Unkown POV

Myself and my childhood friend & classmate; Shima Torayoshi. Has just escape from our over-run school, the next day. The two of us, locked ourselves in the cafeteria that was thankfully in another building, when the school was getting over-run by those walking corpses.

Shima wanted to bring anyone who was still alive with us, but it was far too dangerous to go look for other people, while the hallways were full of the walking corpses that are moving around and eating people.
I thought about my older brother: who is a student at that private school; Fujimi Academy.

Both myself and Shima can't contact our families, because our cell phones are in our bags, back in our classroom.
And before any of this happened, we were on the athletics field with our other classmates.... Before they got bit and turned.

I look at Shima and I give a small smile, as I see her sleeping face. She was terrorfide, when she saw her best female friend, getting eaten alive by a few other students or are they monsters now.

I move to stand up, being careful not to make any noise. On our way here, we discovered that these undead basstards use sound to hunt their prey. Not sight, or smell.
But they are much stronger than they look when they were alive.
I stood up and walked to one of the windows that has a view of the school gate. And I see a dozens or so, of those walking corpses from here to the school gate. I see many of my classmates in the hord, with various injuries. I then look past the gate and I see towers of thick black smoke coming from different areas all around Tokonosu City. I can see the sun rising in the distance, meaning that this wasn't a nightmare.

I use one of my hands to shield the sun from my eyes, and then I get a closer look at the school gate.... And it is open!
It was closed yesterday, so that means someone who was still alive, opened the gate and escaped from here. I was about to go get Shima, when a extremely loud explosion from a gas station near the school fence went off.

The explosion was soo loud that it woke up Shima, and got the attention of all of the walking corpses who were outside! And all at once, they turn their dead bodies or heads to the sound and started slowly but surely walking to the sound. Shima walked over to me with her shovel she took as her weapon from the gardening club, we had to pass in order to get to the cafeteria.
Then I past her my baseball bat, as I slowly open one of the windows. I look down, to make sure that nothing was waiting for someone. I then grab two chairs, I lifted one of them and place it outside the window, then I grab the other one and place it next to the wall.

Next I use the chair to climb out of the cafeteria window and once I am on the ground, Shima hands me our weapons that I silently place on the ground and help her out of the window.

Once the two of us are outside the cafeteria with our weapons, we see the horde have their arms raised up once they reach the fence and are distracted. I grab Shima's hand, and we both start running away from the cafeteria. Passing the school building, and the moving corpses that are still eating people who didn't get away in time.

Once we run out of the school school gate, I turn down a abandoned street as we are leaving South Kotomaru 2nd Junior High School. Forever.
