Your POV

Guy and Jiraiya helped Kakashi up while he was still unconscious. You noticed his headband and picked it up. You then faced the Mizukage and bowed to her.

"Forgive me for ruining the meeting M'Lady. Will it be okay to continue this tomorrow?" You said still bowing to her. Lady Mizukage sighed and made you stand straight.

"Forgiven and forgotten, no worries. We can continue tomorrow... just with a bit more ninja in the room, in case you decide to let your anger take over again. If that happens to be the case I won't hold back, okay?" Mizukage smiles at you. You nodded while sweatdropping while Naruto's soul can be seen leaving his body after you repaid him for punching you in the jaw.

"Great, I'll get you some rooms to stay in here in the estate. Can't have you stay in a hotel with the unknown threats going after you all." Mizukage laughs while leaving. Jiraiya smirked as she walks away, admiring her ass. You noticed and stomped on his foot. Jiraiya didn't avert his gaze from her but tears fell from his eyes. You sighed.

"You're persistent Pervy sage." You chuckled as you picked up Naruto Bridal style. Naruto laughed when you said that. Jiraiya was shocked all of a sudden.

"W-when did you learn about that name?! What ever happen to Jiraiya-sama or J-sensei?!" Jiraiya was saddened while still trying to hold up Kakashi with Guy.

"Oh, that? Naruto told me and to be fair, it suits you better." You and Naruto gave him a large grin as a dark aura surrounds him.

"My reputation is getting ruined by you two.."

~ Time Skip ~

You were sitting by the window in one of the rooms that the Mizukage let you stay in, admiring the crescent-shaped moon and the starless night sky. The Mizukage only had two rooms to spare for that night. Naruto, Jiraiya, and Guy agreed to stay in one room while you shared one with Kakashi.

"It's so beautiful.." you said while resting your head on your hand. You tried to sleep, but you couldn't since you kept thinking about what happened with Tobi. You brought your knees up and covered your face with them and your arms.

"What should I do..."

"You should come to bed with me." You jolted your head up to find Kakashi behind the chair, wrapping his arms around you while resting his head on your shoulder. You sighed and touched his cheek.

"So you woke up. How was your nap?" You chuckled while turning around on your chair and kissing Kakashi on his cheek.

"I slightly recovered but I can still move. Lucky me." Kakashi said while closing the blinds on the window.

"It's been a while since I've felt so free. Now I'm here with you, spending the night together. It's still hard to believe." You said while watching Kakashi lock the door, and take his mask off along with his shirt, revealing his bare chest and abs. You looked away while blushing.

"It's also been a while since you last gave me a kiss." Kakashi said as he got closer to you. You got up from your chair and backed away from him to the bathroom and locked yourself in it. Kakashi was confused.

"Um let me shower and get ready for bed! I'll give you a kiss before we turn in for the night! I don't want you to get near me, I stink!" You said panicking. You especially didn't want Kakashi to kiss you since you haven't cleaned yourself after the incident with Tobi. You wouldn't dare let Kakashi kiss you.

"Right... oh (Name) we need to talk after you get out too. It's important." Your heart dropped to your stomach after hearing him say that. You wondered if he was going to ask about Tobi. You didn't want to talk about it, at least not now.

"C-can it wait until tomorrow? I'm pretty worn out from all the important discussions from today." You said trying to convince Kakashi to drop the subject.

"Sorry, but if we don't talk about it tonight then I'll never work up the nerve to talk about it with you again." You cursed under your breath and found no way out of the discussion.

"Alright.."

~ After brushing your teeth and taking a shower ~

You stepped out of the bathroom wearing the spare clothes from there. Kakashi stared at you from the chair you were sitting in recently. You were only wearing a large shirt that looked like a dress on you and was drying your wet curly hair with a towel. You blushed while noticing his gaze on you.

"Do I look weird..?" You said trying to pull the T-shirt down farther since it only went down to your thighs. Kakashi shook his head, grabbed you, and sat with you on the bed. He was holding your hand, you knew that he was about to start talking about the important matter he mentioned earlier.

"I wanted to ask you a question, it's about your time and experience in the Akatsuki." He said while staring into your eyes. You couldn't look away because you felt like you were being put into a trace looking at his handsome face.

"A-alright... what do you wanna know?" You rubbed the back of your neck nervously while looking away. Kakashi grabbed your chin and made you look at him.

"Did that masked man abuse you in any way, shape, or form?" Kakashi said in a much serious tone. You were scared to tell him the truth.

"Kakashi... I don't wanna talk about this right now. Besides, you know me! I wouldn't let myself be abused so easily by someone like him." You laugh nervously. But Kakashi didn't look so convinced.

"Oh really. So all these bruises on your body aren't from him abusing you almost every day?" Kakashi said while looking at one on your arm. You noticed and covered it with your hand. You looked away frowning.

"What bruises." You were starting to shake a little from how scared you were, especially if you told Kakashi the truth. Kakashi frowned and pinned you down on the bed.

"Kakashi! What are you-" Kakashi grabs your leg to point out some bruises on your thigh, then your arm to show the one bruise you covered up. You looked away still trying to deny it. Kakashi then flipped you onto your stomach and lifted your shirt to see your bare back. He didn't flinch when he saw you only had on panties. He was only focused on the multiple bruises behind your arms and your back.

"You can't lie to me... why won't you just admit he's the one who did this to you?!" Kakashi said while touching a large bruise on your back. You quickly flipped over, tears forming in your eyes as you looked at Kakashi.

"Because I don't want you to be mad and do something reckless! I don't want you to get angry over something I let happen... I chose not to fight back and get these bruises, I wasn't helpless at all. It's no one's fault but mine. So please, just drop it..." you said while sitting up and wiping your tears away. Kakashi rested his head on your forehead.

"Why didn't you tell me this before... I would've never let you return to the Akatsuki to get abused even more." Kakashi said while kissing away some of your tears.

"Because I took every hit, punch, and kick or any other abuse knowing I was protecting my village, my brother, and you. I was willing to take every hit if it meant you'd be safe." Your eyes were closed as you felt Kakashi's lips on you. You couldn't help but cry. Talking about the abuse and mistreatment you've had dealt with for 5 years really brought you down. You tried to keep strong, but it only made you suffer even more, adding on to your loneliness. Knowing now you didn't have to deal with it anymore and was safe in the arms of your lover... the relief you felt was just too overwhelming.

"You don't have to be strong or suffer anymore now. I'm here now and I'll always protect you. If something was to ever happen to you, I couldn't bare to stand it... I'd go insane if I ever lost you. I love you too much to let anything like that happen to you." Kakashi pulled you closer to him. You were resting your head on his chest while he rested his on top of your head. You two held that position for a couple of minutes, taking in the moment. Then you kissed his collarbone up to his neck. Kakashi moaned a little at the sudden touch of your soft lips on him.

"(Name)... what're you doing? Are you trying to seduce me..." you faced Kakashi with your swollen, red eyes.

"No.. I wasn't trying to seduce you... I just wanted to give you kisses that I've only dreamed about giving you for the last 5 years. You have no idea... how hard.." tears started falling again from your eyes "I've tried not to think about you... how hard I tried to prevent myself from saying your name... holding myself back from returning home after Lord third died... from ever giving myself the hope to ever be with you again... I was willing to sacrifice myself for you... Never did I think I'd be this close to you again... I love you Kakashi-kun... I really love you." Kakashi's eyes widened as he heard you genuinely confess your love all over again to him. He kissed you immediately after you spoke. It was slow, passionate, and full of longing from all the years you two had been apart. Tears kept falling from your face as Kakashi had one hand holding your waist while the other was tangled in your hair. He pulled you closer and closer to him the longer you kissed. It felt like time had slowed down just for that moment until you broke the kiss for air. Still inches away from each other's lips, you both were panting and looking into each other's eyes.

"No more of this separating to keep each other safe... I can't bare it any longer... I need you... I love you more than my own life... you complete me in every way. Don't go and leave me alone again..." Kakashi pleaded as he rested his head on your neck. You felt warm tears go through your shirt and realized Kakashi was crying. You sighed and hugged him.

"I won't ever leave again... so don't cry."

~ outside their room ~

What appeared to be a Mist ninja with short jet black hair, was eavesdropping your entire conversation with Kakashi. It was Tobi in a disguise, clenching his fist while grabbing his chest.

"Once again... I'm back in hell."
