Moon: Why? How? Wha? I'm so confused! Someone tell me what is going on!

Just after the doctors left to give Jake, and his mom sometime alone, Jake woke up. At the same time his mom pulled the sleeping tiny girl out of her purse, and was about to ask about her when Jake just grabbed her.

"You won't hurt her." Jake says holding Moon up to his chest. He felt his chest become heavy, but he continued on, "I won't let anyone harm her. Now just leave her alone."

Now, the best part for Jake is that, Moon is in a coma. Also, the mom lied. She just said that Jake and Moon were related so he wouldn't get any ideas about his adopted sister. Erin, Jake's mom, also lied about Jake's name. His real name is Jake Lemon Matt.

"Why are you so protective over your sister?" Erin asks her son.

"She isn't my sister." Jake states holding Moon a little closer to him.

"Oh? Then what is she?" Erin asks.

"Moon is a friend." Jake says.

"Since when did you have friends?" his mom asks with a fire starting in her eyes.

"Since I was a child." Jake spouts back.

"WHO WOULD LIKE YOU AS A PERSON!? YOU'RE A STUPID CHILD!" Erin shouts starting to hit her son.

Jake crouched and held Moon as close to him as he could to protect her. Soon Jake heard doctors flooding into the room with security. The security officers got Erin away from her son.

Jake's POV

Not one single tear was shed, well, not by me anyway. After the woman was taken out of the room, the room was silent, but suddenly there was the sound of crying. I sit up, and look down. Moon was there grabbing my shirt tightly, and she was crying. The doctors froze then they tried to get her away from me.

"DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH HER!" I scream bringing her up to my chest.

The doctors tried to calm me down, just long enough so they could take Moon away.

"No." I state staring at them all.

"Sir, we need to see the girl." one of the doctors say.

"I won't let you take her." I state looking that doctor in the eye.

"STOP IT!" Moon screams making everyone freeze. I look down at her and she stares back at me.

"Moon, I'll get you out of here, I promise." I say getting out of the bed and running through the still stunned doctors and nurses. I run past everyone in the hallways hearing people also running after me. I get out of the building and immediately run for the street. As soon as I get the robe off, luckily my clothes were still on, I run out into the street. Are things on my side today or what? No cars.

Once I reach the other side, the cars come, and block the doctors from coming at me. I continue to run until I reach my house. Immediately run in and lock the doors behind me. I lock all the windows too. As I reach my room, I hear sniffling. It isn't Moon this time though.

"Who's there?" I ask softly.

"I-I-I th-th-thought the h-house w-was e-empty." a girl's voice stutters.

"It's fine. I just want to know who you are." I state. Moon grabs my shirt tighter.

"M-M-Melody!?" Moon asks in shock.

"M-M-Moon!? Is that you?" the girl asks surprised, and then a girl appears from the living room.

"Melody!" Moon shouts letting go of my shirt and jumping to the ground. Moon lands with a roll, and then she starts running towards the girl. Melody squats down and sets her hands on the ground, palms up, and waits for Moon to climb on. Once Moon is on, and holding one of the fingers, Melody stands up and walks towards me slowly.

"Who? What? Where? When? Why?" I ask stepping back and falling to the ground making Moon look at me with a look of worry, and amusement.

Then, suddenly everything, and everyone but Moon and I was left in a dark room.

"I love you Moon" I speak then everything goes black.
