When love does not listen
It binds two
Two unfit for the other
With hopes to overcome
The obvious and impossible

They birth forth one
Innocent and unaware
To the future
To which it has come
Incessant cries
Accompanied trips to find cure unobtainable

Anger and bitterness
Laments and regrets
Over a twisted love
That should never have been
The innocent one cannot alter what is
It lives with frail hopes against crisis
With a faint heart to outgrow or die to what it has become.
