(Julie’s p.o.v)

“No way J.D. I can’t do it. ”

“Why?”

“Because we still have time. And my mother will kill me if I do it now.”

“But I can’t wait.” He complained.

“Just two more weeks, please.” I begged.

“No, I wanna do it this weekend.”

“But I’m not ready yet.”

“There is no need to be ready. Let it be spontaneous.”

“J.D I can’t…I have never done it before and it freaks the hell out of me. It’s a new territory for me.”

“If you love me you’ll do it.”

“I can’t believe you said that. Are you seriously going to blackmail me like this?” I fussed.

“Guys, you obviously don’t have any idea how this conversation sounds.”

We both looked at Angie and then we continued arguing.

“J.D I can’t go camping this weekend. I have to study for the final exams and we have only two weeks left from school. Can it wait?”

“It’s going to be so much fun. We are going to rent a house and watch the stars and….”

“It’s a fucking mountain. With mutant bugs.” I gave him the look.

“They are just bugs.”

“What about wolfs?”

“There are no wolfs, no bears, no snakes…okay maybe some snakes but there is no concern..”

“I don’t know.”

“I say, go.” Angie smiled. “It’s just for two days. I’m sure your mom won’t make any problems. She’s so lost this couple of days anyways. And your dad well, you’re lucky he’s too busy to complain.”

J.D waited for my answer.

“Okay. Okay. I’ll ask her.”

“Yes.” J.D laughed and kissed me. “You are going to love the place.”

“ I better.”

“You will I promise.”

We finished our lunch brake and headed for classes.

After school I headed home but J.D and Jake yelled after me.

“Yeah?”

“There is…this thing…you need to come.”

They both were really weird towards me.

“Is this…about Steven?” I guessed.

“Yes.” They both answered.

“Okay. Let’s go.”

“Are you sure you are okay with it?”

“Yeah totally.”

I will regret this I know.

“Okay, come on. He’s waiting in the park.”

We walked in the park and I held J.D’s hand all of the time. What was I thinking. This guy Is bad. He hates me and I am only lying to myself If I think this is okay. But I dug my own grave and now…          Let’s just hope for the best.

Once we were in the park we sat on a bench and waited. My fingers started to get cold and my tummy was turning.

“Hey, you okay?” J.D brought my hand to his lips and kissed my fingers.

“Mmm.” I nodded my head sending one fake smile and then nervously looked around searching for Steven.

“Guys.” As soon as I heard that voice chills ran down my back. This is going to be something bad. I have a bad feeling about this.

We all turned behind us and J.D gave Steven a cold smile. “Sit.”

Steven sat on the bench across us. I tried to look calm and I started breathing deep to stop my self from shaking. This man brought me more fear then Craw from the first day he started threatening me.

The guys made some stupid chit chat until Jake finally asked him if he is done with the gang and the criminal.

“Look I have made some big mistakes In my life and…I wanna set them right. I know I have done a lot of wrong to you guys but believe me I just wanted to be part of Craw’s crew and spending couple of weeks in jail really changes you. I…I know I probably don’t deserve for you to forgive me but..i had to talk to you and apologize.”

“Man you were way out of line. You blackmailed me.” Jake complained.

“You wanted to hurt my girlfriend.” J.D said looking at me. I tried not to blush.

“I know and I’m so sorry. And I’m sorry Julie.” He looked at me. “I’m sorry for threatening you. Can you forgive me?” His eyes were wet and he was starring at me the whole time. Oh god, does this man blink? So akward…

“Yeah.” A quiet sound appeared from my mouth.

“You do have to understand things can’t be like before?” J.D warned him

“Yeah I’m pretty aware of that. I just wanted to have a clean start, you know.” He was still looking at me. Why was he looking at me?

“I guess everyone makes mistakes and deserves a second chance.” Jake looked at J.D. They both agreed.

“Okay man, we’re good.” J.D shook hands with Steven and so did Jake.

“Well I have to go.. I guess I’ll see you around then.”

“Yeah.” I gave him a cold smile.

“Bye Julie.” He smiled at me and walked away.

Once he was gone I turned to J.D. He looked pretty happy he cleared everything. It made me more relaxed immediately. I guess J.D is happy to get his friend back even though Steven has a lot to do to make up to him.

Maybe people can change, maybe don’t. But I just hope Steven won’t blow this chance.

“Sugar, do you want to go home?”

“Yeah.”

“I’ll take you.” J.D rose up and we headed to leave. I hugged Jake for goodbye and we walked hand in hand home.

“What do you think about Steven? Is he really changed?”

I didn’t want to crush J.D’s hopes but I didn’t want to lie either.

“I guess that maybe Steven tries to hard to be back but I wouldn’t trust him if I was you. At least for a while.”

“You know I love you right.” He hugged my shoulder and kissed the side of my head.

“I love you too J.D. Don’t you forget that.” I smiled and continued happily.

I arrived home and found my mom sitting in the living room.

“Mom , back so soon? Okay what is with this? Is something wrong with you?”

“Honey…maybe you should sit.” She tapped the place beside her. Suddenly dad walked in from the kitchen handing mom a cup of tea. Holly crap. All this horrible thoughts are flying though my head.

“I went to see the doctor….” My mom started. Oh god please let this be for good.

“And he said the most unexpected thing.” Mom looked at dad. “I’m pregnant.”

“No, no, no….wait what?” I was so confused.. I swear I had tears in my eyes. “How do you mean pregnant? As in, with a baby?”

“I don’t know any other thing called pregnancy without a baby.”

“Oh my god. “ I screamed happily and hugged her. “Thank you god. This is such a good, good news. I’m going to have a brother or a sister.”

“Yes.” My dad hugged me too.

“So how long had this been going on?”

“A month.”

“Really?”

“Yes. I was so surprised too. And I’m going for a check up this weekend.”

My smile was gone. “This weekend?”

“Yes.”

Oh no. But my plan for this weekend..J.D …camping..stars and satan’s bugs…all of those things..

“Is there something wrong? You are here right?”

“Yes yes..” I smiled as soon as I saw my mother’s worried face. “I wouldn’t miss it for the world.”

“I’m happy for you Julie.” J.D smiled and hugged me. He called me Julie. When he is happy he always calls me sugar. Oh man. I just totally crushed his romantic idea. I hate my self so much right now.

“I know this kind of ruined our plans but…”

“We can rearrange, You have to go. It’s a baby we are talking about.”

He looked happy and disappointed in the same time. No. No way I’m letting this happen. I shall make this weekend even better.

“So I guess I’ll see you after this weekend? I’m sure it’s going to be family time”

“Yeah, I’ll call you.” I kissed J.D on the cheek and left him. He was sad. Oh just you wait. I’ll surprise you.

After we split up I went shopping right away. He wants romance. I’ll give him the best romantic camping ever.

(J.D’s p.o.v)

“I don’t get it mom why I have to go to a store that’s half and hour from here?”

Mom was bothering me again.

“Because they have the best biscuits there. Please J.D.”

I hate when my mom makes that face. She will start with her blackmailing in there two one..

“I am your mother. I gave you birth, I raised you and I feed you and you can’t get me a pack of biscuits .”

“Fine. I’ll buy you the damn biscuits.” I slammed the door on the way out and cursed.

(Julie’s p.o.v)

“Is he gone?”

“Yap.”

I walked out of hiding place and headed towards the garden.

“Thank you so much for helping.” I smiled at J.D’s mom.

“No problem sweetie. Me and Bryan will be out with your parents. I heard the good news. Congratulations.”

“Thank you. We saw the picture of the baby this morning. It’s perfect.”

“I can’t wait to see it.”

“Well… Have a nice evening.”

“You too kids.” She smiled and left. Okay, time to get to work.

I set the tent on the grass and put everything we needed for a night out. I spread a two blankest outside the tent. One had food on it and the other one was for laying there and watching the stars. I baked cookies, brought home made sandwiches, something mom cooked and smelled delicious and drinks. I put the light in the pool at lowest and light some candles. It was mood all set. Now all I needed was my man.

He is here. I heard him walk through the door and yell for his mom.

“Mom I bought you the….Holly sh…” He was speechless as he took a look around.

“What….how did…you did this?” He was so surprised and confused I wanted to burst laughing.

“You said you wanted a romantic weekend. I’m sorry I couldn’t go camping but I can still make you a romantic dinner.”

He came closer and sat on the blanket.

“Watch the candles.” I smiled and pushed them aside so he doesn’t burn on them.

“I am in shook.” He admitted.

“I can see.” I smiled and sat closer to him

“Is it a good shook?”

“It’s a very good shook. I can’t believe you did this for me.”

I blushed and out a lock of my hair behind my ear. “Well you see i…” I was cut off by a kiss. It was a long and a very sweet kiss. Someone ate mamma’s cookies.

“You taste like chocolate.” I laughed when he pulled away.

“Ups. Don’t tell my mom.”

“I promise I won’t.”

“Okay.” He laughed and kissed me again. “Oh man I just love you sugar..”

Yes!!! I’m back to sugar.

“I love love love you too.”

After some eating and laughing we laid like that under the stars holding hands.

“Do you think we can be together forever?” J.D asked after a very pleasing silence.

“J.D I love you so much. Of course will be together forever.”

“I know that. I mean after death?”

“Isn’t that a little early to think right now?”

“I just want to be immortal. Like this stars.”

“Starts aren’t immortal either. When their life is over they fall and we make wishes.”

“But I don’t want to be forgotten.”

I rose up and held my head on my elbow.

“J.D….This is such a stupid conversation. What about your children...they will remember you.”

“You mean our children.”

“Okay..” I laughed. “We can go and get married in Vegas right now if you want to and make babies later..”

“That wouldn’t be very romantic. Even though I like the baby making part.” He smirked.

“And I know how much you want romantic. You will make such a beautiful bride some day.” I joked with him. He started tickling me.

“Oh come on. You started this.” I tickled him until we were both out of breath and laughing like crazy.

“We need sleep.” He laughed and hugged me.

“Yeah we do. I think the cookies had too much sugar in it.”

“Because you made them.” He winked while I made a weird face. “Get it …because I call you sugar..”

“I got the joke. It’s a bad one.” We both laughed and laughed.

“Man it’s chilly. Let’s go inside.”

“No way. We are camping.” I complained. “I bought a tent. We are sleeping in the damn tent.”

“You have to be kidding me.” He grinned,

“Nope. Get your sexy ass in there.”

“Oh my lord.” He crawled in and after I blew the candles and got everything back in the bag I got in and shut the tent.

J.D turned on a flash light and smiled evilly. “Bu.”

“You can’t scare me.”

“Wanna bet?” He grinned creepy again.

“No. Let’s go to sleep. You need it. I need it.”

“What I need is a kiss.” Until I realized what was happening I was lying on the blankets and J.D was on top of me. I was a lot warmer now.

And just like he read my thoughts. “Warmer?”

“Mhm..” I nodded my head. He put the blankets on top of us and turned of the flash light. It was completely dark.

“J.D.” I whispered.

“Yes?” I felt his warm breath on my cheek.

“Would you kiss me?”

“I love it when you ask.”

His lips were on mine and every single worry. Every doubt. Every concern. Every possible thing I hate in this world didn’t matter anymore.

I glided my lips over his and our tongue were so perfectly lingering. His addictive smell was around me and his warmth kept me smiling in myself. As he captured my face with his hand his touch made me shiver as it always does. I could hear the crickets from a far and the leaves that the breeze made them brush one from another.

“I.love.the.way.you.kiss.” I whispered between the kisses. I traced my hands from his back to his neck playing with the end of his hair.

“what.else.do.you.love.about.me.” He whispered back. J.D started kissing my chin slowly making it’s way towards my neck.

“I love the way every time you touch me I shiver…” I sighed.

“Go.on”

“and how.you know me weak and you make me stronger.”

“ and..”

“your kisses..”

“What about them?” He made small gentle bites on my neck and came back to kiss my lips.

“It’s like I’m on the most wonderful place on this earth when you kiss me.”

With that I was cut off again and silenced until we both fell asleep.

“Sugar, wake up sweetie.” Soft kisses on my nose and forehead made me open my eyes.

“What time is it?”

“It’s four a.m.”

“What?” I rose up slowly and confused.

“I want you to see something.” He pulled me out of the tent and we stood in his garden. Were we in his garden?

I looked around me. The sky was pink with shades of gold. Some part of the sky was still with purple colours and shinning stars. The water from the pool had the most amazing red colour.

“Oh my god. It’s unbelievable.” I sighed in amazement.

“I know right. I have never seen my house more beautiful.”

“Wow.”

“Let’s take a swim.”

“What?”

“Come on.”

“It’s cold.”
”Just take the risk.”

I closed my eyes. Thanks god for making me stupid.

“Okay, but I don’t have a swimsuit or other clothes.”

“Just do it in your underwear. It’s like bikini anyway.”

I hesitated but hey, what the heck. He had seen my bra out of me so what’s the difference now. After I saw how quick he took of his clothes I started to take of mine. It was freaking cold but I can do this.

I threw them on the side and looked at J.D.

“What?” He was starring.

“Okay. This is definitely not like a swim suit.”

He gulped and then got in the water. He cursed after he was in but smiled at me.

“Your turn.”

“I can’t. It’s too cold.”

He handed me his hand and I slowly got into the pool. The cold water sent little flashes though my body like stings but it wasn’t that bad to die.

We swam a little in peace and after I felt my teeth shaking I turned to tell J.D but he was already pressing me to the wall.

“Your lips are some shade of purple.”

“It’s because I’m cold.” I smiled while I was shaking. Slowly his hand was on my thigh. I instantly froze.

“Just relax.” He touched the other leg and before I knew my legs were wrapped around his waist and my body was pressed to his. I was shaking but his body was warm making me stick my head into his shoulder and breathing though my mouth. His head was on my shoulder and he kissed my neck sending warm electric shots though my body.

I pulled a little away and touch his lips with my thumb. He brought his lips closer to mine licking mine upper lip slowly and then he looked up. He sexy look was gone and changed with worried.

“We should get out.”

I turned around and look up towards the house. A window was open. It meant his parents were home probably sleeping. And we could get caught.

After we walked out he put a blanket around us to keep us warm.

We stayed like that in peace longer then I expected but it felt so good.

“Let’s change. I don’t want you to catch a cold because of me.”

After I changed in the tent I walked out for him to change. We went back to the house cleaning everything and we fell asleep on the couch again.

“I don’t think they have couches in the wild” Anna’s voice woke us up.

“Hey mom.” He smiled as we both got up. My hair was so curly from the swimming this morning nothing could go though her.

“Did you guys have fun last night?” She asked. Did she really asked that stupid question. We were alone all night. It was more then fun. And it could have been extreme if J.D wasn’t so sweet and waited for me to say when it’s time for the “extreme”
”Yeah we did.” I smiled politely.

“Do you guys want some breakfast?”

“No, I have to go home.” I brushed my eyes.

“Bryan can take you home.”

“Oh no. I rather walk. I like the morning air.”

“Okay.”

After she left us me and J,D alone he turned towards me.

“Thank you for the most amazing night. And morning.”

I but my lips and blushed. “Anything for my man.” I kissed him and started grabbing my stuff to go home.

I walked home slowly as I could, thinking about the things that happened, when I was suddenly pulled in an ally. I wanted to start screaming but I was crushed on the wall and I looked at the tall figure in front of me.

“Johnny?” I sighed surprised.

“Shh…” He was so close I was scared. And confused.

“What..”

“I need to do something and I don’t know how Angie will take it considering you are her best friend.”

I gulped and looked at him.

“What are you talking about?”

“I..” He leaned closer.
