Lloyd explained his whole story to me.The black out,the Over lord,the ninja and everything.I just couldnt believe all that happened since i left New Ninjago city.But ive heard of the Ninja before,even seen them a few time's,they're some pretty cool guy's ;-) anyway i felt bad that the Over lord was after him,and he even possesed his Dad once,that's were i remember Garmadon before,Lord Garmadon.

It was the fourth day,i was busy digging a hole,"What are you doing this time?" Lloyd asks,

"Digging a hole"i reply,

"Why?"

"Cuz something cool could fall into it! like a pixie!!!!"

Lloyd sighed,"Really Iris,a pixie",he say's all 'i cant belive this girl' like.

"Well something cooler!!!"i say all bubbly like,

Lloyd gave me this look that said. 'Are you for real',and i just beamed at him.He seemed to give up on my responses and went to sit next to his Dad,i got up and sat opposite him,i checked his Dad's temperature."He's doing fine,right now he's just sleeping we have to wait until he wake's up"I tell Lloyd,he just nod's,i ran back to my hole and looked inside."Awwww no pixie yet"i whined,"Pixie's dont even exist!!!!!" Lloyd shout's,"Who told you that!!!!"i retort.He face palmed himself.

"W-what L-l-lloyd???"I hear mumbling.

I hear my father waking up,i ran over to him,"Dad,dad" i call as his eye's began to open.He placed his hand on his head,"Lloyd what happened?"he asked,"Er i think we got attacked by a bird" i replied.

"A huge vicious one!!! that poisened you and took you too its nest!!!"i hear Iris shout,Dad took one look at her and back at me,he looked suprised,"Who is she?"he asked,"That's Iris,she helped us both,without her help we would have both died from poison"i reply.

Dad got up and walked toward's her,"Thank you for your hospitality Iris,im greatfull" he tell's her,"Its no biggie,beside's im not someone who could do anything special"she replied.

But she was,anyway she is really good at spinjitzu and a great fighter she seemed really confident and she saved me and my Dad from death.I had this strong feeling that she was special in some strange way."Lloyd"i hear my Dad say,i snapped out of my trance,"We have to continue going"he tells me.

"Oh ya"I say,as i follow my Dad i notice Iris still standing were she is,"Iris arent you coming?"i ask,"Ya sure"she replie's,i notice she didnt have her bubbly attitude,"Are you ok?"i ask,

"Its just that i dont think i'll ever find the purple canary"she say's sulkily."Purple canary???"Dad asks confused,Iris quickly explained.

I put my hand on her shoulder,"Im sure you'll find it again",i assure her,then she gave me a faint smile.

"....so then you know how a dog goes running away from a dog catcher....."Iris says in super speed,"Does she ever stop talking my dad said sounding irritated,"Nope"i answer,"Why does everyone say that"Iris whined.

"Cuz you never stop talking!!!"i say angry,

"There goes Lloyd Grumpydon again!!!"She blurt's

"Grumpydon????"my Dad asks,but you could tell he was on the verge of laughing.

"Stop calling me that"i say annoyed,

"Lloyd Grumpydon,Lloyd Grumpydon,Lloyd Grumpydon!!!!"she sang,

"Iris!!!"i wail,

"Stop it,both of you are driving me crazy!"my dad half shout's,

"He started it!!!"Iris wailed,

"Im not the one that speed talks"i retort,

My Dad flashed both of us glare's,Iris covered her mouth.

"Sorry Mr Lord Garmadon sir"she says,

I almost fell down,laughing she is seriously funny.

"Er just call me Sensei Garmadon"Dad told her,

"Ok!!!"she said in a bubbly way,

"Um i'm gonna go check for some,claw mark's"she says, we both nod as she hopped away.

"She seem's to be alot different from everyone ive ever met"my Dad say's,

"I dont know but i have this strange feeling's about her,that she's special in some way"i say,

"Well there definetely is something about her" my Dad answer's,

"Dad"

"Yes,my son"

"She can do spinjitzu"

"What seriously?"

"Yea she saved me from that canary bird thingy,its almost like she's a ninja or something"i say,

Just then i heard a huffing sound,i turned only to see Iris's fuming face.

I came back to get my camera,yep!i forgot what im supposed to take picture's with XD anyway the first thing i heard was,"She can do spinjitzu".I got angry the minute i heard it.

They both turned to look at me,"I told you not to tell anyone for a reason! i even begged you for crying out Loud ugh!!!",

"IRIS!!!!"Lloyd shouts as i walk away,i went away from them.

I heard crowing and animal cries,it was reall loud.I ran to check it out and to my suprise i saw a purple canary the size of a car bullying another canary the size of an arm chair.The littler canary seemed to be a lighter colour of purple from the bigger one.

I stepped in grabbed a tree branch and gave the bigger one an upper cut,it attacked me then i slapped it with the branch,it fell back then shot at me with its claws.I dogded it ,then i SPUN!!!!!,using my yellow tornado to knock it of and slam it into a hill.It quickly flew away.

I ran over to the other canary,it seemed to be shaking and it was scared of me,i thought for a while and had an idea.I sat down and crossed my legs,then i started singing in my sweetest voice,i sang 'Eye's wide open' by Sabrina carpenter.Slowly it came closer to me,i stroked its head and it seemed to be fond of me i laughed as it bobbed its head into mine.

Dad did tell me that the purple canaries with a lighter colour were females,so i guess my purple friend here is a female teenage canary.

Im gonna give her a cute name.I thought for a while,then i came up with one,"Poppy"i whisper, "Your new name is Poppy".

We had been looking for Iris everywere,gosh i hope she's not that mad at me,suddenly i hear a familiar crowing, i looked up and saw a Purple Canary and Iris riding untop of it,my jaw went down.

"Hey guy's guess who i found!!!"she call's as she landed right infront of us,and hopped down from it."That's the same thing that attacked us!!! but... it was bigger"my dad say's,"Dont worry,Poppy is totally harmless"she say's.

"Poppy???? you named that thing!!!"i ask flabbergasted,i mean how did she do that!!! she just turned a deadly undiscovered bird species her friend!!!! this girl is good.

"It was the perfect name for her"Iris say's,

"Her???"my dad ask's,

"Purple canaries with a lighter purple colour are female's she explained"she explained,

Me and Dad stole glance's then looked back at her,she was petting the thing while feeding it grape's,where did she get grape's????

"Iris"i call,

"Yes Lloyd"

"Im sorry"

"You should be"

I looked at Dad then he nodded,then we both looked at Iris,

"Iris" my Dad called,

"Yes"

"I need to talk to you"

"If its about checking into a mental hospital ive already had this conversation before with different people!!!!"she shout's,

I wasnt suprised.

"Its nothing about that" he tells her,

"Oh..... then forget what i said,heh heh"she laughed nervously.

"My Granpapi was a sensei,he started training me when i was 11,i mastered spinjitzu from him when i was 13,and he died when i was 16"Iris explained to my Dad.

"So your practically a Ninja??"i ask,

"I dont want to be,i keep it a secret though"she tells me,

"Why" i ask,

"Cuz my Granpapi wanted me to be one"she answered,you could hear the sadness in her voice.

I felt sorry for her loss.

"Do you have any interests"my dad ask's,

"Im an artist and i love music"she answered,

"Hmmmmm..... ok that's all"he tell's her,

She just nod's.

We were walking while Poppy tagged along behind us,"Hey i think i see a pixie!!!!"Iris shout's,as she run's of super speed,but run's into a tree branch,"Oooouch that hurt!!!"she wailed.We both ran after her,"Iris are you ok???"i ask,she sprang up immediatley,"Im pretty sure i saw a pixie this time!!!"she says in her bubbly way.I face palm myself while my Dad shake's his head.
