-haired boy suddenly rushed forward and gave her a bear hug.

He pulled his tiny arms around her waist, bringing his tiny body so close that they were pressed tightly together; skin to skin.

"Thank you, miss! I just want to thank you so much for saving me!"

Hinata's arms were raised away from the boy as she gazed down at him, watching him brush his head back and forth against her covered stomach. He appeared at ease against her frame. His current conduct mirrored that of a newborn infant being held close by its mother. Completely satisfied and content.

Nero hummed and sighed against her frame in bliss which was quite an adorable sight. But Hinata couldn't shake the odd feeling that began to take over her being, especially now that the young angel was making such close contact with her body.

The beautiful angel started to get a bad feeling.

But Hinata ignored such a feeling and instead nervously moved one hand of hers down to pat the back of the boy's head, doing so in a gentle manner, "Oh, there's no need to thank me. It is my duty to help. I cannot ignore such a duty-kyahh!"

Strong shudders hit the female angel's body as she suddenly felt small hands rush down to clutch her bottom quite roughly. Such hands gripped, clutched, and caressed her covered bottom without a care in the world which caused Hinata to let out a loud yelp.

She whipped her head down at the young angel who was now assaulting her body, all the while expressing an expression of joy.

Nero continued with his humming, "Mmm, so soft-"

"What on earth are you doing!?!" Hinata screeched in shock. She couldn't believe her eyes, and yet she witnessed firsthand how Nero, the young angel she previously saved, participated in an action that no child, let alone an angel, would ever perform.

Nero was currently groping her body without her permission, prompting Hinata to respond immediately.

She put up a sneer on her face before pulling her hands down to grip the young boy's shoulders, "I'm sorry, but I'll have to ask you to unhand me now."

Hinata tugged back on the brown-haired boy only to find that it was quite difficult to, in fact, unlatch Nero from her very being. Now it would seem the boy has gained strength from kami knows where and was using it to grip her body tightly, to remain super close to her.

"No. I don't want to leave this spot." Nero whispered ominously within her clothing while continuing to massage her backside with his hands lewdly.

Hinata whimpered in discomfort, certainly confused by ongoing events.

'What's going on? What's wrong with Nero?' Hinata mused in her head, completely flabbergasted by the change of events.

The midnight blue-haired woman could only stare in shock as she tried her hardest to push Nero back only to be shocked once more by the sight of the young boy not budging at all.

It was absolutely bizarre.

Nero sighed deeply, steadily taking in Hinata's aura, her scent, the feel of her skin, and plump flesh in his grasp. He giggled softly, "Ahh, it was so easy."

Hinata gawked at Nero's response before shaking her head. She took a step back only to be surprised by the little brown-haired boy that followed in her movement. Nero hung onto her waist tight and moved forward, just as she moved which severely creeped her out.

Hinata found herself squirming in discomfort.

'Get off, get off, just get off!' Hinata panicked, her thoughts steadily racing.

Her discomfort level was really high at this point. She felt as if spiders were crawling all over her body, and they were, in fact, everywhere at once, refusing to leave, no matter what she did.

It seemed as if Hinata could not shake off the boy.

After all, Hinata didn't want to hurt him. With her killer strength, she could easily remove the small lad from her body and liberate herself. She wasn't helpless in the circumstance; just perplexed.

Hinata didn't want to hit, yell at, or otherwise hurt the young boy. She decided against using violence if she could avoid it and instead tried to grasp the purpose behind his ridiculous acts by simply conversing with him.

Hinata blinked rapidly, her arms raised so she could avoid touching the odd boy below her, "Wh-What's so easy? Why are you acting so weird?" Hinata raised an eyebrow, "Nero, now, you unhand me. I won't hesitate to tell your parents about your behavior-"

The young boy began to chuckle as soon as she spoke those words, opening his mouth to let out a bone-chilling cackle.

Such a loud noise springing about so suddenly sent shivers of fright down her spine. Such a strong voice was dark and menacing, and it gave her a clear indication that the boy who was currently hugging her and squeezing her bottom, was no boy at all.

The innocent boy she thought she saved was in fact far from innocent. Far from an angel.

Hinata could feel her heart sink to the pit of her stomach once she gazed down only to meet the eyes of red, slitted ones staring back up at her.

The young boy cackled in amusement, expressing a dark smirk, "Oh, it was so easy tricking you, angel."

Hinata's body reacted instantaneously when she heard her enemy's deep, demonic voice speak to her. A burst of adrenaline rushed through her body, and she found herself in full attack mode.

She pulled her hands up quickly to summon her radiant magic again to potentially scare off the demon, her hands emitting a bright white light.

Hinata gritted her teeth, "Begone, demon!" She screeched out on the top of her lungs and set a burst of light towards the demon below her which managed to successfully drive the demon back.

Hinata's light beam on the demon was so strong that it behaved like a gust of wind, knocking the creature of darkness backward.

To her delight, the demon let out a cry of pain before soaring through the air, away from her. His hold on her was no more and instead, the demonic being made a devastating crash on the ground floor from afar, doing so with a massive thud following.

Now, the demon merely settled on the ground floor, quite crippled due to Hinata's attack.

Hinata seethed as she watched from afar as the demon jerked and twitched where it currently resided on the forest floor. Its shoulders let off a highly distinctive twitch as its backside was planted on the ground.

The demon said nothing as it lay on the ground of the clearing around them.

Hinata didn't either.

She only began to summon her acquired weapon to use it for battle since the demon was remaining in the area and looked to have no intention of fleeing.

The monster was merely lying on his backside, the front side of him directed upward as if the demon was merely star gazing.

Hinata knew the calm and collected method the demon was going for was merely an attempt to frighten her.

But Hinata was not scared one bit. Not a single ounce of fear could be detected in her body as she reached forth to call upon her chosen weapon—her mythical daggers.

Hinata summoned her power of light once more which enveloped both of her delicate hands. Once her mythical magic appeared, she reached out into the air in front of her to trace two lines in the air.

She traced a line on her left using two of her fingers with her left hand and she traced a line on her right, using two fingers with her right hand.

She then reached out to grab the daggers she created from her magic out of thin air after precisely completing the necessary steps to conjure them. She grabbed the lines she drew, which transformed in her grasp into razor-sharp daggers of pure light.

Her weaponry emitted a dazzling, star-like glow that radiated into the air and bounced off of the trees nearby.

Such weapons of hers were great in eradicating the dark presence of demons and they even fare well with both Hinata's speed and fighting style.

Hinata and her daggers shared a bond no one in the entire world could break. Both worked in sync with one another, her daggers guaranteed Hinata that she would win every fight she potentially faced.

So, the demon before her was certainly in for a treat.

Hinata narrowed her eyes at the demon before her who continued its twitching, still in the form of the brown-haired boy she spoke to just seconds ago.

Hinata clutched the weapons that now resided in her palms tightly, pulling both of them up to direct them at her enemy.

"It would be prudent for you to flee and avoid this fight, demon. You are well aware that you will only taste bitter defeat." Hinata spat with nothing but venom laced within her words as she began to shift her body slightly in an effort to get into her battle stance.

The elegant angel extended her left leg, bending her right, directing the side of her body towards the demon before her.

She pulled one dagger over her head, keeping the pointy end of it directed forward and the other, she pointed the dagger straight at the demon, her enemy before her.

Hinata stood in a stance of combat as she remained grounded in place, absolutely ready to strike anytime. Hinata's long dress swayed along her extended limbs as the wind of the outdoors flew past her.

But all of a sudden, there was a cackling in the air, a laugh of pure wickedness. A mere human may well become immobile upon hearing such a chortle because of the presence of the great quantity of lunacy, deep base boom, and terrifying quality that was present in such a laugh.

Hinata sneered at the sight of the demon finally rising from its position on the ground but as it did, it began to shake erratically.

Hinata watched in horror as the demon began to slowly morph into its original form. As it stood, the appearance that the demon took began to change, starting with its brown hair.

Hinata watched as each strand of brown hair upon the demon's head began to fade into another color entirely. Blonde.

As the demon slowly rose to its feet, its hair not only started to change colors but also began to become longer and spikier. But even while standing, the spiky-haired beast decided to adopt a hunched-over posture, which highlighted the transformation of its wings.

The blonde demon now let out a chuckle as he commanded his body to transform.

"Run away?"

A second menacing chuckle could be heard, one so loud that the trees in their immediate vicinity shook.

"You defeat me? Ahh, such blasphemy."

A loud rip of flesh tore through the forest air as the blonde demon's wings grew insanely bigger, ripping out of his back to extend in a shade over his shorter frame. Such wings were no longer white but black. Such wings hung close to his body, draping down it like massive curtains.

Unlike Hinata's fluffy and pure wings, the blonde wings possessed spikes on the very tips of them, just inches away from the demon's ears.

The demon's wings were absolutely horrifying, a great contrast to Hinata's fluffy, avian wings which was a sight that deeply infuriated the pure angel.

At the appalling scene in front of her, Hinata's brows furrowed. The sight in front of her was simply intolerable to her. Every bone, vein, muscle, and nerve in her body cried out for her to banish the demon from her presence and furthermore, expel it from this entire forest.

Such feelings of dread and alarm grew stronger and stronger as she watched as the blonde demon continued to transform, causing the scene to grow even more terrifying.

She gritted her teeth.

That's it.

Hinata couldn't take it anymore and so quickly, she pushed herself off of the floor so her wings could take her soaring through the air, closer and closer to the hunched demon.

But the demon didn't move an inch. He continued to keep his hunched form, even at the sound of Hinata's movement as well as her battle cry.

Hinata soared forth, faster than the speed of light, and with all of her might, she flung her right leg forward to drive her heel deep within the demon's chest, doing so to force him away from the area and into the woods.

"I command you to leave this place, demon!" Hinata shouted along with her attack which successfully drove the demon away from the area.

With a grunt, Hinata watched as the blonde creature went soaring deep into the dark woods that stood before Hinata, entering the woods darkened depths in the midst of numerous tree branches and leaves.

Soon after, Hinata landed on the ground while keeping her eyes fixed on the area in front of her. With her acute hearing, she could hear the sound of crackling tree leaves, a body hitting the ground, and a male counterpart grunting in the distance.

Hinata hummed in delight, nodding in triumph.

'Yes. That'll teach 'em, for sure.' Hinata boasted within her head all while keeping her ears and eyes ahead so she could precisely pinpoint if the demon had officially left the area and fled.

But she was disappointed when she suddenly could no longer hear any sounds. She heard absolutely no running, no flapping of wings, no grunting of pain, no anything. Hinata could only hear the crisp whistling of the wind, the rustle of the trees around her, and the vast animals murmuring and snoring around her.

But she heard absolutely no sound from her enemy.

Hinata's head whipped all around to listen to the sounds of the forest, to pinpoint the location of the demon. She kept her daggers right in front of her as she did, squaring them toward her dimmed surroundings.

Hinata's pearly lavender eyes narrowed, "Now where is he?" Hinata whispered under her breath as she looked around but to her dismay, she was met with an answer, an answer that did not run in her favor.

"Over here!"

Strangely, Hinata heard a demonic voice of mischief emerging from behind her, on the opposite side of the woodland the angel was currently facing.

Hinata whipped her body around to carefully inch her way towards the center of the clearing, abandoning her position on the woodland's edge where a bundle of rocks was discovered.

She strained her nose to discover that the voice speaking to her was using the opportunity to conceal itself in the woods in front of her, the same trees she was currently facing.

Because the trees in front of her were too tall and the area surrounding her was extremely dark, she was unable to see the demon at all. In order to avoid her, the demon was using his surroundings to his advantage.

That irritated the midnight blue-haired angel even more.

Hinata scowled before she gave her right dagger a spin, flipping the weapon of light around only to grip it tight by its base, "I have no time for games, demon. Let's fight and get this over with-"

"Why so impatient? Are you so eager to meet your demise, darling? After all..."

Hinata gasped once she heard a whoosh of wings begin to flap through the forest, now traveling through the trees to her left. She followed the sound, pointing her daggers at the hidden monster from a safe distance.

She scowled once more when she heard her enemy chuckle where he was hiding in the woods.

"You're far from home, aren't you, angel? Lost, I assume?"

Hinata shook her head in response to the deep voice that spoke to her, a voice that permeated the entire clearing and caused nature to react. The wind began to pick up speed, the animal murmurs became louder, and the rustling of the trees became more pronounced.

The mere sound of the demon evidently began to distress nature herself.

Hinata sneered at that. 'What an abomination.' She mocked distastefully within her head before aiming one of her daggers at the cluster of trees on the left side of the clearing, where she could clearly hear the demon dwell.

Hinata narrowed her eyes, "Oh, that's where you're wrong. I am not lost, demon, I am just where I need to be." Hinata's voice took on a stern approach, fixing her voice so it was now cold and bitter as she spoke to her enemy but she was only given a chuckle of amusement as a response.

"Hmm, intriguing. But tell me, darling. I'd like for you to tell me the real reason why you're here—why you've boldly crossed the border of Nōtan? It wasn't just to help, was it, darling?"

Another cackle was heard.

"Although, I am aware that your kind can't avoid doing so, heh. But you can't fool me, sweetheart."

Hinata's dark blue eyebrows furrowed at the questions she received from her hidden enemy who she noticed had moved yet again. The demon's wings made whooshing sounds throughout the air as he soared effortlessly past the trees to take on a different angle to potentially throw the angel off her game.

But Hinata quickly whipped her body around to face the demon's new position. And all the while, she kept her daggers forced forward, to give the demon absolutely no clear openings.

In all honesty, Hinata did not want to disclose any more information to the demon. She did not want to even talk to him. Hinata felt it was absurd to continue to engage in a conversation with her enemy.

'Why aren't we fighting already?' Hinata pointed out in frustration in her head all the while keeping her killer combat pose, her dress steadily flapping in the wind. Hinata was so ready to test her skills against the idiotic demon hidden from her. She was so ready to engage in battle.

'It's been so long.' Hinata also pointed out in her head. She was ready for her upcoming battle and had total faith that it was going to go in her favor.

So she simply scoffed, ducking past the male demon's earlier questions, "I have nothing else to say to you, demon. If we are to settle this, then let's do so. I have no interest in conversation."

"Heh, so feisty. Mmm, I love that. I love that a lot..."

Hinata's eyes narrowed at the sound of the male demon's voice dropping in volume, soon silence following afterward leaving Hinata quite tense.

She searched her surroundings by switching her eyes back and forth and turning her head rapidly but once more, the demon was playing an old trick of his and was somehow concealing all sounds from her. She couldn't hear the demon anymore which worried her.

Hinata looked around the entire forest, turning her body to the right. But once she turned her body fully towards the right-hand side of the clearing, she was met with an unpleasant surprise.

"Got ya!"

Hinata could only gasp when she witnessed the demon finally emerging from the woods, doing so at high speeds.

In the air, the blonde demon used its wings to fly forward with a roar, thrusting one clawed hand of his before him in order to grab a hold of Hinata's throat and take her completely off of the ground floor.

Hinata couldn't say anything as she was pelted through the air at tremendous speeds, only to then be slammed into a tree that was located a few feet behind her.

The force of the demon's sneak attack was absolutely brutal, causing a high-pitched shriek to spring from the clueless angel's lips. The sound of her crash was also loud, ripping through the air and filling up the entire clearing.

Hinata felt the oxygen escape her lungs as her body crashed against thick tree bark, halting her movement across the clearing and intercepting the demon's onslaught.

Her backside was now pinned against the bark of a lone tree within the clearing by one clawed hand that grasped her throat fiercely, cutting the oxygen from her lungs.

Hinata's enormous, avian-like wings were scraped and bent as they were shoved harshly against the tree's bark, causing her constant monotonous pain.

Hinata raised her head only to be confronted by the same demon she previously battled against, whose horrifying eyes stared back at her quite intently.

Only now, he looked much different...

This was his true form.

Standing before her at an incredibly impressive height of 6'7, was a demonic entity that possessed blonde, spiky hair which fell down his forehead and covered his menacing eyes.

However, he had two colossal black horns that protruded from the sides of his head. Such horns, long and very spiky, wrapped in a sheer keratin coating, reached past the demon's head on both sides.

The demon possessed flawless skin that was tanned and therefore shimmered in the dimmer light. Such skin of his was taut and completely free of any blemishes or imperfections.

Because of the demon's ability to see in the dark, his eyes, or more specifically the irises of them, were a deep crimson color with luminous qualities. The demon also had sharply defined pupils that cut vertically down his crimson irises.

Additionally, the demon's scleras were entirely black rather than white like Hinata's, adding to the creature's terrifying appearance.

Given his wrath, the demon sneered at her, flashing his razor-sharp teeth that slipped out of his lips, breaking into the flesh of his bottom lip.

Three whisker marks carved the demon's cheeks, although such marks were pronounced, as such features were also reacting to the demon's angered state.

Hinata whimpered as she held her daggers by her waist, her hands gripping such weaponry tight to her person.

The demon's hands were loaded with razor-sharp claws, one of them currently pinning her against the tree with a strength that rivaled her own. Hinata could hear the whining of the tree she was leaning against, which was beginning to crack due to Naruto's might and Hinata's weight.

The blonde demon smirked deviously at Hinata and, now that he was face to face with her, he used his eyes to scrutinize her. His attention was drawn to her quite provocative clothing, her cleavage, and the gaps in her dress that displayed her toned thighs.

Hinata watched in shock as the blonde monster bit his lip at what he saw. He even let out a moan, "Mmm, what a divine treat you are. I gotta hand it to ya, you angels sure know how to be a fucking tease. You look absolutely ravishing, darling." The blonde demon smirked mockingly before tightening his grip on Hinata's throat, further obstructing her airway.

She let out a sharp gasp in response.

Her current situation, however, did not terrify or dissuade her. She was only duping the demon into believing she was overpowered.

Hinata frowned as she stared up at the tall demon standing in front of her, his crimson eyes scouring every square inch of her as he continued to get used to her physical characteristics. He only used his glowing red eyes to freely take in every feature of her from where she was kept pinned, as if she were merely a painting displayed on a wall.

The blonde demon turned and raised his attention to Hinata's unsettled gaze. The demon couldn't help but grin at Hinata's suffering because all of her negative emotions were simply absorbed into his body, which fed him and made him stronger.

The blonde demon licked his lips, "Oh, my dear angel, we're going to have some fun." The blonde demon whispered to the midnight blue-haired angel before him which was the last straw for her. His words completely abhorred her, and it was these comments that compelled Hinata to finally attack.

She growled before pulling her arms up, away from her waist, and towards her chest area, "Oh yes, you are right about that."

Before the blonde demon's eyes, Hinata pulled her right arm forward, twisting her wrist to drive it across the air in a horizontal manner, quickly taking a slice at his right cheek with her daggers of light in order to distract him.

Then, with lightning speed, she threw her left arm forward to slam her elbow onto his outstretched forearm, the one that was currently holding her immobilized.

With all her effort, she struck at the right arm of the blonde demon, freeing herself.

Only then, she watched in delight at the demon's immediate reactions.

He let out many repetitive howls of anguish from the injury he received from Hinata's daggers, taking a step back to tend to his cheek. Because of Hinata's divine daggers, his right cheek now sports a thin cut, a cut that was capable of severe damage.

Now that Hinata has landed a hit on the demon with her mythical daggers, the injury that now resided on his flesh began to burn quite fiercely.

The cut was beginning to hurt like hell to the demon.

The demon's blood started to seep from his wound and stream down his tan cheek, off from his face, and onto the grass, which shriveled up like a prune once such a distasteful liquid touched it.

The hand he used to restrain Hinata fell to clutch his cheek, leaving the angel scotch free to initiate her next attack.

While the demon was distracted, she took the few seconds she had to take a leap forward, turning her body in order to give the demon's chest yet another kick, doing so with all of her might. She cheered in joy when she sent the demon flying away from her, his body soaring through the air from her kick.

Hinata nodded, putting up a smirk of satisfaction as she lowered her extended leg, "Yes, we're going to have lots of fun." The angel boldly concurred with the demon's previous comment, amusedly watching her enemy sail further and further away from her person.

To her dismay, however, her attack did not cause the blonde demon to fall to the ground and smash its egomaniacal head as she had hoped. Oh no.

The wretched demon used his wings to catch himself; to stop his fall.

Hinata stared in dissatisfaction as the blonde's enormous wings started to flap in the air, forcing the demon to perform a layout backflip and land safely on the ground.

The strong legs of his massive body quickly made contact with the soil below with a thud as his large body effortlessly flipped in the air.

Hinata sneered when she watched the demon raise his head from his crouched form to smirk mischievously at her, doing so from behind his spiky blonde hair.

The injury she marked him was still present on his skin. He was unable to tap into his wretched healing abilities given he was struck by pure light; the being of darkness's ultimate weakness.

Such an injury would take time to heal.

Hinata hummed in triumph upon that particular sight before working herself away from the tree she was forced against to walk forward. Slowly but surely, Hinata sauntered her way into the middle of the clearing, growing closer to the large demon from afar.

But at the sight of the divine angel advancing toward him, the male demon stood up as well, regaining his impressive height once more.

But now that the demon was no longer occupying her breathing space, she could finally take a look at his current outfit.

The spiky-haired demon wore all-black clothing, which complemented his jet-black wings and monstrous horns.

Hinata first saw that the blonde demon was dressed in a tight black muscle shirt that hugged every muscle he possessed.

Hinata could see the contour of the demon's pecs, torso, abs, stomach, and V-line because his jacked muscles easily peeked through such a thin shirt.

His shirt was covered by a black harness belt that crossed the demon's lower abdomen, transcended up both sides of his well-defined torso to then slip down his broad shoulders and back.

His fairly alluring outfit was covered by a huge trench coat with the collar popped, which draped down his towering frame and stopped at the male demon's legs.

The demon's lower half was clothed in black leather pants, however, such pants featured a holster which he wore around his left thigh, concealing many jagged daggers of silver.

The blonde demon finished off his image by donning combat boots that were incredibly large on his feet. Hinata was aware that the demon had the power to crush a helpless soul if he so desired with those massive boots of his.

Hinata gulped when she felt her heart suddenly flutter within her chest at the sight of the demon standing tall a few feet away from her, revealing all of his sexy glory. A sense of nostalgia also began to take over her, making her feel as if she was experiencing deja vu.

She felt the feeling that came over her to be exceedingly strange, so strange that she couldn't rely on her brain to convince her to divert her attention from the blonde demon standing a few feet away from her.

Hinata was stunned.

Her enemy, unfortunately, noticed.

The spiky-haired blonde smirked deviously, the corners of his lips spreading wide across his tan face of whiskers. His wings began to flap forward at the same time that he spread his arms widely, mimicking the motion of a bird's wings but with greater force.

The blonde demon chuckled in amusement as he boldly showed off everything he had to offer to the already-stunned angel from afar. He even tilted his head, "Ahh, seems to me you're quite starstruck. Ooh, don't tell me. Does that mean you have finally come to your senses now, hmm? Have you finally realized who I am to you, my dear angel?"

Hinata felt more and more confused by the demon's many comments. By his words, it would seem as if he was merely playing with her. It seemed as if he didn't really want to fight her.

He seemed to love mocking her, teasing her, as if the two were not enemies and instead long-time buddies.

He seemed to address her as if he knew her.

'My dear angel?'

'Have you finally realized who I am to you?'

Hinata's face contorted in confusion.

'What on earth could he possibly mean?' Hinata thought to herself, in order to make sense of the situation.

Her lavender eyes narrowed at the blonde demon in front of her who continued to tease her. He opted on lowering his arms to rub his hands over his rock-hard body, his fingers running over the belt shackles to his harness, causing them to ping in the air.

The demon licked and bit his lips, swayed his hips, rubbed his neck, and beckoned her over.

The blonde demon was toying with her.

By his rather inappropriate behavior, it would seem he was beckoning her to engage in intimacy rather than combat.

His behavior was so bizarre.

Hinata seethed in anger, gripping her weapons tight within her fists. She couldn't get the demon's words out of her mind.

She re-examined the demon from head to toe, taking in his complete appearance before coming to a conclusion. Such a rationalization contradicted the strange sense of nostalgia she had only seconds before.

Hinata shook her head. 'I have no recollection of ever meeting this demon before in my entire life.'  The midnight blue-haired angel thought in denial to herself.

Hinata wasn't falling for the demon's trickery. She was not interested in feeding into his mind games.

The demon was plainly attempting to confuse her in order to get her to lower her guard. She won't cave into his nonsense.

So with that, Hinata found herself shaking her head in an aggressive manner, doing so to refrain the demon from continuing his dreadful act of intimately touching his body.

"Stop! I demand you to stop-!"

The blonde only grinned before pulling one of his hands forward just to beckon her with one clawed finger. He even put up a playful smirk, "No. How about you come over and make me stop?" He moaned out with a snicker afterward, as if what he said was so amusing.

Hinata only seethed in anger. She was so angry by the demon's mocking and teasing that her entire face was red all over, a red that could rival the glowing eyes of the demon that stared at her from afar.

Hinata wanted nothing more than to make the demon eat those words of his. She wanted him to repent for underestimating her, for summoning up the courage to taunt and humiliate one of Hogaraka's fiercest angels.

Hinata was going to punish that moronic demon.

The midnight blue-haired angel gave her daggers a spin once more, now holding a deadly glint in her eye which was easily picked up by the blonde demon from afar.

He watched her with devious eyes before removing his hands from his body to instead morph into his own battle stance.

He certainly felt the anger that slipped out of Hinata's body and flowed throughout the forest.

He felt her rage and sensed it was yet again, time to battle.

The spiky-haired fiend rolled his shoulders down so he was in an hunched position, a position that rivals that of a hungry lion just seconds from pouncing to devour its prey.

The blonde demon pulled his hands up to make a claw form with them, setting such limbs inches away from his chest. But he directed his nails up towards the sky.

He beckoned Hinata over with a nod, his body tittering back and forth in a failed attempt to contain his excitement, "Come to me, my little angel. Come get me."

That was all Hinata needed to hear before kicking into high gear and breaking into a sprint, accompanied by a battle cry. Her wings flapped behind her as she closed the distance between the two in no time with her incredible speed.

Her wings managed to lift her feet slightly off of the ground floor so she was able to catapult into the air and deliver a high knee strike at the demon, in an attempt to knee him straight in the face.

Hinata soared through the air by her wings while gripping her daggers close to her waist, extending her knee forward so she executed a flying knee attack.

But in response to her rather impressive attack, the blonde demon countered it by swiftly moving to the side.

But Hinata was quick to recover.

Hinata landed on the grass floor with a soft crunch only to swing her left leg to intervene on the blonde demon's sidestep.

Hinata worked her limb at high speeds through the air in an attempt to kick the demon once more.

But she was disappointed to feel merely wind connect with her extended leg and observe her adversary's mischievous smirk soon after.

Hinata scowled to see that the spiky-haired blonde only leaned his head away from her extended heel, once again dodging her moves.

The blond beast was obviously playing defensive, allowing Hinata the opportunity to try to put him down quickly by going offensive.

For allowing her to take offense so quickly, Hinata thought the demon was extremely foolish.

'It won't be long now.' Hinata had a very audacious concept in her thoughts, as she moved forward to work herself even closer to her enemy. But she simply did so to jerk her right hand—the one holding her dagger of light—forward to swing it.

She missed again.

Hinata, however, did not stop there. She began to throw a succession of left and right strikes, changing the direction of her assaults as she stepped forward to follow her opponent, who was constantly weaving and stepping back to dodge.

The wind blew loudly all around them, picking up speed as a result of the violence that they displayed, as the two mythical entities danced around in the night, engaged in a duel that gravely put their skills to the test.

Hinata's fighting style was precise, quick, and flawless. She threw quick jabs at the demon with her daggers, never taking too much time after her attack before throwing another one.

In an attempt to dominate the demon, she swung her daggers back and forth in a sideways pattern while moving her body in the same rhythm. She even pivoted to launch a strike that pierced the areas all around her to potentially throw the demon off guard.

Her incredible speed allowed her to assault the monster in practically every direction. She had to bite back her annoyance, however, as the demon easily sidestepped, dodged, and swayed left and right in response to her assaults.

Being met with the wicked smirk that was brushed across her enemy's face didn't make her situation any better. Seeing such a look while she fought and missed almost all of her attacks enraged Hinata even more.

She swiftly made the decision to change tactics and instead launch a few physical assaults, using her body inside to startle him.

She had to take advantage of the high ground. It would be difficult to hit the demon square in the face or any other body part of his because of how tall he was, how vigilant he is to her movements, and how he isn't being distracted.

Her daggers were also not a great source to establish her attacks. At least not now.

Hinata noted that now that the demon was aware of how lethal her daggers of light were, he was taking extra precautions not to be touched by them. So striking him with her daggers would have to wait till a little later.

Her daggers were the key to the demon's downfall, after all.

Hinata used her intellect in order to defeat the demon in front of her. She was attempting to understand him.

She was taking the time to get used to his countermeasures and his speed. In order to determine the tactic the demon used to successfully protect himself from her strikes, she was looking for evidence of repetition.

Hinata noted that when she provides the demon an assault where she launches directly at him, he leans back; all she needs to do is get him to lean in a different direction. In order to shake him from his monotonous dance.

So with that, Hinata initiated a different approach.

She paused in her movement to take a step back rather than slashing the demon with her daggers. Her excessive motion of furiously swinging her daggers stopped, deceiving the demon into believing it was time for him to attack.

The blonde beast chuckled darkly before pulling his clawed hand forward in order to take a swipe at the angel's face, to at least wound her in order to slow her down.

But Hinata easily leaned back, gasping to feel the massive amount of wind hit her face as the demon's large hand soared past her.

But now that the demon was in fact out of his defensive stance, she was now able to land her attack.

Right before the demon's eyes, Hinata chucked one of her daggers of light straight toward his chest, thrusting her hand forth to let go of her weapon.

She added much strength to her throw causing her dagger to work through the air at a speed faster than a bullet which caught the demon by surprise.

Now with his body hunched forward, Hinata watched as the demon quickly swung his body to his right, using his speedy reflexes in order to dodge Hinata's now mobile weapon.

The blade plunged into the air, sailed through the clearing, and flew directly past the demon before crashing into a tree behind him.

That left the midnight blue-haired angel with only one dagger which she dispelled by using her magical abilities.

She dismissed her dagger for the time being to stare in the face of her enemy who oddly expressed amusement.

The blonde demon laughed as he stared at her through his hair, his body slowly easing back up so he stood tall again. He scoffed, "Hah, your little trick didn't work, it only caused you to lose your precious weapon. Heh," The blonde leaned forward to chuckle mockingly in the angel's face as a further way to piss her off.

He seemed to love doing that.

"It seems you're not as good as you think you are-"

But as soon as the foolish demon voiced such words, he was surprised by Hinata's heel making a devastating blow across his face.

The beautiful angel was swift and brutal in her attack, making sure to take the moment to strike in order to get the better of the blonde demon.

Her adversary's head was driven brutally to the left, but he was only given another kick, this time right to the gut.

The demon's upper body bent over, a pained groan spilling from his lips.

"Shut up," The dark blue-haired angel spat distastefully before launching her next strike with no hesitation or remorse.

She swept her being forward at high speeds and with that, set her earlier plan in motion, the plan to take the high ground with the tall demon in order to bring him down.

While the demon was currently hunched over, she took the opportunity to throw herself forward, using her wings to climb her way upon the demon's shoulders, doing so in mere milliseconds.

Hinata perched snugly on the demon's large shoulders, rooted behind the demon's head, after grabbing his shoulder with one hand and flinging herself on his body.

Then she wrapped her legs tightly around his neck.

Only then, did she begin to bombard the demon with a series of head attacks where she plunged her fists against the sides of his head in a ruthless manner.

The demon was taken aback by Hinata's degree of aggression, her unwavering will to defeat him, and the numerous, powerful hits he was taking to his dome.

He was gradually losing control of the situation. He needed to quickly take charge.

With a guttural growl, the demon began to move his body around the dimmed clearing in circles as he used his hands to try to pry Hinata off.

His sharp claws worked upward to scratch and tug against the angel's legs which she used to choke him and hold herself in place upon his broad shoulders.

The demon tried his best to loosen the grip of her legs around his neck, in order to free himself but it was no use.

Hinata ignored all of her enemies' feeble attempts to remove her presence from his body. She only continued in her ruthless assault.

She plunged her fists down to drive a punch of might against the side of his head, just to follow it up with another one on the other side of his head. She did this while shouting battle cries. She gave everything she had in each of her punches.

And the unfortunate blonde experienced it all.

The blonde demon groaned and grunted in pain, his head whipping about as he continued his struggle. He couldn't breathe, he couldn't speak or unlatch the angel from his shoulders and neck.

He felt like a fly stuck in a spider's web. He was completely intertwined in the angel's grip, held tight to endure vicious punches, punches with a strength that vastly exceeds that of a human male.

He was afraid he'll have to fight a little harder. Maybe a bit dirtier.

Desperately, the blonde demon gave Hinata's legs several more scratches with his claws before going a bit further and digging all ten of them deep into Hinata's right and left thigh, stabbing her with his claws.

Hinata could not ignore such an attack this time and her punches paused so she could let forth a high-pitched scream of agony.

"Ahh!!"

Her legs loosened as a result of the pain she felt after being pierced ten times by the demon's claws. Her adversary's razor-sharp claws ripped into her delicate flesh like blades, causing gold-colored blood to trickle down her legs.

She could no longer hold her position.

Due to her legs loosening up, that gave the blonde demon a window to yank his nails out of her thighs to grab a hold of her legs instead, doing so tightly.

He split her legs to free them from his neck, only to seize her by the thighs and throw her into the air and away from him, toward the other side of the clearing.

"Get the fuck off of me!"

In a blood rage, the blonde demon threw the midnight blue-haired angel off of his shoulders and into the air with all of his might.

However, as he launched his aggravated assault on the angel, he could feel his ears ringing, his head throbbing, and his throat aching in response to the angel's numerous hostile attacks.

The little angel was strong. He had to admit that.

The blonde demon took the time now that he was free from Hinata's grip to catch his breath. But he stood and just watched from afar as the angel spun erratically in the air in response to the demon's action of aggressively throwing her from before.

Hinata was anxiously trying to regain control of herself, to stop her mobile body and instead use her wings to escape her plight.

But it was difficult to maintain control while she was soaring at fast speeds through a strong wind, her body rolling in a circular motion within the air.

'Come on, come on. You can do this, Hinata.' She thought to herself as a motivator booster.

But as she flew through the air, she began to notice that her predicament was much more worrisome than she initially thought.

As she ventured from the right-hand side of the forest to the left, she picked up that she was beginning to head directly into the tree where her dagger was buried.

She looked up only to gasp in horror at her situation, her body tumbling full speed towards her dagger. She was going to be impaled by her very own weapon if she didn't stop herself in time.

'Oh no!' Hinata screamed in terror in her brain before hurling her hand up in the course of her constant spinning to dispel her dagger, to get rid of it.

But, as she did so, as she used her magic to discard her weapon, Hinata felt a hand that was not her own grab ahold of her ankle, and she was thrown to the ground floor instead of smacking into the tree where her blade had previously lain.

It was humiliating for Hinata to taste grass as her body slammed onto the ground floor on her side with full force. Unfortunately, she managed to land directly on her right wing in the middle of her fall, leaving her in excruciating pain.

Her entire body ached as she whimpered and wept on the ground floor, all the while using her hands to rub away the pain that crippled her body. Her thighs received several scratches of all sizes from the demon's claws, but they rapidly healed, leaving her only with the memory to torment her.

Hinata groaned in defeat, mentally smacking herself due to her predicament.

How could she let that damn demon get the best of her? How could she subject herself to such shame?

Hinata berated herself for how she conducted the conflict with her foe. It was awful—even for her, just awful.

'What is wrong with me?' Hinata questioned desperately within her mind.

However, a click of the tongue brought her focus back to reality, away from her thoughts and the severe agony she was experiencing.

She jerked her head up, only to see the blonde creature she had been fighting now hovering over her. Her body was directly beneath his tall stature, his legs on either side of her waist.

Hinata scowled when she saw the demon above her snicker down at her, doing so as he bent down, "You seem to be getting careless, love. Oh, come now," The demon lowered his body down so he was instead crouching and the two were now face to face.

The demon's spiky hair fell down to cover his eyes as he just peered down at the writhing angel below him who was now just where he wanted her.

He tilted his head, working his bloodied clawed fingers down to tenderly touch the side of her abdomen where she previously harmed. But Hinata only responded by yanking away, seething at him.

"Don't touch me! Get away from me!"

The blonde demon frowned at Hinata's outburst. Her words hurt him deeply.

Does she really not remember him?

The blonde demon blew out a deep sigh, before shaking his head, "How about we cut the act, yeah? I think we've fought one another long enough. It was fun, love, I must admit. But I just want to talk to you. I just want-"

But his words were cut off when the angel pulled her hand up once more, to summon her magic of light once again to exterminate the demon.

Hinata's eyes revealed hatred as she gazed into the concerned eyes of the demon that stood before her, her lavender eyes narrowing on him dangerously, "I said, get away from me!!"

Following her outburst was a rush of light which drove the blonde demon back once more. His body was driven away from Hinata's fallen one to land brutally upon the grass floor a few feet away from her.

He let out groans of pain due to Hinata's attack but he was only startled to find that the infuriated angel was not done with him.

Oh no. She was far from done.

In order to benefit from the blonde demon's crumpled state, Hinata catapulted herself off the ground and sprinted forward.

She piled on top of him, placing her legs on either side of his broad chest, before taking a ruthless punch across his face.

The blonde demon's head whipped to the side where he found himself spatting out immense blood due to her vicious action.

But he only received another punch, this time directly to the left side of his cheek.

Hinata found herself completely losing herself to rage as she continuously punched her enemy across the face.

Left. Right. Left. Right.

Her punches were brutal, strong, and relentless as she drove her fists back and forth across the demon's face which sullied his beautiful tan skin in no time.

Blood that was dark and thick as oil began to cover his cheeks, lips, and nose as the angel brutally retook the battle in her favor.

The demon desperately pulled his hands up to stop her but Hinata simply pushed them away only to send another excruciating punch across his face.

The blonde demon has fallen incredibly weak and it was thanks to the angel's decision to use her powerful magic.

Taking such a blast of light so suddenly completely knocked him off of his game. He couldn't recover fast enough to protect himself.

Hinata gritted her teeth down at the groaning demon below her, "Begone, demon! I've had just about enough of you!" She roared out before throwing one last punch to his right cheek before she once again summoned her daggers, doing so by allowing them to emerge from the dimmed light before her.

The gleaming daggers that appeared in the air in front of her were within reach of her bloody hands as she drew them forward.

Only then, did she seek to officially end the demon below her.

Hinata was tired of his mind games, tired of fighting, tired of him.

She wanted him gone and she had the means to make that happen.

So while using the time now that the demon was severely crippled, she thrust her sharp daggers of light high above his body in an attempt to plunge them directly into both of his hearts, to end his wretched existence.

She cried out in a blood rage as she did, "Say goodbye, demon-!!"

"H-H-Hey! It's Naruto! It's me, Hinata-chan, Naruto!"

The blonde demon, who finally revealed his name, has decided to end his little game and instead spill the truth, doing so before he meets his demise.

One shaky hand of his was raised in an attempt to stop the angel's action of killing him.

He watched in relief as the angel stopped dead in her tracks upon the sound of the blonde demon's or rather Naruto's previous outburst.

Her lavender eyes immediately began to water as she took in the name that was presented to her.

Such a name was no ordinary one. No.

Such a name that has passed the demon's lips below her belonged to a beast that is held dear to her heart, a beast that she loves, and yearns to hold, touch and kiss.

Such a name belonged to a lover of hers that she finds herself always thinking about, missing, and yearning for.

That name was her lover, a lover that she has not seen in so many centuries.

Hinata perked up, her eyes widening, her breathing quickening as she looked down at the blonde, spiky-haired demon beneath her from a completely different angle.

She sobbed, her lavender eyes growing teary, "N-N-Naruto-kun?"

Hinata's voice barely rose above a whisper as she called out her lover's name, calling out to the demonic being below her who now suffered from black eyes, swollen cheeks, a broken nose, a broken jaw, and a bloody face.

Naruto let out a relieved groan when he realized that his lover had finally recognized him, putting an end to her vicious onslaught.

He gave her a nod to further reassure her, "Yes, it's me, my dear angel. Your lover, Naruto Uzumaki-"

"No, no, no!"

The blonde demon's eyebrows furrowed as he witnessed his angel rise from his fallen body to stumble away from him in shock.

The midnight blue-haired beauty now wore a face of major disbelief as she stared at the heavy-set blonde on the ground whose injured face was quickly healing up, thanks to his impressive healing abilities.

All bones were fixed, and all blood was dry, leaving his face intact and spotless.

Only one single scratch marked his face at the end of it all, the scratch driving across his right cheek and disrupting the pattern of his unique whisker marks, thanks to taking a hit earlier from Hinata's mythical daggers.

Naruto sat up abruptly from the ground floor so he was instead rooted in a sitting position. His wings surely obliged in his action because the two gigantic beasts flapped quite vigorously behind him.

The dark trench coat he wore slipped down his frame and spilled onto the ground floor around him, due to his position.

The spiky-haired blonde pouted in confusion at the shocked angel before him, "Aww, now, what's the matter, baby?"

In a state of shock, Hinata could not take her eyes off of her so-called lover who took on a more daunting form than when she last saw him.

She couldn't possibly believe that the extremely ripped and dare she say it, seductive entity before her was the socially awkward demon from before who sported a lean body, a comical personality, and a rather high-pitched voice.

The version of Naruto she fell in love with was much younger than the mighty beast that sat before her now, a younger version that was also quite slower in speed, and weaker in strength.

Hinata's eyes widened as she inspected Naruto's body once more, fully soaking in his sensual splendor by dragging her pearly orbs from the top of the demon's head to the bottom of him.

Once more, she was in utter denial, unable to believe that her lover had suddenly transformed into the creature in front of her.

'There's just no way.' Hinata thought to herself before raising one trembling finger to point at him, her gaze fixed on the immobile monster in front of her.

Hinata shook her head, "No, y-you can't be my N-Naruto-kun. You l-look-"

"All grown up?" Naruto blurted out proudly with a grin on his face, just taking pleasure in Hinata's stunned reaction due to his glow-up.

Naturally, he had to work his ass off to develop his current physique, his incredible strength, and even his current level of confidence.

Naruto was absolutely overjoyed that he could now boast and brag about his achievements to his beautiful lover. He has a plethora of stories to tell her.

He let out a chuckle due to his enthusiastic thoughts before leaping to his feet, effortlessly hauling himself up to a stand with the help of his massive wings.

With a few shuffles, his feet landed on the grass floor beneath him as he fought his way back to his full height.

He resolved to use his red, slitted eyes to run them over Hinata, to utilize this time to solely soak her very being up as well.

He grinned at what he saw, revealing his razor-sharp teeth in the process, "Ahh, it seems I'm not the only one who has matured. You, doll, have undergone significant alteration."

Naruto's grin widened, his hand rushing forth to rub his once bloodied jaw, "Damn, I gotta say, you've gotten hella strong, my love. I'm certainly impressed. I was almost a goner there if I hadn't stopped you."

His remarks were met with silence as Hinata stared at him in disbelief, still taken aback by his appearance and the depth of his voice.

But her stunned state didn't bother Naruto one bit.

The cheerful blonde demon only took those devilish eyes of his and began using them to take in every single part of Hinata, first picking up her long hair.

A toothy grin was expressed by the creature, "Wow, look at your hair! It's grown so long, darling." The blonde exclaimed with delight, admiring the sight of the silky angel's dark blue hair that flowed down her back-side, past the gap between her two wings, and down to her rear.

Such a sight sent chills down Naruto's spine. He had never seen anything like it before. He was only accustomed to seeing Hinata with short hair, specifically set into a bowl cut. He was certainly unfamiliar with the sight of her hair longer, but he found himself adoring the hell out of it.

He hummed in delight before running his eyes over her body once more to identify more of her. His red eyes raked from the tip of Hinata's head to the bottom of her and he let out a cheer, "Hah! It seems you've gotten taller too! Now that's certainly a surprise."

Naruto's facial features softened as he just used this time to grow familiar with the mature version of his lover. In a matter of seconds, he grew acutely aware of every aspect of Hinata's physique that had altered from the young girl he had last encountered a few centuries ago.

Hinata's figure appeared fairly toned but slender, with porcelain skin devoid of any blemishes or cosmetic flaws. The matured angel appeared to be glowing, much like a lone star in the night sky.

Her breasts seem to have grown impressively enormous, pushing up against the silky fabric of her slitted dress to display cleavage, and in the process, revealing more of her porcelain skin, which appeared smooth to the touch.

Without a doubt, Naruto wanted nothing more than to palm her gorgeous breasts with his large hands, lick them, and suck each of her perky nipples while watching his beloved squeal with delight.

He wished to adore every aspect of Hinata and fully explore her body's uncharted regions. Throughout their departure, he had no other desires; only to have intimacy with his prohibited lover in order to solidly claim her as his forever.

Yes, Naruto longed to claim Hinata as his own, and he desired that she do the same to him.

He wanted no one else but Hinata and wished nothing else as he lived his days away from her.

Naruto felt his two hearts flutter within his broad chest, his red-slitted eyes soon falling down to Hinata's angelic features.

Naruto observed Hinata's gorgeous wings at that moment, which he had always thought were adorable because of how tiny they were, but he noticed now that they had grown out from her scapulas significantly, spreading far apart on either side of her.

Her wings were covered in white fluffy feathers, and at such a massive size he knew Hinata could entrust them with her life.

Such devoted wings were enormous, larger than Hinata's tall figure alone, and they appeared to be capable of supporting her and carrying her over great distances with ease.

Her wings were quite breathtaking. Naruto yearned to touch them with his bare hands, to feel their greatness with his touch, to trace his fingertips down them and experience their magnificence full on. The intense want to touch and hold his lover close caused his hands to twitch.

But Naruto calmed himself and settled, effectively keeping his hyperactive body steady.

Contrary to her younger self, Naruto could see that Hinata was much stronger and more self-assured from the way she posed, deployed her fighting techniques earlier, strutted, and raised her chest when speaking.

Hinata no longer stutters like she did when she was younger, which Naruto also noticed. She no longer shifts her attention away frequently, fidgets, or even feigns embarrassment. Hinata only revealed one thing—and one thing only—while she was in his company.

Confidence.

There was absolutely no fear in her body whatsoever. Naruto detected none.

The blonde demon couldn't help but smile at the magnificent sight before him.

His lover was strong, confident, and in good health.

Oh yes, she was absolutely perfect.

The blonde creature chuckled, his facial features brightened by his joyful emotions. He hadn't felt so happy in such a long time that he couldn't keep it together.

His hypersensitive body was quite jittery, every part of him trembled due to his heightened emotions.

Naruto licked his dry lips with his long tongue, expressing his delight at Hinata's grand transformation, "Oh Hinata-chan, you look absolutely breathtaking. So fucking breathtaking, babe. I can't take my eyes off of you."

Hinata gritted her teeth at the demon's countless compliments and declarations, unable to accept a single word he spoke.

She hated the way he looked at her, examining her body as if she was a mere toy for his enjoyment. He hated the way he licked his lips and flashed those devilish eyes on her while declaring that he was, in fact, her lover.

'No, he is not my lover. That demon is not Naruto-kun.' Hinata chanted over and over in her head, denying all possibilities of any chances that the sinister blonde demon before her could in fact be the creature she once fell in love with.

She gritted her teeth, her breathing steadily increased as her thoughts quickly ran amuck.

'No, no, no!' She yelled in her head, her emotions going haywire till her rage finally overtook her.

Only then did the two find themselves in an entirely new position in a matter of seconds.

Naruto, now backed up against a tree and held at knifepoint, raised his clawed hands in the air as a defense mechanism. His eyes displayed a hint of fear as Hinata sneered at him, summoning her weapon once more so she could shove it close to his neck and immobilize him.

Hinata shook her head, her eyebrows knitted, her teeth gritted and her cheeks flushed red but in anger, "I do not believe a word you speak, demon. You have done nothing but lie since we've locked eyes. You've played your silly tricks, you've deceived me, harmed me, and driven me to disobey the one rule I was taught not to break. My Naruto-kun would never-"

"Oh, love, it seems we've been away from one another for far too long. You've forgotten me." Naruto frowns, unhappy to handle the fact that his lover has forgotten his behavior, and demeanor, and has entirely dismissed all the clues that were hidden inside his actions and words since summoning her.

She has been totally brainwashed.

She's now completely different.

Naruto tilted his head, causing his blonde bangs to fall over his forehead and glowing eyes, "Oh, my lovely Hinata-chan, how could you have forgotten? You once informed me that I was both amusing and captivating due to my modest tricks. Hah, that is one of the causes that led to your affection for me. I have made you laugh and smile, doing so more than anyone else in this godforsaken world, and I have given you a taste of true happiness. I was there for you whenever you needed me. And lying..." Naruto clicked his tongue, letting out a sigh while sporting a stupid grin on his whiskered face.

"Lying has always been my expertise," He chuckled, his body still trapped against the tree behind him, thanks to Hinata's close proximity and her sharp dagger, "It was that specialty of mine that has gotten us out of so much trouble, keeping our relationship hidden. I've always had to lie on your behalf to protect you from my kind, to dispel whatever suspicions they had based on my frequent disappearances. To be with you more often, I fed my own people lies, Hinata-chan. But I would never lie to you, my love. Never."

The blonde demon's smile widened as he began to recount the memories between them, memories that he has been reliving for millennia, "I remember we would both cross the border to spend time together. We would gaze at the stars, and create funny stories to make the other one laugh. We would explore The Forest of Nōtan by flying together, side by side, hand in hand."

He said, keeping his gentle smile, "We would share many memorable moments about our lives, some good, some bad, it didn't matter. We would even feed the animals, roll around in the grass, and even spar for fun." Naruto's eyes narrowed in concern, a pout slowly forming on his tan face as he witnessed the stern expression on Hinata's face remain.

"Hinata-chan, are you telling me everything we've done together, you've completely forgotten?"

Naruto's voice has now lost its seductiveness and now sorrow haunted his every word. He looked back at his lover with furrowed brows, fighting the urge to express the pain that was currently tearing him up inside.

Despite the fact that the two have been away for so long, and spite of the fact that they chose to leave each other's side in order to protect one another, Hinata has never completely left Naruto's consciousness or his side.

He watched her as he settled in the dark corners of the land that stretched past the border. With his ears, he listened to her as Hinata trained, as she lived her days with her people and grew stronger and brighter each and every day.

He kept her in his thoughts, whispering her name to himself as he fell asleep. Her magnificent beauty and kindness plagued his mind, body, hell, his entire world, keeping him uprooted as he trained amongst his wretched kind, emancipating him from the darkness that had engulfed the land of Kurayami for ages.

Naruto's love for Hinata grew far too strong, and when ages passed, he couldn't resist the temptation to uphold their commitment and stay away from one another, never to see each other again. It once pained him to make such a pact, but adhering to it caused him great agony, more agony than his tragic past combined.

No longer. He couldn't stay away any longer.

And so, here he was, before his endearing lover after so long but he found himself quite saddened due to the fact his former lover has now been sculpted away, driven to live in the inner depths of Hinata's heart.

She was unable to identify him, feel his presence, detect his mannerisms, or pick up on the hints he had been literally throwing at her all night.

She only saw him as a threat. A threat that must be slaughtered.

Hinata seethed as she kept her dagger forced against the blonde demon's throat, keeping it only inches away from his skin as she stood and listened to his words which crept open the vault where she has stored Naruto and the memories of him and her for centuries.

She narrowed her lavender eyes, "Naruto-kun was, indeed, a trickster. But his tricks were nothing more than that: parlor tricks. He never used them to wound or manipulate me; he simply used them to make me laugh-"

"Hinata-chan, I have never meant to hurt you. All of this was just to lure you here, lure you to me-"

"Liar! You're not my Naruto-kun. He would never disguise as a child to pull at my heartstrings, get inside of my head to make me hear a-and see things, and fool me so gravely. He would never bring harm to my body and engage in battle with me. He would have never hurt me-"

"Hurt you?" Naruto couldn't help but stifle a laugh, biting down on his bottom lip to keep a cap on his amusement.

Oh Hinata-chan has no idea.

Hinata was still viewing the blonde demon as the weakling he used to be. She was totally overlooking the fact that her lover, just like her, has been put through numerous amounts of training where he worked his ass off in order to grow stronger, faster, keener, and smarter.

He was a new and improved being altogether but still her lover, no doubt, but Hinata couldn't seem to see that.

Naruto gave his head a slow shake, a pout present on his face, "Oh, you've got it all wrong, my little angel. I would never truly hurt you. What I've done in our little strife tonight was nothing compared to what I could really do. I was merely holding back for your sake-"

"My sake? Are you kidding me-?"

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry, that came out wrong. I apologize sincerely, my love."

"Stop calling me that."

"Hinata-chan, you must accept reality. Just accept m—here, how about this?"

Naruto stopped his words abruptly to clear his throat, doing so before teetering and tottering on his feet, just to move about a bit as a means to get comfortable.

Hinata watched him move around with narrowed eyes, maintaining a stern position in front of him, her dagger drawn, and she was certain she would not hesitate to use it if she saw fit.

She glared when she spotted the blonde demon flash her a faint smile, his tanned features brightening up before he put a pause to his movement,  "Alright, I just got an idea. How about you ask me questions that you think only your lover Naruto would know. I promise you, that the young demon that slumbers in your mind and hides away in your heart is me, just a miniature version." Naruto laughed amusingly due to his words but Hinata didn't budge.

She squinted her eyes at him, "Fine. I am more than capable of asking you the probing questions you seek for the sake of discernment, but..." Hinata drove her body closer to the smirking demon, driving his smirk clean off of his face once he felt the burning sensation of her dagger as it pressed against his throat.

As the dagger made contact with Naruto's flesh, steam began to escape into the nightly air, her weapon burning him slightly, much like a scorched iron would.

Naruto cried out in pain, wiggling in his spot in agony.

Hinata's nose wrinkled in irritation, her lavender eyes darkening, "If you answer any of my questions incorrectly, I will see to it to end you right where you stand. I will rip your wretched tongue from your head and silence you once and for all. Do I make myself clear, demon?"

Hinata's voice was now cold, unlike anything Naruto's ever heard before which instilled much fear in him.

Bone-chilling fear.

He couldn't help but gulp. But he made sure to nod his head, to quickly reveal to Hinata his answer, for his own sake, "Y-Y-Yes, I-ahh, understand and I-I assure you, there is not a question that you'll throw at me that I won't be able to answer. I promise you. I promise you that, Hinata-chan." Naruto voiced with confidence, as an attempt to erase the doubt in Hinata's mind.

But such efforts were useless.

Hinata only rolled her eyes in response before bringing her dagger away from his neck, liberating him from the pain he currently felt, "Tsk, we'll see about that."

Now, it was Hinata's turn to clear her throat, clearing her airway in order to talk freely, to relay all the troubles that were in her head and bring them to light.

She was now ready to open the vault of where she kept Naruto deep inside her heart. She was ready to dig back through the memories that they shared in hopes of finding out just how true the demon in front of her really was.

She was ready.

Either outcome, good or bad, she was ready for it.

So after a deep breath, the questions commenced.

Putting up a stoic expression, Hinata initiated her first question, all the while keeping the blonde-haired demon in place by her dagger, "First things first, demon. How did I first meet Naruto-kun?"

"You mean, how did you come to meet me?"

"No, I think I said it correctly the first time."

Naruto let out a deep sigh due to Hinata's denial of accepting him before simply answering her question without hesitation.

He put up a smirk, his whiskered cheeks rising ever so slightly, "Ahh, that's an easy one. Little you were busy picking angelica flowers when you were then attracted by a butterfly. You followed it, accidentally crossed the border, and bumped into me where you saw that my-"

"Wing was stuck," Hinata concluded with widened eyes, gasping to realize that Naruto's brief appearance as Nero at the beginning was, after all, crucial. The sense of familiarity she felt at the moment was actually for good reason.

She experienced that scene before, with Naruto-kun.

Hinata's breath quickened at Naruto's response before hurriedly moving to her next question, "W-Well, tell me the events of that night. Give me a thorough explanation."

Naruto beamed in happiness, "Gladly." He gave his tongue a click before opening his mouth again, "So, yes, I remember that night vividly. The night was young here in the land that resonates in between Kurayami and Hogaraka. You happened to discover my very being thrust to the ground, my right wing crushed by a boulder in this very same clearing due to no fault of my own. I w-was instead..."

Naruto paused in his words so an angry sneer could cross his features, his right fist clenching as a reaction to his fury.

Hinata raised an eyebrow at the demon's act of aggression.

She stood her ground.

Naruto growled, the sound ripping out of his chest to fill the clearing around him, causing the angel to wince, "My sense of pride was taken that night. Elder demons thought it would be a good idea to play a trick on me, pushing me over the border just to torture me for fun. I was bullied, beaten, and tossed aside due to my frailty, my weakness." The blonde monster raised one hand to his chest and slammed his fist on it, "I clearly recall the elder demons telling me these precise words that evening; words that have haunted me ever since."

Naruto let out a deep growl before reciting the traumatic words he was told as a child that fateful night, "You reek of weakness, therefore you should taste defeat. Know that you are and will always be a disgrace. Suffer now. Suffer, wretch."

After those words, the blonde demon let out a breath through his razor-sharp teeth, such words bringing up memories from his past that he would rather forget.

But for the sake of showing Hinata that he was in fact her lover, he would do anything. Absolutely anything.

His red, slitted eyes landed on the angel in front of him, and he saw a look of concern cross her features. He also saw a small gulp slip down her slim throat, which bulged in response to what she heard his demonic voice convey.

But she straightened up quickly at the sight of the demon's gaze, shaking her head in a frantic manner, "Gah, damn you and your mind games. So you wish to have me pity you-?"

Naruto's eyes narrowed in anger, "I do not wish for your pity, my love, I am only giving you what you so desperately yearn for. I am telling you exactly what happened that wretched night. If you would just let me finish-"

"Go. Just speak."

"Ahh, covering up your concern, are you? Is that what this is? You feel saddened for me, baby?"

"Wha-no! Sh-Shut up!"

The blonde demon cackled in amusement, "Ahh, don't be concerned, sweetheart. Bullying from my elders was something I always had to deal with, so I was quite used to it. But..." All amusement was erased from Naruto's face and a look of uneasiness instead replaced it, "Th-That night, I was left to rot here in this land. I was left without the capacity to fly and forced to face the ruthless might of a rock crushing my wing. I thought I was a goner. I thought I was doomed. B-B-But that's when... I-I.. saw you."

Naruto's breath suddenly hitched, cutting off his words briefly, "M-My first reaction was fear. Do you remember that, my dear angel? I feared you, assuming you were sent over the border of Nōtan to end me. But instead, you took pity on me, y-y-you saved me and healed me, doing so just out of the kindness of your heart. I-I was quite shocked."

Naruto let out a laugh of happiness, expressing joy just by telling the tale of how their paths miraculously crossed and how their souls intertwined in the process.

They found one another.

Naruto let out a breathless sigh, "Oh, my dear angel, that day changed my life completely." His face softened and a large grin then surfaced, "That day was the start of our friendship, of our relationship, Hinata-chan."

Listening to the blonde demon's words caused a warm sensation to settle deep within Hinata's chest. She experienced peculiar sensations while listening to the demon in front of her, answering her questions accurately and therefore bringing up memories from her past.

Yes, Hinata recalls her first time crossing the border as a young angel due to a simple distraction. A costly blunder.

Butterflies in this spiritual realm were wonderfully magnificent, with colors covering their wings that twinkled and sparkled like lanterns, easily capturing younger Hinata's eye.

Hinata recalls chasing the butterfly, crossing the border, and meeting Naruto, who appeared to be on the verge of death, beaten and bloody, forced to endure a boulder shoved on his wing.

Naruto was just a young demon back then, feeble and small, unable to defend himself and fight off his bullies. As a result, seeing Naruto powerless, unable to move, pummeled, and clinging to his breath awoke something in Hinata, and without thinking, she made the decision to assist her enemy.

Hinata remembers that.

Hinata smiled faintly as she recalled such a memory before turning her attention back to the blonde creature before her. She watched as the smile on his face gradually grew bigger as well, his red eyes never leaving the beauty of light before him.

He raised an eyebrow, keeping the same goofy grin on his face, "Now, do you believe me-?"

Hinata was quick to shake her head, scoffing under her breath, "Oh no, demon, you have to do more than that in order to convince me. I need more."

Naruto let out a groan of frustration at Hinata's stubbornness but his action only caused the midnight blue-haired angel to drive her dagger forward, closer to his throat.

Naruto gasped in surprise, his body driving backward as if wanting to faze into the tree behind him and disappear. He waved his clawed hands hysterically, "Okay, okay. I'm sorry, Hinata-chan. I'm sorry."

Hinata snarled, keeping her dagger only inches from the blonde demon's flesh, "Oh, you better be. Now," Hinata clicked her tongue, sizing the demon up by her lavender eyes, "I wish to ask questions more about myself-"

A lewd smirk instantly crept up on his face, "Ooh, yes, please do, my angel."

"Stop that!"

"Alright! Alright!"

Hinata blew out a deep breath which caused her midnight blue bangs to fly upward. She was really growing exhausted from talking to the demon before her. She truly wanted to get on with her questions and decipher the blonde creature's true identity already.

She groaned, "Now you tell me, what are my favorite hobbies-?"

"Gardening, flower gathering, and harp playing." Naruto practically blurted out with zero hesitation detected, "I can still clearly recall the moment you truly wowed me with your abilities, lulling me to sleep with the finesse of your harp playing. It's really impress-"

"What is my favorite color, demon? I don't have all night."

Naruto hesitated due to Hinata's stern tone of voice before quickly answering her inquiry. Even while he enjoyed taunting his sweetheart, he was not interested in driving her to cut off his head.

He was extremely content with his head on his shoulders and the air in his lungs.

So, he opened his mouth and once more correctly relayed the answer to Hinata's question, "Hah, your favorite color? That's simple, love; you don't have one. You appreciate all colors, regardless of tone or appearance. However, if you had to choose, purple is the winner."

"Favorite food?"

"Zenzai, ramen noodles, and every fruit known to man."

"Favorite star?

"Bellatrix, you've always strived to be exactly what the star's Latin meaning implies: a female warrior who possesses bravery and valor."

"U-Um.. meaning to m-my name? Hinata?"

"Oh, Hinata-chan. The meaning of your name is quite lovely; it signifies many things. Sunflower is one, the pure white lily, another, and finally, 'toward the sun'.

"M-M-My best friends; my fellow s-sisters?"

"You're close to every one of your kind, but four, in particular, are special to you because you were all crafted at the very same moment. Sakura, Ino, Temari, and TenTen are those angels you cherish dearly."

"O-Oh k-kami." Hinata bit her lip briefly, truly impressed by the blonde demon's answers for they were surprisingly all correct. She felt a chill rush down her spine, "Y-You're answering all of m-my q-questions correctly. How can that b-be?"

Naruto's grin broadened for he saw now he was finally waking Hinata up, slowly but surely convincing her that he was indeed her lover.

He gave her a subtle nod, "I've already told you, my darling. I am, in fact, Naruto, your lover. You've entrusted me with countless of your secrets and tales, and I've protected them all with both of my steeled hearts. I am devoted to you because I am your lover, Hinata-chan, therefore, I know everything about you." He explained with deep profound emotion which caused the midnight blue-haired angel to gasp, her pearly lavender eyes widening as she fixed her gaze on Naruto, never once straying.

She was in awe, slightly convinced that her lover was indeed before her, completely transformed to appear more like her enemy given all the time he's resonated in his homeland, Kurayami.

He certainly looked more daunting than she last saw him which clouded her judgment extremely.

But she was not fully convinced yet. The blonde demon has one more test to pass.

She shifted her gaze down to the forest floor for a bit, to blink and ration through her thoughts. Her breathing began to increase as her body began to grow overrun with many emotions all at once.

She picked her head up to whimper, "O-Okay, I must admit that you have impressed me greatly-"

Naruto's eyes lightened up at the sound of her response, "Really-?"

"You must, however, respond to one final question on a memory I treasure dearly." Hinata cleared her throat, keeping her gaze locked on the red-slitted eyes of the blonde beast before her, "Tell me, out of all of Naruto-kun's tricks, which one did I enjoy the most?"

Hinata's somber voice soared into the night air, via the wind, reaching Naruto's ears in less than a millisecond, showering him with longing emotions and deep memories.

In response to Hinata's remarks, Naruto let out a contented sigh before nodding and accepting her request.

"That sounds like a terrific way to wrap things up. But for this, I'd rather show you the trick than tell you," Naruto said as he beckoned her backward with a flick of his head. "I'd just like you to take a step back."

"No."

Hinata's refusal to leave Naruto's personal space was met with a sly grin from the blonde demon.

He shrugged his shoulders in satisfaction, "I'm alright with remaining close if you choose, Hinata-chan. However," Naruto said with a subdued voice, "I would enjoy this far more if we were both naked-"

"Okay, okay! You win!"

Hinata let out a frustrated whimper before taking a step back, away from the grinning demon who quickly leaped forward, away from the tree he was forced to stand against.

He kept his gaze fixed on Hinata as he gently but steadily drew his right hand away from his side and instead up in front of his face.

A smile grew across his lips as he summoned a blast of fire that nestled comfortably on his fingertips, flickering back and forth as though dancing due to the continuous wind all around them.

Hinata kept a tight eye on the blonde as he added more fire to the flames, causing them to progressively grow larger.  Soon after, he was discovered tossing the fire back and forth between his left and right hands, as if it were a mere ball.

Naruto squinted his red, slitted eyes amusingly at Hinata, watching her intently to capture her every reaction. He chuckled, "I remember like it was yesterday when I first performed this trick for you..."

Naruto threw the large ball of fire he created with his right hand into his left before abruptly shutting his palms over the fire element, hiding it from view.

Clap!

Hinata gasped in surprise as a result of Naruto's motion and the fierce sound that followed, but her reaction only made the blonde demon laugh.

"Hinata-chan, I recall every expression and comment you made in response to this particular trick. Every smile you offered me was unforgettable."

As soon as he said those words, he whispered a few incomprehensible phrases before unfolding his hands and revealing the new creature he had called forth as a result of his magic.

A bluebird launched directly into the air from his hands, soaring contentedly as it circled Hinata's body, causing her to gasp in surprise.

Hinata observed the pretty bird as it flew around her, emitting cheerful tweets and chirps on its way, her lavender eyes taking in such a beautiful sight.

Hinata couldn't stop the smile from spreading across her face, the warmth in her chest steadily increasing and increasing. Her heart began fluttering as she saw Naruto's creation soar joyfully through the air, swirling, twisting, and flapping its magnificent blue wings.

Hinata giggled softly, "Oh my kami. It's so beautiful."

Naruto chuckled before giving the bird a signal with his fingers, beckoning his clawed appendages in the air.

This caused the bluebird to halt its flight around Hinata's body and instead surprise her by flying close to her face and caressing her cheek with its own.

Hinata grinned blissfully as she felt the softness of the bird's body against her flesh, its cheek pressing against her own, causing a surge of euphoria to sweep over her entire body.

Hinata sighed contentedly in response to the blonde demon's creation's attention.

But the bird did not remain near her for long because Naruto gave another signal, gently guiding one of his hands forward to beckon the bird back to his palm. The bird obliged.

But Naruto couldn't help but laugh at Hinata's beautiful reaction to his little trick, "Oh, my darling, it brings me immense joy to make you smile. Heh, I wish to do so again."  Naruto exclaimed joyfully toward the midnight blue-haired angel in front of him, who seemed to finally notice him now. The real him.

He watched as she gasped in response to witnessing the blue bird fly straight onto Naruto's palm once more. Now with his creation back in his possession, the blonde demon stroked the bird with one of his clawed fingers, sighing as he felt how soft the feathers of his creation felt on his skin.

He was kind to his creation, gently caressing its cheek, prompting it to purr and tweet contentedly. In exchange, the bird caressed Naruto's finger, leaning into his warm touch.

Naruto peered up at Hinata again, joy found in his gaze, "You remember what comes next, right?"

Hinata smiled brightly, nodding her head with much enthusiasm, "B-Butterflies."

"Oh yes, and for that you are right, my love." Before putting a halt to his acts of admiring his creation by caressing it, Naruto instead extended his palm to where the bird was perched.

Only there, he softly raised his palm into the air, encouraging the bird to take flight and soar into the sky.

As he watched his creation rise in the air by steadily flapping its wings, Naruto pulled his hands forth to spread them wide over his head.

Naruto said a few more words to finish his spell, and both mythical creatures watched as the bird began to change shape, scattering so that over a hundred blue butterflies could emerge from its very body, flapping their wings in unison and spanning the entire sky above.

Hinata watched in astonishment as the shining blue balls of light from the butterflies began to slowly descend, covering her entire world, flapping all around her and relishing her presence.

The butterflies passed over the lovely angel's white wings, halo, eyes, and body, leaving the midnight blue haired woman with a rush of happiness and nostalgia.

Hinata sobbed joyously, smiling as she took in all the beautiful butterflies that fluttered freely around her, the same butterflies she had always admired as a child.

Her lavender eyes were slowly growing teary-eyed, truly moved by the blonde demon's performance.

Her daggers had long since vanished in response to her emotions, leaving her hands bare. Hinata no longer felt anger or hatred in her heart.

Not a single ounce of negativity could be discovered in her body as a result of what she observed around her.

Instead, she was overjoyed, extremely overjoyed.

Hinata voluntarily extended one finger, and a butterfly quickly landed on it in response, just allowing her to fully appreciate its beauty. The area surrounding her was bathed in a brilliant blue glow due to the blue hue of the butterflies wings, which shone like a beacon.

One beautiful butterfly was currently perched on one of her delicate fingers, teasing her skin with its tiny legs as it flapped its wings back and forth, expanding and then contracting as it settled on her finger.

Hinata sobbed, tightly covering her mouth with her free hand,  "I remember this. I-I..." Hinata's voice subsided as a tear streamed down her face. Her lavender eyes were once more absorbed in the scene around her, taking in the sight of the numerous butterflies fluttering about her and eliciting a flurry of flapping noises in the still night.

Her senses were captivated by the butterflies' beauty and their massive numbers as they gradually encircled her entire body.

Hinata was at a loss for words, unable to speak. She was absolutely astounded.

And Naruto stood and observed the spectacle, catching what glances he could of the smile that was perched on her face through the throng of butterflies who were fluttering around joyfully, shimmering and sparkling, putting on a light show for his lover.

Hinata sobbed once more, "Th-This is stunning in every way. I-I struggle to put into words how amazing all of this is."

Naruto let out a chuckle due to his lover's response, "Don't then, my darling. Your smile is all I seek." Naruto's smile widened immensely, showing off his razor-sharp teeth in the process, "Hinata-chan, making you happy has always been my only goal. Nothing more."

So with those last words, Naruto decided it was time to wrap up his little magic show.

The butterflies that were encircling Hinata were ordered to cease moving gradually and to flee via being waved back by Naruto, exactly like the lone blue bird from before, so that they may instead search for their creator once more.

All of the butterflies soared through the air, leaving Hinata's side to instead land on Naruto's left outstretched hand, enveloping it completely. Waving his right palm over the motionless butterflies, he quickly commanded his creation to metamorphose one last time.

He mumbled a few unintelligible phrases in his native tongue before allowing the butterflies to wiggle close to one another, blooming into something entirely different, and transforming right in front of Hinata's eyes.

With a charming smile on his face, Naruto drew his new creation forward, a creation that was once a bird and swarms of butterflies but was now presented as a bouquet of blue plumerias.

A lovely flower bouquet for his lovely angel.

The blonde demon firmly gripped the end of the flowers where the stems were located, presenting the exquisite bouquet for his stunning woman to accept, "There you are, my dear-"

"Oh Naruto-kun!"

Before Naruto could finish his sentence of seduction, to end his performance on a good note, he was suddenly surprised by a soft body launching on his own, arms reaching forth to encircle his neck.

Hinata cried out in sobs as she finally came to her senses, giving her lover a hug by holding him tight.

Naruto was quick to hug her back but he threw the flowers that were in his hand into the air subtly which only caused his creation to burst into flames, dissolving into nothing but ash which soon fell onto the ground floor.

Now with both of his hands-free, he wrapped them tightly around Hinata's lower abdomen, minding her wings which flapped quite profusely due to her emotions.

Tears shed down her face as she embraced Naruto's neck tightly, sobbing for countless reasons anyway.

She pulled forward to plant a kiss on the side of Naruto's cheek, now aware that the demon that was in her arms indeed belonged to her.

"N-Naruto-kun, I'm s-so sorry I ever doubted you! I'm sorry for everything I've said a-and did to you! Pl-Please forgive me!" Hinata cried out in between sobs while pulling her head over to kiss his left cheek.

Her movements were sporadic as she went about giving her affection in an effort to finally express the longing she felt for Naruto.

She kissed his face with quick pecks with her plump lips, tilting her head to leave kisses on his nose, the area just underneath his eyes, his chiseled cheeks, his whiskered marks, just over the cut she gave him, and his defined jawline.

Hinata was in an emotional frenzy as she kissed Naruto's skin, an action that he enjoyed dearly. He was thankful to know that his lover has finally recognized him and now was giving him the affection he knows she's been wanting to give him during their departure.

Hinata's lips trembled, her arms tightening around his bulging neck, "O-Oh kami, I-I'm such a fool. I couldn't recognize you." Hinata gasped sharply, pulling her head back to gaze deeply into her lover's eyes with her teary ones.

She sobbed once more, her lavender orbs rushing down to spot the scratch that grazed his right cheek still. She hiccuped, "N-Naruto-kun, I-I hurt you." Naruto watched in concern as Hinata's eyes suddenly widened profusely, in a way that caused the demon to worry immensely.

"O-Oh kami! I-I almost killed you-"

"Shh, shh, baby. It's alright. Everything is alright. I forgive you for it all." Naruto whispered against Hinata's lips, breathing softly as he pressed his forehead against hers, just relishing in her presence, in her touch, and in her love.

He had missed her tremendously, and he was overjoyed that he was successful in waking her up and getting her to recognize him.

It was now Naruto's turn to give Hinata his affection and he decided to tilt his head in order to plant his lips against her forehead, giving her a gentle kiss, "Even if you were successful in killing me-"

"N-No, Naruto-kun, please d-don't say that-"

"I would still forgive you. No matter what, my love."

Hinata was completely tearing up inside, sobbing and crying profusely about all the crimes she's committed against her lover due to her blindness to recognize him.

She sought to kill Naruto. She aimed to kill her lover, that is, to remove him from this world and sever him from her for all eternity.

She almost doomed herself, doomed each other due to her unwillingness to listen, to remember, and to believe.

She felt so terrible, she couldn't stop crying.

Hinata shook her head, hyperventilating as she was graced with Naruto's affection, his lips leaving subtle kisses along her dewy cheeks.

"N-Naruto-kun, I-I'm so sorry-"

Naruto interrupted her, moving one hand up and away from her body to cup her chin gently, raising it so he could view her pure, crystalline lavender eyes full on.

Naruto shushed his lover once more, sliding his thumbs across her small cheeks and just underneath her puffy, red eyes to relieve her of the liquid that dampened her face.

The blonde demon shook his head, "Oh baby, there is no need to apologize because there is nothing for you to apologize for. You are already forgiven." Naruto breathed deeply, "Just kiss me now. Kiss me, Hinata-chan."

Naruto didn't have to say it a second time before Hinata nodded and rushed forward, smashing her lips against his with full force.

The spark between the two mythical beings finally sprang to life as soon as their lips collided, igniting their hypersensitive bodies.

Their heads twisted and turned in a love frenzy as a feverish need to intensify their kiss.

The two moaned profoundly as they shared a kiss of passion, kissing one other as if it were their very last.

Loud groans of delight, the soft smacking of lips, and the flapping of wings could be heard now within the entire clearing as the mythical beings finally kissed one another after so long, finally rekindling as they both have been dreaming to do.

But as the kiss progressed, Naruto began to quickly grow excited. Horny. Wild. Overzealous.

He found his arms shooting down to grab Hinata's thighs, where he easily lifted her slender body off the ground floor to hoist her up on his waist, just over his bulging manhood within his leather slacks.

Hinata squealed with delight, her arms tightly clutching her lover's neck as she was lifted off the floor and seated on Naruto's hips, her smooth legs left to wrap around his firm waist to keep herself upright.

In a blink of an eye, their postures had altered completely, and before she knew it, she felt her body crashing into a tree causing her to groan quite loudly.

Naruto's lips released guttural growls as he kissed Hinata's lips with every fiber of his being, with all the love in his two hearts. He pressed his lips against her soft, dewy lips, then used his tongue to pry both of her lips open so he could explore the inside of her mouth.

He tasted her essence as he swept his long tongue throughout the area past her gaping lips, his pink appendage swiping across her top and bottom gums, her glistening white teeth, and lapping at her own tongue.

Her very essence gave Naruto vitality, showering his taste buds with a flavor that tasted precisely like sweet nectar, which only made Naruto instantly fall in love with it. He quickly developed a thirst for more.

Naruto couldn't get enough of Hinata as he finally kissed her, finally embracing her with the affection he's been wanting to give her ever since the start of the night.

He was getting carried away, he sensed, but Hinata didn't seem to mind. Her moans of bliss were a clear indicator that she enjoyed everything he did and wanted more from him.

Saliva slipped from their lips as they lapped at one another's tongues, participating in a savage war of slapping their tongues against one another, twisting their heads to explore every inch of one another's gaping mouths.

Both groaned as their taste buds were showered with the other's saliva, luring them into a realm dominated solely by their lover, a world the two were anxious to enter.

Naruto soon broke the kiss so he was able to bring his affection down to Hinata's neck, his lips kissing her soft, supple skin in a fury.

He held her thighs firmly against his waist, her body pressed against his own, refusing to let her go out of sheer stubbornness. As he kissed her neck, humped her crotch, and growled like a damn animal against her, he kept her backside pressed up against a single tree in the clearing.

The magnificent sensation of Naruto's lips against her neck and his hips pummeling her in a frenzied manner, awakening her crotch and making it wantonly scream out for him, had Hinata's eyes rolling in an instant.

Hinata's breathing was labored as she was utterly consumed by lust, her keen hearing completely drowned out by the sound of smacking lips, sensual growls, and the scraping of the tree behind her as her body rocked up and down its length as a result of Naruto's aggressive humping.

He was now succumbing to his carnal desires, unable to contain himself or keep his composure.

Oh yes.

He has longed for Hinata for so long and now he finally has her.

Oh, he won't be letting her go anytime soon now.

His gigantic black wings flapped behind him, overwhelming Hinata by gracing her with a gust of wind that slapped her dead in the face, taking her breath away.

"N-Naruto-kun! Oh Naruto-kun!" She cried out her lover's name between moans as he claimed the territory along her neck and humped her beautiful figure deeper and deeper into the tree he had her pinned against.

Naruto let out a breath through his razor-sharp teeth, cursing, "Shit, Hinata-chan, you taste so good. Your skin," Naruto kissed her neck and hummed as he managed to capture a taste of her skin upon his lips.

Her skin had a flavor that was reminiscent of fruit, namely a forbidden fruit, which was Naruto's personal vice.

While licking her flesh was undoubtedly wrong, consuming her very essence felt wonderful. The flavor alone was superior to any delicacy he's relished before.

She was the sweetest of sweet, so delectably so, that one taste of her flesh was enough to rot Naruto's teeth.

Naruto pulled forth to kiss Hinata's lips, groaning against them, "your lips," He whispered before giving her crotch a harsh thrust, causing her hypersensitive body to convulse against his own. She began to spasm against him, gripping his neck for dear life.

"N-N-Naruto-kun!"

"Ooh, your fucking body,"

Naruto groaned gruffly, "Mmm, you're all mine, Hinata-chan. Every fucking inch of your sexy body is mine and I don't want you to forget that ever again, do you understand me, baby?"

"Yes, yes, Naruto-kun. I'm yours. I'm all yours. Please." Hinata tightened her grip on her beloved, burrowing her head deep within his neck to inhale his scent and embrace more of him.

Hinata would recoil if it was any other demon as she inhaled the scent of musk and an odor similar to pine trees from Naruto's very body. She also detected a faint tinge of blood in his scent, a rusty smell that should have repelled her, but she instead embraced Naruto's distinct scent, reveling in it completely.

Hinata embraced her lover, resting her head on his muscular chest as Naruto proceeded to fulfill the ache in their groins, his hips rolling in a circular motion against her dress to target the delicate and relatively naive area that lies behind it.

His strong hands held her thighs tightly, mounding her flesh with his clawed fingers to familiarize himself with every part of her.

Hinata sighed in bliss, pulling her head up to plant a kiss on Naruto's ear lobe, "N-Naruto-kun, I want more. I-I want more of you."

Hinata had no idea what she was saying, only that words were spilling from her lips. She was at an all-time high now that she was in the arms of her long-lost loved one, finally recognizing him and enjoying the fruits of his labor.

She hugged his muscular body tightly as he pounded her crotch with it, holding her up comfortably on his body as a means to fulfill her every desire, kiss away her sorrows, and bathe her in a world of ardor and joy.

Hinata groaned happily, her previous comments capturing Naruto's attention. He came to a halt in the middle of sucking Hinata's neck, exactly where her pulse was located.

Slowly raising his head again, he was able to focus on his beloved who was now hyperventilating as a result of the powerful sensations she was experiencing.

Naruto gripped her thighs a bit tighter as he pulled his nose forth to rub it on hers.

Hinata giggled.

Naruto chuckled, "Mmm, you want more of me, eh?" Playfully, the blonde demon juggled his angel in his hold, causing her body to spring upward only to make a massive impact on his covered crotch once descending, her covered sex hitting his monstrous cock hidden in his pants with full force.

Her lavender eyes rolled in glee, a squeal of delight escaping her mouth as her body was welcomed to an intense sensation only Naruto's crotch could bring her.

When their crotches collided, it was enough to activate the pleasure gates deep inside Hinata's abdomen, which were linked to her reproductive system; which had been lying dormant for centuries and was of no service to her at all.

But now...

Her body trembled from the mighty thrust she was given, her pussy throbbing in want, damping her lingerie underneath her clothing.

Hinata didn't hesitate before nodding her head, giving her lover an answer to his question, "Y-Yes, I want you so bad. More than anything in this entire world."

Naruto breathed deep, pulling his head forth to snuggle just underneath her chin, tickling her skin with his spiky blonde hair, "Mmm, you think you can handle me, my dear angel? I wouldn't want to ruffle those pretty white feathers of yours too much and drive you to rip my head off. I know you're quite capable."

Hinata giggled due to Naruto's amusing response, her fingers gripping the thick fabric of his trench coat around his neck. She gave it a playful tug, "No, I promise, I won't rip your head off, Naruto-kun. Stop using that against me."

"So that means you're not going to kill me?"

"No, you big idiot. But..." Hinata pulled one hand down to cup her lover's chin, pulling it up so she was able to stare endlessly into his monstrous eyes, eyes that would instill fear into a mere human or rage into an angel but to her...

And to her only...

She felt warmth, love, and acceptance as she peered into his glowing red, slitted eyes, which operated as a light on their own, similar to her halo, which brightened up the dim environment around them.

Hinata hummed, biting her lip as she took in the gorgeous specimen in front of her. Her lavender eyes swept over Naruto's features, and she finally took the time to appreciate how powerful he's grown.

She smiled joyously before lifting her thumb to brush it across Naruto's lips while continuing to cup his sculpted chin, watching how he kissed her finger back, staring sexily up at her.

Her smile brightened,  "I will kill you if you don't take those clothes of yours off right now and give me everything you've got. Everything you've been wanting to give me—all of it—is what I want from you. I want you to explore my body till your heart's content." Hinata breathed close to her lover's lips, clearly hearing the demon let out deep purrs of delight due to her naughty words.

Hinata groaned when she felt Naruto's hands grip her flesh tighter, gripping her thighs with all of his might due to his heightened emotions.

Hinata shuddered, "Give me everything, Naruto-kun. I-I will allow it, i-in return for my mistakes."

Naruto's grin deepened, displaying nearly all of his razor-sharp teeth, at the sound of Hinata granting him permission to unleash his inner beast, to completely rock that sweet ripened body of hers exactly the way he'd desired.

Oh, and he's gonna rock it well.

Naruto moaned softly, giving his head a nod, "Oh that sounds like a tasty invitation, Hinata-chan.." Naruto breathed heavily as he gave Hinata's thumb another gentle kiss, "I accept. But just not here..." He kissed her thumb again, unable to resist lavishing his passion on his lover.

He then turned his head to take in his surroundings, noticing the rustling trees and the lush grass that heavily surrounded him and his lover. He took in the peaceful clearing that seemed to extend on for miles, concealing various animals, sleeping beasts, and possibly his kind.

Naruto clicked his tongue.

They have to go somewhere else, where they cannot be spotted.

Because if that happens the penalty is death.

Naruto cannot allow his beloved to suffer such a fate. He doesn't care what happens to himself; he was willing to risk his life to keep his lover safe.

So hiding is unquestionably the most important mission.

And lucky for them, Naruto certainly knows the perfect place to hide.

He smirked before bringing his head back to face Hinata. He bit his lip, "I know a place, one far greater than this one, I assure you, my love. I know just the place where the two of us can finally let our desires run wild."

Naruto paused his words to rest his forehead on Hinata's, fully embracing her presence.

Both mythical entities immediately emitted sighs of contentment.

"We can be free there, Hinata-chan. Only you, and I."
