Fallacy P.O.V

I walk to the armoury, my suit sitting there on a mantel. The last time I used this was to save Encre from the Vampire counsel. I grab it and slide it over my body, adding the cape on at the end. I feel arms wrap around me, as a faint cry comes from the person grabbing me.

"Dois-tu partir?" (Do you have to go?) I sigh as I turn around and hug Encre.

"We both know I do. The town is in danger, and even if it wasn't, it's easier to pick them off one by one. That needs to be my strategy. I know you're scared for my safety, and frankly I am too. But I need to do this."

"Je sais que vous le faites. Au revoir mon amour." (I know you do. Goodbye my love.)

"Goodbye my masterpiece." And with that, she left for the room. I grab a sword and begin to head to the practice area. I practice my sword skills until it's near morning. I grow wings and pick my four best warriors. I fly to the town. I stop in midair and look at the town. It's burnt down and completely destroyed. I stand there, in middle of the ashes, staring at everything around me.

"Is anyone here? Please, tell me that no one's dead." I wait patiently for an answer. After a few seconds, I fall on my knees. Tears begin to run down face. The entire town has been killed.

"Fallacy? Is that you?" Azure walks out of the forest, the entire town right on his heels. I stand up, more than happy that I was wrong.

"Azure! You said that they were coming tonight."

"They changed plans apparently. It's okay though, everyone got out of the village. I took them out before nightfall."

"But did they leave is the question." Me and Azure whipped our heads around to look at the mysterious voice. A wolf comes out of the forest and slowly transforms into a skeleton. He smiles as ten more come behind him, following their leader. I pull out my sword as Azure pulls out his. The Royal Guard and my knights stand behind us.

"You guys looks scared. Don't worry, the death will be slow and painful." The wolves start to surround us, turning into skeletons as the do. Two come to attack me and Azure. I aim my sword for his chest, as Azure swips for the neck. His hits it's target as the wolf hits a tree. My sword misses, but quickly comes back to hit him at the waist. I smile, as another two come for me. A Royal Guard member tackles the one as I get the other. His speed dodges my attacks and my reflexes keeps me safe from his. This fight continues on, each soldier getting more and more injured. After a while, only two werewolves remained. I kept my sword pointed at the one in front of me. He comes in for an attack, and right before he hits me I feel teeth digging into my back. I yelp in pain as I fall backwards. The one is now on top of me, as Azure fights the other one. He throws my sword across the ground, making it out of reach for me. He begins to slash at my chest, making my armour crack. He breaks it off of me, and smiles. The wolf leans down to bite me. I struggle to get it off, but as hurt as I was I couldn't. I look up, thinking of my masterpiece in these final moments. I make eye contact with my killer. He goes to bite my neck, but right before he gets there he stops. I see the blade of a rapier jabbed into his chest. Who has a rapier? I think to myself. The wolf falls of the blade, and I see Encre holding it. He spins the sword around with his wrist, before sheathing it at his side.

"Encre, what are you doing here?" I ask, thinking of all the things that could've happened to him.

"Quoi, tu pensais que j'allais m'asseoir et te laisser de l'amusement? J'ai été formé avec une épée pour une raison, pour me protéger et ceux que j'aime. Maintenant, le fait que cette raison est en jeu, il est temps de ramasser mon épée et de me battre." (what, you thought I was going to sit back and let you have all the fun? I was trained with a sword for a reason, to protect me and the ones I love. Now the fact that that reason is in play, it's time I pick up my sword and fight.) I smile, knowing that if I argue, I'll lose.

No one P.O.V

Dr. Lofy runs through the forest.

"Azure! Azure!" Azure looks over at her. Her face is red from running so much.

"What is it Dr. Lofy?" He asks. He knows something's wrong, but can't quite tell what it is. She stops to catch her breath.

"It's Eterna. She went to join the Werewolves. I told her not to, but she went anyways. She took a hostage, hoping they would not only accept her, but you would join the as well. She promised he wouldn't get hurt, but the fact of who it is might persuade you.."

"Dr Lofty, who did Eterna kidnap?" Dr Lofy looks away. She takes a breath and looks at Azure.

"Rufous." She said. Azure's face went blank. No emotion could be read on it. Fallacy, though not liking Eterna felt like he should defend her because she honestly didn't know what's so wrong with giving Rufous to the wolves.

"She doesn't know Azure. She was probably sincere about protecting him. No one knows that Bellator wants Rufous!" Azure stops. He picks up his helmet, as one single tear forms in the corner of his eye.

"Dr Simon and Dr Lofy, you two tend to the injured soldiers and villagers. I'm going to head to the stash of armour and prepare to head out."

"I can get my army ready." Fallacy said while standing up. All of the Royal Guard members stand up as well, preparing to follow who leads.

"You can take the Royal Guard to the castle. I'll meet you there."

"Azure?" Dr Lofy asks shyly.

"Yes Dr Lofy?"

"What are you and the armies going to do?"

"We're going to go save Rufous. Even if I have to kill Bellator myself." And with that, Azure disappeared into the forest.
