I know this same hospital when mom Loria left her soul with my unborn sister in her womb... We 4 brothers never ever forget that..

After seeing Bruton's Pregnant wife I remembered my mom... Alessandro asked me to pay the bill , D-twins are in doctor's Room... I think Alessandro may be waiting outside the room leaving Bruton with his wife.. I never expected this from Bianchi..  How low can he go and beat the woman that to a pregnant woman... I have to kill that Bas**** with my own hands.. 

Again it's irritating me is this Bill counter woman... How short she will dress.. Don't she realize that people come here with pain not for seeking  a view.. 

"It's 350 Sir" she said blashling her fake eye lashes...

"Here.." I said in irritation  and gave her my card...

She looked me still and writing  something on the back of bill , I'm sure it will be her number... I'm sure it needs more than a woman to draw my attention...  Maybe a Handsome and Smart Man.. I'm happy I'm a Gay.. I sometimes wonders what creatures these women are?...

I turned to come with face to face with a woman.. A beautiful one.. I bet my heart and by looking her I can figure out she is from India.. 

"Excuse me!.." She said sweetly and I just moved aside and noticed her.. If I'm not a Gay I will deal fell in love with her voice itself...

"It's will be 470" the Bill counter lady said with venom filled voice when she noticed my attention towards the Indian Beauty...

That Angel gave her card to that Evil woman and payed the bill ignoring her disgusting voice.. 

"Thank you!... Have a Good day!" Angel said and started walking fast... I just followed her... She goes near a Old Lady and make her sit when she try to fell.. That Old lady seems sick.. She started talking with her and helps her but she fell back on the chair... Before I go to help some other lady nurse came and hold her and she turned to angel and said something... Angel started running to upstairs...

I saw D twins going back to the Ward.. I just smiled and shake my head and goes back where Alessandro will be waiting... But I just got a call from My Secretary Loris..

"Boss.. One of our major debtor fails to pay our dues Sir!.." He informed..

"Ms. Olivia Romano" He said with Fear laced in his Voice....

"I just can't believe this.. We are her major Creditor... Her father was a successful businessman... But she didn't make it like her father.. How can I gonna explain Alessandro. If he comes to know about it.. I don't know what he will do.. But I do have doubts about.. How come a successful running company suddenly comes to this level... money is not a problem for us but we always aim for success and perfection in business, whether is legal or illegal " I thought myself and cut the call before any responses...

When I returned back I see Alessandro Lombardi Smiling himself.. Then Myself and D twins started laughing knowing that Angel is the reason for his smile.. Unfortunately he fails to see her face.. But that's not gonna last more than a week...

I just put hold to the current business matter after seeing Cold hearted Alessandro Lombardi Smiling for real...
