CHARACTER COMPETITION RULE ADDITION AND TIPS!
Remember, the character competition is ONLY FOR TRIBUTES! No game makers or anything. TIP!
When figuring out your character make sure it's detailed. Even the simplistic of things are good. Like their crush, or their little sister is afraid of heights, or even their favourite color are good to include. Also, remember to add the story and send it to me over PRIVATE MESSAGES. Here is an example of a character that I created and this would be its entry.

Crunch, or Criss, Darthe
Evil, high school nickname, thinks games are fun, can crush a bone in one hand, little sister was a victor

I run through the district. Why were these guys following me? Suddenly a thought occurs to me. Why was I running? I am a trained tribute. I suddenly stop. The men behind me almost crash into me. I turn slowly.
"Why are you following me?"
One tries to attack me. In an instant, I break his neck.
BOOM, I think in my head. Arg. Stop dreaming of the games.
The remaining man smiles, as if satisfied his partner was dead.
"I have a chance for you, Criss."
I growl at him angrily.
"Don't call me that. Crunch only."
"Right. I have an opportunity for you."
"What type of opportunity?" I ask, questioningly.
"How would you like to be in the hunger games?"

That's also a sneak peek of one of the careers.
ANOTHER TIP!
It would be good to include important info, like what weapon they use or are good at, what district they come from, whether they have siblings and why did max pick them for the games? He chose the tributes for a reason so make sure there is one! It could be because they can kill in a blink, or were Bonnie's best friend or even just a wimp that resembles Prim.
Just remember to be original and creative and descriptive, and you may win!
