She has decided to come for a coffee with Paras but her mind is occupied somewhere else. She has taken this decision in anger after witnessing complete ignorance from Siddharth but now she is regretting it. Only five minutes have passed for them reaching in the café but she is already bored. Why on the first place she agreed to it? She pouts and stare at Paras who maybe asking her something and is waiting for her answer. 

“Tell me Shehnaaz?” He says where else Shehnaaz is not even aware what is he asking.

“I didn’t hear you.” She says feeling embarrassed that she is lost in thoughts due to which she couldn’t hear him. 

“I was asking you that from, where are you? I mean, where you live in Punjab?” Shehnaaz who is going to take a sip of coffee stops in mid-way listening to his question. What is she going to answer? She has no idea from where she is from? What should she tell him, that she lost her memory? Then he will ask how? Then what will she answer? What should she do now? She needs to find some answer to it. At that moment Paras gets a call. 

“Hmm… If you don’t mind I have to attend this call.” Paras says and Shehnaaz nodes soon he excuses himself and moves to answer the call. 

Shehnaaz gets a message from Asim, asking whether she is fine. She pouts reading it, why everyone thinks that she will put herself in trouble? Already Jay and Mahi are enough now this Asim too jointed them. She messages him back, ‘’if you think that I am a kid and can’t take care of myself than you are mistaken I am 27 years old. So, stop messaging me every minute.” Glaring at her cell. 

She is busy texting him when a person passes by her table. In hurry something fell from the person hand and Shehnaaz bends to help that person, to hand back the person his paper. That person takes the paper and when her eyes goes on the wrist, she is shock to find the same tattoo she has seen in the premier night but before she can react anything that person moves from there in hurry making her more suspicious. Why this person ends up running each time, she tries to see the person face? She runs behind him wanting to see that person face. 

“Hello! Stop! Where are you running and why are you running?” She shouts moving behind that person. But the person is fast enough to escape. 

She is already out of the café, holding her throat tightly as she is finding hard to breath, she is again having asthma attack. She is feeling suffocated, she tries to find her purse but in hurry she has left it inside. She is hardly able to breath, at that moment Paras moves towards her who has just hang his call. 

“Shehnaaz are you fine? What’s happening?” Paras asks been shock seeing her in such a condition. What happened to her?

“Br..ing…bri…ng…my…de…vic…e…” She says trying hard to bring those words out from her mouth. She knees down not able to stand too. 

“What are you trying to say, I am not getting you?” Paras asks damn confused as he has no idea that she has asthma. 

“My..my…” her eyes are threating to close when a hand comes with the asthma device making her to some relief pass through her. She tries to look at the source but is not able to see anything but only can hear his voice. 

“Nothing will happen to you my jaan but please don’t…don’t close your eyes.” His voice sounding tensed. But trying her level best too she ends up closing her eyes. 

“Jaan please don’t do this. Please open your eyes, please.” He is patting her cheeks, his eyes watery. He can’t see her in this condition. Vikas keeps a hand on his shoulder making him to calm down. 

Chot lagi hai usey phir kyun 
Mehsoos mujhe ho raha hai 
Dil tu baata de kya hai iraada tera 

“Siddharth calm down, she will be fine. We need to take her to hospital.” Vikas says making Siddharth to glance at him once. 

“But not before punching this idiot who is responsible for all this mess.” Asim says glaring at Paras who is witnessing all this with his eyes wide open in shock. 

“What I did? I have no idea why Shehnaaz behaved in that way. Wait! How you all got to know that we are here?” Paras asks been amused what is going on? How come they end up here? If they did, then how they know that she has asthma? If they know it too but why on the earth is this arrogant man so concerned about Shehnaaz? What was the hell happening? 

Asim fisted Paras shirt in anger moving close to him, “soon we will get to know if you’re into it or not but if you’re found guilty then god too won’t be able to save you.” He says fuming in anger. 

“Asim we don’t have time to waste on him. We will see him later, now let’s take kiddo to hospital.” Vikas says making Asim to leave Paras not before giving him deathly glare. 

Siddharth takes Shehnaaz in his arms and follows Vikas while Asim too follows them. Paras is just staring at them with utter amusement. What just happened over here?

Vikas moves towards the car opening the back seat for Siddharth so he can make Shehnaaz lay on the back seat putting her head on his lap. Asim took the passenger seat while Vikas took the driver seat. Siddharth is just staring at Shehnaaz patting her cheeks again and again as if that will make her conscious. Vikas glance at them through the rear-view mirror while Asim is busy calling someone. 

“Siddharth she will be fine, calm down yourself.” Vikas says been concerned seeing Siddharth so restless. 

“What you mean by calm down? Are you freaking serious, she is unconscious for god sake!” Sounding damn restless. 

Vikas nods and accelerate the speed knowing Siddharth until doctor will say she is absolutely fine; he won’t calm down.

Mahi comes rushing inside the hospital, the moment she heard about Shehnaaz she is so worried. Jay is trying to calm her down as it’s not good for her to tensed up in such a condition but she is not listening to him. 

“Jay please I will be fine. I have to see her once and I will be absolutely fine.” Mahi says making her way towards the ward Shehnaaz is admitted. Jay knows that she is saying the truth but he is tense that what if Shehnaaz condition is turning worse and knowing it will make Mahi tense. 

They finally reach in the ward at that time doctor comes out after checking Shehnaaz. Mahi not wasting a second moves towards the doctor, bombarding with her questions. 

“How is my sister doctor? Is there anything to worry? She got conscious or not? Please tell me something doctor?” Mahi is asking nonstop question but Jay keeps a hand on her shoulder calming her down a little. 

“Is she memory loss patient?” Doctor asks and they nodes, “may I know how she end up getting asthma attack? Is there any story behind it? Something that panics her?” Doctor asks been curious while Mahi nodes in a negative manner. 

“I don’t know.” She says feeling embarrassed. This makes the doctor suspicious. 

“If I am not mistaken then just a minute ago, you said that you’re her sister. And you don’t know about it?” Doctor asks been confused. 

Mahi tries to speak but is not able to so Jay speaks on her behalf. “Actually, we know her after her memory loss. We met her four months back when she had already lost her memory so we have no idea of her before life.” Doctor says nodding and speaks. 

“I am really sorry; I didn’t knew it. But as looking her condition, I think she has seen something of her past which made her panic and have an asthma attack. Something which she was scared of most in past, it can be anything. And her getting unconscious is mostly due to she trying hard to remember about her past, she put lot of pressure on her head and end result is in front of you all.” He says looking at everyone present over there, “you are not aware of her past but if you ever came across then it will be better if you keep it hidden from her until she herself remembers it naturally.” The doctor suggests them “it will take some minutes for her to get her conscious back.” and move from there making everyone present over there to think deeply. 

Few minutes later finally Shehnaaz gets conscious, a relief passing through everyone who are present over there. She slowly opens her eyes and her eyes goes first on the person who is standing beside her bed holding her hand with her moist eyes staring at her. 

“Sana!” she can’t hold herself back and hugs her. “How are you?” She asks moving away and looking at her with concern. 

“I am absolutely fine after all my di is talking with me again. What else I want? If getting unconscious gives me such a result, I am ready to get unconscious every single day.” For which she receives a hit from her sister on her head. 

“Ahh! It hurt. Don’t forget di, I am in hospital at the moment.” Shehnaaz says making a pout. 

“Nothing can stop your di from hitting anyone once she decides to. You can ask me; I have full experiences of it.” Jay these words make him to receive glares from his dear wife and Shehnaaz giggles seeing her handsome condition. 

“Sana how you end up having an asthma attack?” Mahi asks been curious rest too were interested to know it. 

“Di, I have told you right that some months ago I was having nightmares where I could only see a wrist with a tattoo,” Mahi nodes encouraging her to continue. “I saw a same tattoo person today in a café when I went along with Paras for a coffee. I tried to run behind him but was not able to see that person face and that when I ended up having an asthma attack.” She says making the rest shock. 

“Tattoo on the wrist,” Mahi says thinking deeply. 

“That person is he?” Jay asks been curious. 

“I don’t know but the person was wearing a jacket covering his or her face but I felt that the person was male.” Shehnaaz says sounding sure that the person is male. 

“Did on premier night too you have seen that person?” Asim asks remembering about the incident when Vikas and rest look at him been amused. “That day too she had an asthma attack.” She nodes. 

“Yeah, I saw that person that day too but was not able to see the person face.” She pouts and then looks at Mahi’s tense face, she presses her hand which is in her hand. “Di, don’t worry. I don’t want to remember about my past, I am happy in my present.” She smiles assuring her and Mahi fake smiles at her.

Few minutes later, Shehnaaz is laying on the bed while her eyes are staring at someone who is standing in the corner. 

“Staring is a bad manner,” Asim whispers in her ear having a teasing smile while Shehnaaz moves her hand to hit him. 

“Ahh!” she gasps in pain.

“Idiot! Be careful,” Asim hits her on her head. Shehnaaz glares him and her graze goes on Siddharth who in turn is glaring her. She makes a pout seeing it and Siddharth diverts his graze. 

“Why this rudy never smiles?” Shehnaaz asks him pouting. 

“If he smiles then how will be your rudy?” Asim says winking at her and making her to laugh and he joints her soon. Siddharth stares at them curious knowing well what is going over there. 

“What are you both mummering?” He asks them having a stern look. 

“Nothing, we both were praising you bro. You have no idea what good thoughts we have for you and those thoughts we share only for you.” He says chucking and glancing at Shehnaaz, “am I right?” He asks her. 

“You’re absolutely right.” Giggling and giving hi-fi to Asim while Siddharth is just glaring them.

Mahi is sitting outside the ward face palming, Jay who along with Vikas is moving towards Shehnaaz ward with medicine, looks at her and tells Vikas to leave. Jay moves towards her and knees in front of her. 

“Mahi, she is fine. Please stop worrying about her, it will affect your health.” Jay says been concerned for her. 

“How should I? You heard her right? She said about some tattoo person whose she was getting nightmare. She met that person twice, what if that person came to harm her? What if it was her good luck that she was safe both the time? I am getting scared Jay, what if something happens to her?” She is sounding tensed. Jay removes her hand from her face and slowly wipes her tears taking her hand in his, he speaks. 

“Why you have to see the negative side? Think positive, she was save and is safe in front of us fully fit and fine. Why should we worry about the possibility?” Jay behaves in his cool manner like always. 

“Jay please this is something serious. You can’t let it go like this. You’re not understanding the seriousness of the problem. Sana doesn’t know that maybe someone is trying to harm her. She has no idea how the person looks and the biggest problem is nor does we have any idea that who the person is and why on the earth he is trying to harm her. Moreover, what past he has with her, why she gets asthma attack due to it? We know nothing and that is the biggest drawback for us.” Mahi says blabbering things which are going in her mind from the time she heard about that mysterious tattoo person. 

“What can we do for it? I know she is in danger but you worry over the fact won’t help, right? Instead it will create more problem to us if your health gets affected due to it.” Jay says trying to make her realise that her worrying is not doing any good to them. 

“What you expect from me Jay? How on the earth is that possible that I don’t worry? If today Sana had her memory then it would have been so easy for us as well as her. She would have knows who that person is and this everything is happening just because of me. I am responsible for her memory loss. I am the one to be blame for her condition.” She says guilt hidden in her voice.
