Veronica's POV

We enter the college and I am amazed. Moving was the best decision ever. The three of us go to the front center so I can get my dorm key.

"Hey Martha" Alex says. I guess people know each other.

"Oh hi Alex and John and....who is this beautiful young lady?" Martha says

"This is Veronica Sawyer, the transfer Washington was talking about" John say

"Oh Ms.Sawyer I heard many good things about you from my husband"

"Thank you, I'm really happy to be here" 

"Here is your key, schedule, and dorm." She gives me my things and we leave.

"She seems nice" If college is going to have women that aren't like Mrs. Fleming then I am going to love school.

"Yeah, shes like a mom to me." Alex says, that's nice.

"So whats your dorm?" John ask

"I got 1758"

"Good luck with her." Wait, why? Is she a bitch (not the first time).

"Why? What's wrong with my roommate?" Oh god, is she one of those people who like to find out on people's past? I knew coming here was a bad idea. She is going to find out I'm a no good killer. Relax Veronica, you are over reacting, don't make a scene. You just got here.

"Oh nothing really, shes just super jumpy, and my best friend." Phew, thanks for the info John. We get to room 1758 and John does a weird knock.

"PEGGY OPEN UP" I flinch that was loud. It reminded me of J.D. No, Veronica think happy thoughts.

"BITCH WHAT" A girl I presume is Peggy comes out. She has her brown curly hair in a pony tail with black shorts and a yellow shirt that says, 'Call Me'

"Oh who's the new girl?" Peggy ask

"This is your new roommate Pegs" Alex says

"Hi I'm-" I'm cut off by Peggy grabbing my arm, pulling me inside and closing the door. I hear John and Alex laugh.

Peggy's POV

Finally, my roomie is here. I grab her inside before she can introduce herself.

"Hi I'm Peggy Schuyler" I say in a cheerful tone. "Sorry I pulled you in here I just want to get to know you." I say. She looks relieved.

"Well, I'm Veronica Sawyer. It's nice to meet you. Umm, is my stuff here?" She asks

"Oh yeah! They're in your room. Do you want some help unpacking?"

"That would be amazing thanks" We go to her room and unpack.

"Wow, this room is huge" She says.

"Yeah, my dad is loaded so he got me and my sisters the biggest room." I explain 

While we unpack we talk. I tell her everything about me and she tells me everything about her. Where's she's from and her friends. She even told me a story of a party gone wrong 

"Then I told her to lick it up" Veronica says. We share a laugh. I see her tape photos of her friends above her bed. There's a chubby girl and a blonde girl in yellow. There is also two other girls in red and green. Veronica was always in blue, I hope Eliza is okay with that. Then I see her put up a photo with her and a man in a trench coat.

"Is that your boyfriend~" I say. She smiles 

"Yeah, his name is Jason Dean aka J.D" Smart name

"Is he back in Ohio?" Once I ask this her smile turns to a frown and she thinks for a while.

"Yeah, but we...keep in touch" Hesitation. I want to ask but I get a buzz from my phone.

"Who's texting?" Veronica ask.

"Oh my friends. My friends! You have to meet them, here give me your number." She gives me her number and I add her to "The Squad"

"Veronica" has been added to 'The Squad'

"We better get going Veronica"

"Okay lets roll"

We walk to dorm 1776 and we are the last ones. Perfect, we can all introduce ourselves.

Veronica's POV

We enter John and Alex's dorm and I see John and Alex and a bunch of other people.

"Hello, I'm Angelica" A girl with dark skin and long black hair says. She has a pink shirt with the words "Feminist Power" on it and white shorts.

"And I'm Eliza" A girl with pail skin and a blue dress says

"We are Peggy's sisters" Angelica says. Funny they look nothing alike. Just go with it Veronica. New friends, don't scare them off.

"Bonjour, mon ami. Je suis Lafayette! J'espère que vous connaissez le français." A man with a bun says. Luckily, I was the only one who really took french in middle school.

"Bonjour, je suis Veronica Sawyer. Oui je parle français." I say back. Everyone is shocked.

"Finally another one!" Alex says

"You see V,  Alex and Lafayette are the only ones who speak french." Peggy explains

"Ah" I say.

"I'm Maria Lewis" A woman in red says. She looks a lot like Peggy except she has brown wavy hair and red lipstick.

"AND I'M HERCULES MULLIGAN" A buff man says with a bandanna around his head. I flinched but hey, who wouldn't.

"Don't worry I don't bite." I laugh a bit. After introductions I tell a little bit about myself and everyone tells a little about them. Eliza didn't seem fond that I wore blue to but either way we all got along. I also explained what jiffy pop meant. After talking and laughing we decided to watch a movie. Everyone wanted a Disney princess movie but Angelica got mad and said that we need to watch a movie where women don't rely on men and I agreed. So we agreed and "Brave". In the middle of the movie though I had to use the bathroom.

"I'll be right back" I say. As I get to the bathroom I do my business and look in the mirror. I can't believe my luck. I have new friends and a new life. This is just perfect. I am finally beautiful.

"Hello Veronica" I freeze. I know that voice. I thought this was over. I slowly turn around and see a face I haven't seen in two years. Heather Chandler

"H-heather?"

"The one and only" 

"What are you doing here?"

"You can't control my spirit Veronica but I'll tell you this, I've been watching you. You think you get a good life Ha! Everyone one of those people you call 'friends' will find out."

"They'll never find out!" I'm not letting this mythic bitch control me anymore.

"Yes they will. I'll make sure of it. Everyone will know that Veronica Sawyer is a slutty killer!" The drain o slides out of her mouth and she smiles.

"Shut up Heather" I whisper

"I'm sorry, what?" She says

"SHUT UP HEATHER!" I say. I run out of the bathroom and everyone is staring at me.

"You ok Veronica?" Alex asks

"Yeah I'm fine"

"You sure?" Eliza ask

"I thought I heard you scream" Maria says

"Just hit my head on the sink" I lie. They seem to buy it so we all go back to watching the movie. 

Was Heather telling the truth or just messing with me? Wait, this is Heather she'll do anything to stop me from living a normal life. After the movie we all go back to our dorms. It's about 1 in the morning so Peggy goes to sleep and I write in my diary.

Dear Diary,

Today was an amazing day. I moved to New York and made amazing friends. They all accept me and I accept them. My roommate is so cheerful. She reminds me of Martha. Man, I miss Martha and Heather. I haven't heard from Heather in a while but based on what Heather said, shes doing ok. 

I met these people Peggy called "The Squad" and they are all my friends. We even had movie night it was great.....well sort of.

Heather Chandler's spirit came and told me that everyone will find out that I killed her, Kurt, and Ram. Heather means business so I'm afraid. If she finds a way to tell everyone what I did nobody will accept me and probably turn me in, which I deserve. I hope I can live a normal life with my new friends.
