...and the newsman said,

"We caution viewers, as some scenes are very disturbing."

I've seen them all before

Guns blazing in the night

And men in planes,

dropping  b

                     m

                        b

                          s,

on everything in sight

I've seen buildings HIGH,

up to the sky,

come crashing to the ground

And cities free, once full of life,

lay  in silence,

not a sound

But never before had it struck me,

quite like it did, tonight

I saw the cruelty differently,

as if through a different light

I saw a woman,

dead in a gutter,

her little girl by her side

And it hurt me so badly,

that I simply broke down and cried

See,

For just one brief second,

the woman and child faded away

And I saw my own wife and child,

lying in that open grave

It was then that I felt their suffering,

the pain one must go through

I saw and felt the horror

of losing someone dear to you
