The space was dark, and all that existed was Aeormungan, the void. The dark void was all there was, and when it began creation, there was no mistake.
   Aeormungan decided that there should be Terra, the planet on which the gods shall reside. Out from Aeormungan's darkness sprung Terra, which soon developed into rolling green hills, towering mountains, lush forests, vast valleys and more.
   After Terra, came Hydrayin, the waters. Hydrayin spreaded over Terra, creating bodies of water like the lakes, oceans, and rivers.
   After Water was Fire, who was called Muinder. Muinder went below the surface of Terra, forming magma.
   Last came Aetherous, the air. Above Terra it claimed its territory, its being. The sky was formed, turning dark and bright at different times.
   Aeormungan called its creation the Elementals, who will look after their claimed territories.
   From the Elementals sprung more entities, all of which are immortal. They formed every bit of the universe, some spreading into the stars that dot Aetherous, the flora and fauna that exist on Terra, the creatures of the deeps of Hydrayin, and the ores that form not too far from the heat of Muinder.

At least a hundred years after creation has passed.
   Some of the Elementals had married to each other. Terra to Muinder, Hydrayin to Aetherous. But they weren't always faithful to each other.
   Each Elemental had reproduced, and younger gods came about. The Elementals saw this as a time to rest, a time to pass their work down to their offspring.
   The Elementals were laid to rest, in an eternal slumber that can be awaken when called upon.
   But this only caused division, arguments and confusion among the young gods. They separated into four factions, four elements. The Earth elemental gods, the Fire elemental gods, the Air elemental gods, and lastly the Water elemental gods.
  
   Another three thousand years passed.
   Humans were created, from mud and from the breath of Aetherous' offspring. They built shrines and temples,  grand and tall. Their minds were gifted, gifted with the gifts of intellect, opinion, and decisions.
   The Elemental Factions had chosen their leaders. Feonus, god of the earth was made leader of the Earthen gods. Jilegidap, god of precious minerals, was made leader of the Fire gods. Korenisa, goddess of the waves, was made leader of the Water gods, while Aura, goddess of the sky was made the leader of the Air gods.
   Some gods were independent of the Elemental Factions. They did not represent anything of nature. They simply represented the nature of the mind, heart and soul. Things that humans had. Some governed over physical attributes of humans, like their talents and others.
  
   The gods had lived in feud since then. Confusion had divided them, their unsureness telling them to divide among themselves. Only the neutral gods did not participate, unless bargained or allied with a certain element.
