Suave P.O.V

I'm sweeping and dusting when I hear the door open. I go to see who came in. Fallacy enters with his armor torn into pieces. The other vampires and Royal Guard members are right behind. Jasper (paperjam) runs to hug his dad.

"Dad I thought you were dead!" He screamed as he hugged Fallacy. I smile at the cute 18 year old. He seems and acts younger than he is, due to the fact that he wants to add "fun" to the area.

"No I'm alright. But, we are going to go and attack the werewolves. Someone has been captured and we must save them. You will stay here. Suave will keep you safe."

"But I want to come with you!" Fallacy was starting to get a little frustrated.

"No. If something happens to me, you need to take control. I am putting the castle in your hands."

"But I'm not ready."

"Trust me, you are." Fallacy begins to walk to an armory. As he walks past me, he grabs my arm, making eye contact.

"Tell him how you feel, I can't promise how much time we have left."

"Yes my lord." He continues to walk. I look at Jasper who is tearing up. I go up and hug him, making his tears flow even more.

"It's okay my lord. Your father knows what he is doing." He cries some more. I hear the door open and look over. The maids quickly avert their eyes. Azure walks in with some armor flung over his shoulder. His face was harder than stone, smile completely gone. He passed us and headed to the armory, already knowing where Fallacy is.

"Azure what's wrong?" Jasper asked. Azure didn't stop nor break his haze.

"They took Rufous. If they hurt him, I will kill them with my own hands." and with that, Azure turned the corner and left. I turned to Jasper. He was finally starting to quiet down. How am I supposed to tell him how I feel? What if he doesn't feel the same way? I think for a moment, and decided it was best to tell him alone.

"Come on my lord, let's head to your room." He nods and we walk down the hallways. All the while, I was thinking of how I was going to tell the prince my feelings.

Rufous P.O.V

I slowly begin to open my eyes, recalling the events of what happened. Eterna came and kidnapped last night after... was that a dream or was that real. I shook my head, figuring it was only a dream. After all, why would Azure like me, let alone kiss me? I look around. I'm tied up in a dungeon. I yank at the bonds, trying to get free. The clatter attracts the attention of a figure right outside the door. He walks forward, revealing the tall slender body that I know too well.

"Bellator what are you doing here?" I hiss. He simply smiles and keep walking closer.

"Is that anyway to treat your brother and your future leader?"

"How did I get here?"

"Eterna wanted to join us. One of the things she offered to do was to give us a hostage. She also said that due to your status with a certain someone, we might have visitors. Don't worry, I promised that I wouldn't hurt you." He leans into my ear.

"Well, that she knows of." He balls his hand up to a fist as he thrusted it into my stomach. I begin to cough blood, as I double over. I hear a shout from outside the door. I look up with blood still flowing from my mouth. Eterna stomps in, fire showing through her eyes.

"You said that you wouldn't hurt him. I only made the deal with the promise that you wouldn't hurt him." Bellator smiles. He begins to walk away.

"Sorry. I was just making sure our soon to be werewolf is fit. I'm gonna head off to the main base to get more soldiers" Eterna's eye twitches. She looks at the ground, trying to come up with an idea. Her face brighten up, practically seeing a light bulb come over her head. She calmed down and looked at Bellator.

"I want to watch over Rufous. Azure will come to save him and I want to be there."

"You must be prepared to kill."

"I'm counting on it." My face fires up at the thought. If anyone hurt Azure, I will kill them. I yank at my chains again, trying to get free. Once Bellator is out of the room, Eterna whips around and begins to free me.

"I'm so sorry I made a huge mistake. I was so conceited to destroy the vampires, I didn't realize the true threat." she kept talking, trying to make up for her actions.

"Calm down. What's in the past is in the past. Right now, we just have to get out. Our best bet is to do it while He's out." We talk about a plan to get free. I'm not the only one trapped here. Apparently, Eterna can't leave either. Our plan takes place at the time of the attack. She begins to clean me up, being scared that Azure will kill her.

"Why out of all the people you took, you chose me?" Eterna looked at the ground at the question.

"Because I saw you and Azure kissed. I knew that he would come after you." I looked at her, a surprised look on my face.

"That wasn't a dream? I thought for sure... I mean... I'm just a blacksmith." She smiled and looks down.

"Yeah that's how I felt when me and Dr. Lofy got together. She's a royal doctor and I hunt bats that turns to humans. It's a pretty odd couple." I look around.

"How long do you think it will be before the come and..." I was cut off by a loud bang. Me and Eterna go to look out the door. The werewolves were running all over the place, completely ignoring the fact that I was free.

"It has begun." Eterna said. I nod. After tonight, the war for dominance will commence. And no one will be able to stop this.
