A/N: Kanon spending time with her Papa & uncles while learning more about them. The brothers also learn some things about Mammon they didn't know...

Kanon: Uncle Luci! Let's play with my dollhouse~!

Lucifer: Kanon...I do not associate with such childish things comparison to the domain of miniature houses that you children play with.

Kanon: Oh come on! Stop using big words and play with me! Pleeeeease~?

Lucifer: Again. I do not-?

Mammon: Luci. Play dollhouse with my daughter or do you want me to tell her the story of how you ended up getting stuck in a bottle?

Belphie: YEAH! TELL HER!

Satan: She would love that story~~~! Also...I can show her a funny picture of Lucifer I've made...

Brothers: *Snickering/Giggling* Hehehehehe~!

Lucifer grumbled as he tried to ignore the slight tinge of embarrassment crossing his expression.

It's been a day since Lucifer tried making up with Mammon. While he is aware that the second eldest won't forgive nor forgive what he went through. But he's grudgingly open up to all of them for his daughter's sake and gave his brothers one more chance.

People would argue that Mammon is too nice for his good. But he is setting some rules and boundaries in his apartment.

1. Do not insult him or his daughter. Call him a scumbag or threaten to hurt Kanon and you can get out.

2. If you eat his food, help him cook, or get groceries.

3. Help do some chores around the house. (Yes. That includes you two, Levi & Belphie...No shrinking or procrastinating.)

4. Be nice to Kanon. Or Else.

5. If you're under his house, you will go by his rules. No ifs, ands, or buts.

So far, the brothers didn't seem to mind despite the apartment being small and a bit cramped. In the HOL, they all had their own bedrooms sans the twins who share a bedroom.

Since it's only a two-room apartment, that would mean the brothers would either have to sleep on the couch or sleep on the same room with Mammon. Kanon's room is off-limits.

Surprisedly they didn't mind that either because that would mean they get to cuddle up with Mammon.

Lucifer had informed Diavolo that he and his brothers will be staying for a few weeks at Mammon's apartment...

The Prince was okay with that and told Lucifer to use this time wisely to make up with his brothers and bond with them.

Despite what happend a while ago...the brothers did not give up on patching things up between them & Mammon. Stubborn, aren't they?

At the couch, Beel and Mammon were joking and laughing together much to the envy of the other brothers. They really had a great relationship. Back then, when Mammon gets insulted or yelled at. Beel doesn't stand up for him but he does come in Mammon's room to check on him and he comforts Mammon when he's crying and pouring his feelings out. Now he's making sure no one dares harm or insult Mammon. 

Satan, while his relationship with Mammon started out bad like the other brothers. But he's willing to make up for his actions. When Mammon started taking him out to the casino. Satan never thought he admitted it but he wished Mammon took him sooner. The casino was much funner than he imagine to be. 

While he doesn't want to spend so much money there, he had a blast. Spending time with Mammon and hanging out with him at the casino. He also learned much about Mammon's job and no longer judges him for going there. He then started hugging Mammon to the point and growling at any random person, be it human or demon, who dares come too close to Mammon.

The rest are still doing whatever it takes to repair the relationship between them. Mainly Lucifer.

Kanon: Yay~! Let's play!

Lucifer: *Sighs* Let's get this over with...

He can feel his younger brothers staring holes into his back.

Lucifer: *Playing House* How you doing?

Kanon: *Angry* Uncle Luci. Say it in your girl voice.

Lucifer:.....

Kanon: Say it.

Making the devil submit without a pact? Bound for a child such as her to do. Lucifer comprehend her bravery but yet still can't help but feel very embarrassed. His brothers stares didn't help.

Satan: *Recording*...

Belphie: (Blackmail~~~!)

Kanon: Do I have to keep asking you?

Lucifer:....Yare Yare...*High-pitched* How you doing?

Levi: PFFFFFT!

Brothers: Hahahahahaha!

Belphie: *Mocking* He says "How you doing"? Did you get it all on your D.D.D?

Satan: This is enough to humiliate Lucifer for centuries to come~~~!

Asmo: Ohhh~! Give me a share so I post it on my social media so I can show my followers~!

Lucifer: *Dark* DON'T. YOU. DARE.

Mammon: No fighting in my apartment.

Lucifer:.....

Kanon: Guys. Don't be mean to Uncle Luci...

Belphie: We're sorry, Kanon...

Lucifer: Seriously. So you won't apologize to me if I ask you politely not to be horrendous. But when she asks, then you stop?

Satan: Because she's our niece and she's different from you. That's why!

Asmo: Kanon! Let's play dressup with the dolls~! I can think of so many wonderful outfits!

Kanon: Okay!

Levi: Mammon! Let's play some Devil Kart later~!

Mammon: Sure I don't mind...

Beel: Mammon...

Mammon: Yes?

Beel: I...sort of ate all your food again...If it's not too much of a problem, would you like to come grocery shopping with me to get some food?

Mammon: *Smiles* Of course Beel.

Belphie: We can cuddle later too if that's alright...when you get off from work...

Satan: I can read Kanon another bedtime story.

Mammon: Ha. Careful guys or you'll spoiled her.

Kanon: *Gasp* Papa! I'm not spoiled!

Mammon: Ya suuuuure you aren't, Little Treasure. Ya got me and your six uncles looking after you, giving you gifts, and stuff. Ya sure ya ain't spoiled?

Kanon pouts at him while Mammon laughs.

Lucifer: Mammon?

Mammon: Yeah Luci?

Lucifer: What time do you have to go to work?

Mammon: Around six p.m. Still got a couple of hours before I get ready. Why?

Lucifer: When you come back from work...If you're not too tired...I would like to share a bottle of demonus and watch a movie together. We can catch up like old times.

Mammon:...Heh. You had me at demonus.

*A little later*

While the brothers & Kanon were still bonding, the little girl begin to start asking questions about them because she wanted to get to know her Papa & uncles a little more.

Kanon: Wooooow. So you guys are over millennials old?! I mean I know you guys are demons! But I didn't think you were that old!

Levi: Ugh. Don't remind me.

Asmo: Yeah! The last thing I want is getting wrinkles. It's bad for my skin!

Mammon: Yep...We been around for very long, Little Treasure. Waaaaay before you were even born. Look at Luci over there whose over millions of years old.

Lucifer: *Scowls* Mammon!

Belphie: Yeah...He's definitely an grandpa.

Satan: He basically acts like an grumpy old fart too.

Lucifer: Well maybe I wouldn't act this way if you brats act your own age!

Levi: Ugh. Who wants to act like an centuries old demon? Not me. I rather stick to my video games than listen to some dumb normies conversation.

Kanon: So...What is Little D Number 2??? I always wanted to know what kind of a demon my "brother" is.

Satan: The Lil Ds are actually the souls of former humans whom sinned in the past. 

Kanon: *Surprised * Really?!

Levi: Yep! Though if they're lucky. Their punishment after death wouldn't be too severe...Eeek...Just imagining the brutal & torturous executions they have in Devildom is scary...

Belphie: Ugh. Don't remind me...(The Skin Peeler is still liable enough to give me nightmares...)

Kanon: If that's the case...why does he call you Papa then, Daddy?

Mammon: He just does that to irritate me. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Asmo: You sure he isn't just saying that because he wants affection from you~?

Mammon: ....Shaddup....Anything else, Little Treasure?

Kanon:.....So is it true that demons used to be angels?

Asmo: Correction Sweetie. Fallen Angels.

Kanon: So all of you used to be angels?

Satan: Yes. Well....except for me of course. I was born a demon.

Kanon listened on as they explained the situation of how all of them went from being angels to demons. Even though it was a touchy subject, but they had mentioned Lilith throughout their conversation.

While Kanon was curious about Lilith, due to learning more about her from them. But she didn't want to press on if they didn't want to talk about her that much.

Kanon: So...Cerberus is a three-headed dog?

Lucifer: Yes. I have tamed Cerberus over thousands of years ago. He used to belong to Diavolo until he gave him over to me because he saw me as worthy of being the dog's master.

Kanon:.....Do you think would let me pat him? Is he like a puppy?

Lucifer: As long as he doesn't see you as an intruder then yes...

Mammon:....

Lucifer: Mammon...Do not worry. I will not let any harm come before Kanon if there ever would be a day if she would meets Cerberus.

Satan: Tsk. I think Kanon would prefer cats over dogs any day. I should introduce her to Meredith.

Lucifer: Satan. Stop trying to make everything an competition.

Satan: Screw off, Old Man. How about you stop trying to get Kanon's attention!

Mammon: Ugh. Do not start. All of you. (They're acting like the times whenever we fight over MC...)

MC....The only one who has yet to apologize but all Mammon knows is...they're not coming back...

Mammon:....

Kanon: Papa? You okay?

Mammon: Hmm. Oh yeah. I'm fine. Just recovering from old memories...

Brothers:....

Lucifer: Anyway...Do you have anymore questions you like to know about, Kanon?

Kanon: Well...if it's not too personal...Do you guys prefer to be angels than demons?

Brothers:....

A good question. While the brothers do miss being angels...especially Levi who claimed to regret following Lucifer and Asmo whom once wished to go back to the Celestial Realm.

But...

After how Heaven & their father had treated them along with discarding Lilith, an angel, for loving a human which is considered a sin.

None of them weren't exactly keen on wanting to go back...

Sure, if you look at Lucifer, whom once held the title of being an archangel, "The Morningstar" and was once the Lord's favorite angel.

But if you think about it, from what the brothers had went through along with the expectations and rules that apply there. The Celestial Realm is just as bad as Devildom.

Mammon: Not really, Little Treasure...

Brothers:....

Mammon: Being an angel or a demon. It doesn't really matter because they are two sides of the same coin.

Kanon: Really? I thought all angels were good people...

Mammon: Nope...while there are an handful of angels like Simeon and Luke are good. But most of them up there are pretty cruel just like most demons are in Devildom...Back when I was angel...I...had a lot to lose...

Kanon: What did you had to lose?

Mammon: Well...My title...My position...basically everything for my family...I didn't care if Heaven wouldn't take me back...Like Luci, I threw everything just to keep Lilith safe. To try and get her away from the ones that wanted to kill her...So when Lucifer and Lilith fell from Heaven, I plumetted straight after them....

Lucifer: Mammon...

Mammon: Even though I knew what was going to happen, but I didn't care...even if there was zero hesitation to follow my brother into the depths of hell.

Levi:....Now that I think about it, weren't you called an Fallen Warrior, Mammon?

Everyone turned to Levi, who blushed receiving the attention. What's gotten him so curious?

Levi: ...I-I just wanted to know... That's all! Is it true?

Mammon wanted to tease Levi for actually being curious about him which is something he don't see from the third brother everyday. But he decided not too because that would probably ruin the mood. So he improvised...

Mammon: Well...Yeah...I am what people called "Fallen Warrior". So yeah...it's true...

Satan: But that doesn't make any sense. A "fallen warrior" usually refers to one who has died in battle. But you never died in battle. So...why do people call you that?

Well Mammon is a warrior due to fighting wars. But a Fallen Warrior was indeed a bit much. 

Mammon: Well...personally IDK. Being a fallen angel gives it a new twist. I am a warrior who has fallen from heaven, and now resides in hell. But as a demon, I am also no longer that warrior.

Brothers:...

Although...that wasn't initially true.

Lucifer: The demons must've have told stories of battles fought in their early Devildom days. Peace reigns in the kingdom now, but it perhaps didn't always. Lord Diavolo always did prefer it that way.

Asmo: So...nonetheless, Mammon has not been seen as a warrior in the recent present, instead moving firmly into the territory of guardian demon...a bodyguard and protector.

Mammon: Ya sure...? I mean, Beel seems more like a bodyguard and protector more than me...

Beel: I beg to differ, Mammon.

Mammon: Hmmm?

Beel: Even if we didn't know much...but you have shielded us from so many diasters in our lives which makes you an protecter and a bodyguard just as me...

Mammon: Gosh Beel...

Belphie: Is there anything else we don't know about you?

Mammon: Well...Did ya know  my name is being used as a word that scholars are still debating the exact origins on but it's certainly one that came to prominence around biblical times, from Aramaic and possibly transliterated from Mishnaic Hebrew.

Brothers: ?!!!

Kanon: Ohhhhhh

Mammon: Yeah...I just found that out...Pretty crazy right? My name...The common wisdom is that Mammon meant money/greed and was only known as a demon in late medieval times, but there are records of folks preaching against me in the 4th century.

Like his brothers however, Mammon is far older than he appears - He just didn't always have that exact name.

Mammon: While humans do like me due to popularity but they also hate me due to my sin being major. Like far too often, greed comes with stress, exhaustion, anxiety, depression and despair. In addition, it can lead to maladaptive behaviour patterns such as gambling, hoarding, trickery and even theft while I admit I had assembled some of these traits due to lack of control and-?! Hm?

Mammon noticed his brothers were gawking at him while Kanon looked just as confused as he did. Why are they staring?

Mammon: What...?

Lucifer: So...you mean to tell me...you reason why acted upon your sin most of the time...was not only because you couldn't control it...but because you were stressed and anxious???

Mammon:....Well...Yeah. (Why are they acting like this is something new...? Didn't they also do this while they were succumbing to their own sins???)

Satan: *Guilt* W-Why...why didn't you tell us?

Mammon: Well...would you believe me if I did told you guys? 

He received no answer after that...nothing but silence of guilt filled from the other six brothers...

Mammon: Furthermore, you guys never accepted me...I mean. We're demons. We're no longer angels. But yet...Having the craving to do harmful things is not really a sin. Crazy right? It's only when you have the capability to act upon those desires. Such as our everyday lives...So...I only sinned when I'm stressed or have lack of control... Which was...basically everyday back when I was the Avatar Of Greed. Sure I was an Kleptomaniac. But that because I was obsessed with grimm and stealing. I couldn't control it no matter how many times y'all told me too. Would you all like if someone told you to stop "Sinning"? It makes no sense...because we are demons. The Literal Avatar Of Those Sins...

Brothers:........

You learn something new everyday...

There was a lot they didn't know about Mammon and yet...they had centuries to get to know him as a person instead of someone whose supposed to be a money grubbing scumbag who leeches off of them for Grimm.

Looks can be deceiving...becuase it's what inside that counts...

So don't judge a book by it's cover...

Levi: Mammon?

Mammon: Yeah?

Levi: I...I would like to get know you a little more...

Asmo: Yeah! Come on! Out with it! No more secrets!

Beel: Food~~~!

Kanon: You guys are strange...

Mammon: *Chuckles* I supposed they are, Kanon.

As the brothers all begin to move around Mammon & Kanon. Lucifer suddenly felt uneasy for some reason...Hairs on his neck flare up and instinct takes over, he turned his head to the door.

Mammon: Luci?

Lucifer:...Yes?

Mammon: What's wrong?

Lucifer kept staring at the door for a moment with an odd expression as it senses stopped acting up before turning back to Mammon.

Lucifer: Nothing in particular.

He avoided Satan's peculiar stare as the family continued spending the day together...

Unaware of what's about to come to them in the future...
