In the out street of the city, the SM studio was located. The studio where most of the famous shows had been shot. That studio was owned by one of the most successful producers of the Indian television industry, the producer was known for his famous and record-breaking shows, especially youth-related ones. The news was spreading like fire over the media; he was coming with a new youth show and for the very first time; he was going to introduce some unfamiliar faces in it. 

Along with that news, the disclosure that received the most limelight was the rumours of the two most popular co-actors. The audience loved their beautiful chemistry in their previous show was finally coming together. Their fans were going crazy on this news on every social media platform.

Following the craze that show was receiving much before the shoot started, the producer was very much impressed. He arranged a press conference on the first day of the shoot for announcing his final cast and crew. As planned, the media people had already gathered outside the studio where the producer had made an arrangement for them to sit. The chairs and table were arranged to make the people feel comfortable. 

As the time decided was ten in the morning, so the producer walked out of the studio. He had put on white added with red combination jacket with faded jeans, the extraordinary dressing sense, he was famous for. A bright smile emerging on his face, showing the excitement. He stepped towards a small platform which was raised a bit, to give it a look as if it was a stage. On the platform, there are many chairs and a big table arrange with mike kept in front of each chair. He came and sat in front of the chair which was placed in the centre.

"Must say you all are very much punctual as you all are here on time." He spoked, taking his seat with an impressed smile on his face. "You might start with your questions," he said arranging the mic properly.

One from the media reporter spoke up, "but sir you said that you're going to introduce your cast and crew with us." Been confused as he alone was present at the conference.

"Seems like you all are more interested in my cast and crew." He spoke in a playful manner making the rest reporters and camera person smile.

"It nothing like that sir, there are many rumours spreading around about it. People are going crazy and want to know the truth behind it."  Came a reply from one of the reporter. 

"I have seen it, the craze on social media. I hope they will shower the same love after the show get telecast and about the cast, you all are going to meet them soon one by one. First, let's start with the question you all have regarding this show." Checking his phone which he was kept on the table.

"So, my question is what is this new show all about?" Asked one of the reporters.

"As you all might be knowing that this show is another youth show based on college life." The producer answered.

"What new this show is going to offer for the audience? Do it have some different concept or it's going to be the same as other shows of yours?" Came a question from one of them.

"Hmm... my each shows as its similarity and that makes it after all Vikas Gupta show." Raised his imaginary collar, "this show really have many new things to offer, unlike some other show this  won't have a defined lead." That statement delighted all.

"That sounds amazing but eccentric too. That means that this show won't have any lead?" Asks a reporter been confused.

"No! Not like that, but you can say that the audience will decide the main lead." He answered smirking.

"How? I mean how can the audience decide the main lead?" One of them asked been curious.

"For that, you will have to wait. I can't reveal all the facts on the first day of shooting itself, let's give curiosity to build up." He winked at them, and the reporter smiled.  He took a sip of water from the bottle kept in front of him. "So, any other question?"

"Sir about the cast...." There was another question on the way at that moment Vikas glanced at the cell as he got a notification.

"So here the wait is over and I am going to introduce the first male actor. I don't think that he needs an introduction of any kind, his name is enough. Your most favourite Siddharth Shukla." The reporter exploded into cheers discovering it.

A guy wearing a red plus blue bands shirt with brown jeans walked towards the conference. His hands were trying to fix his hair properly, he was six-feet-tall same as Vikas but having a broad chest and amazing physic clearly indicating time spend in the gym. The glow on his face doesn't give away that he was 39-year-old, moreover, with years it seems like he was turning younger. He took a seat next to Vikas offering him a smile.

"So, you can go with the questions," Vikas encouraged the reporters to ask a question.

"Sir, we have heard that you're doing this show with Rashmi as your co-actor?" He smiled on listening to it, as expected the first question was on her. Vikas glanced at her with a smile, but Siddharth hid it biting his lip. 

"I think Vikas still going to introduce the cast, so I can't reveal it but if I have to work with her. I never had any issues and will never have to." He replied glimpsing once at Vikas.

"So, let's introduce the other one, this person too doesn't need an introduction. The well-known person from the television industry, Rashmi Dessai." Again, the reporter started clapping up and welcoming her.

The lady was wearing a red deep neck gown, her brown hair curled at the end. Had a really short height but a somewhat slim figure. Very fair skin and an around shaped face making her look like a doll. She had a sweet smile on her face and she moved towards the platform having a seat on the other side of Vikas.

"Hi! Guys" she greeted them and they greeted her back.

"So finally, you both are coming together, how does it feel?" The reporter questioned both of them.

"It's not like we are working for the first time. So, there is nothing new in it." Rashmi replied.

"My question is to both of you as you both rejected five projects but finally ended up doing this together. Does it have any specific reason?" 

"Obviously each project has something different to offer you. Not all projects are meant for you, this particular show has me to offer something different. Playing the role of college boy which, I never had so I thought to give it a try, moreover there is no lead for a time. So, each one will get equal time space and you will get to act with all the actor as well, so it's a win-win situation and I thought why not grab it?" Answered Siddharth which made Rashmi have a slight smile.

"Like Siddharth said obviously this is something different and moreover we are going to get to work with some new talent. This will definitely help to learn something from them while they will learn something from our experience. And about rejecting some project, then you might be knowing that I was busy in my personal life so that was also one of my reason for rejecting some of the projects." Rashmi answered with a smile.

"Ma'am, we have heard that your very good friend Arhaan is also going to an act in this show, is it true?" Listening to it Rashmi glanced at Vikas.

"Okay now that our producer has allowed me so I will spill the beans. Yeah, you all heard it right that he is too in this show. And I am sure that you all will too shower the same love on him which you all had showered on me in this many years."

"Sir, the question that is revolving in the mind of your fans from so many years that why you all of sudden disappeared from all the social media sites? I mean in this world full of social media, not interacting with your fans may affect your career." Asked one of them.

"I am not that much social media fan. I hardly get some time off from myself after shooting for hours and wasting those time on social media doesn't sound right for me. I do like interacting with my fans for sure and that's the reason I never deny for an interview." To this, the reporter agreed as in so many he was the only actor who had never said no to any session. Even if he was busy at times, he always found time for it. "But being on social media on account of sacrificing my personal time for it is not appreciable by me. I do value my personal time a lot." Siddharth Shukla was known for his well satisfying answers, reporters and fans loved it. 

"Okay now let's move on! I am going to introduce two of them together as time is flying. I have to start the shoot." Vikas glanced at the wristwatch. "Arhaan Khan whom you already talked about and Paras Chhabra whom you all have seen in many shows." With that two of the guys entered with a broad smile.

One guy had the same height as Siddharth but a shade darker. He was wearing a red shirt with black pant. On the other hand, the latter seemed as if he had not gone to the gym ever in life. He had fair skin and a mischievous smile playing on his lip. He was wearing a white shirt which he kept two or three-button open showing his chest with white trousers. They both took their seat beside Rashmi, showcasing a smile to the reporters.

"Paras, how does it feel that you're going to work with one of the successful producers of the industry?"

"I feel damn lucky and I was just talking the same thing with Arhaan," he glanced at Arhaan for which he gave a nod. "That it's really rare that Vikas sir, works with new faces though I am not new but not that popular too. I think this show will really give me an opportunity to improve myself as an actor as I am going to work with two well-known personalities of our industry." He replied glancing at both Rashmi and Siddharth for which they both just smile.

"See I said the exact words, this show will provide each one of us with a lot of opportunities," Rashmi said glancing at Arhaan.

"Arhaan we have heard that you're a very good friend of Rashmi." He nodded, "Don't you find yourself fortuitous that you're getting to work along with her on your first show itself?" Arhaan glimpsed at Rashmi and grinned.

"I really find myself lucky that I got her as my friend as from the day she entered my life it had changed for good. Yeah, obviously it's good that I have her beside me so that whenever I find something difficult, she can guide me. As you all know that she is a very good actor." He praised her which made her blush a little. Vikas and Paras were smiling seeing it but Siddharth was annoyed with all these dramas.

"So, shall I introduce the rest of my cast?" Vikas asked for which reporter nodded, "so here comes Aarthi Singh, Asim Riaz, Mahira Sharma, Shehnaaz Gill." All the reporter were somewhat curious as two of them were the name that they had no idea about.

The guy seemed to be a fitness freak as his body indicated it, he had fair skin and a good face cut. Demonstrating that he might have been a model for a long time. He was wearing a black jacket on a white shirt with blue jeans. 

One of the girls had done shows and was known face most probably as she was the daughter of a very much famous actor of their generation. She was wearing a blue colour gown which had full sleeves, she too was fair but had weight put on. Beside her was a girl who had a slim figure and fair skin too but it mostly covered with makeup, she seemed from the industry as she had work in some recent shows as a supporting character. She was wearing a pink dress. 

A new face was the girl beside her who was wearing a white colour salwar suit which hardly actress wore. She was pretty but seemed not fitness conscious as she had little weight put on. They all walked towards the platform and took their sit such that Paras at the end then Arhaan, Rashmi, Vikas, Siddharth, Aarthi, Mahira, Shehnaaz, Asim.

"So, here is my entire cast for the coming show. You all can carry on with your questions now." Vikas announced.

"As from here, we find only three faces new, with one we already have a talk. We will go with the other two. Let's start with Asim Riaz, right?" The reporter asked glancing at the book in his hand, Asim nodded. "So, from your personality, it seems as if you're some model? I have seen you in some magazines I think, am I right?"

"Yeah, you are. I am a model and for the past eight years doing modelling in Mumbai. This is the first opportunity, I got to explore my acting skills. Insha Allah, I hope that I will succeed in it." Asim spoke with a nervous smile, as it was his first press conference.

"Indeed, you surely will, so my next question is to Shehnaaz Gill. You're the new face of the industry, how does it feel?" The reporter asked making Shehnaaz slightly nervous, she peeked at Vikas and he gestured her to speak up. Closing her eyes and taking a long breath, she opened it with a bright smile.

"It's totally new to me. I never in my dreams thought that I will get my first project with such big personalities. I will call myself fortuitous that I got such a big break and will thank Vikas sir for giving me this opportunity." Her eyes were glittering with happiness.

"It's nothing like that, she is really a very talented girl and I should say that I am lucky that I found her before some other producer could sign her," Vikas complimented her.

"So, we have heard that you're from Punjab?" Another reporter questioned her, "if you don't mind then can I ask you why are you wearing a salwar suit?"

"Why? Can't I wear a salwar suit?" She asked him back in an innocent tone.

"You surely can but most of the actress like to wear something modern, clothes they are comfortable with." He voiced out the facts. 

"Yeah, correct but I feel comfortable wearing a suit so I wear it." That innocent answer made everyone present adore her, "and mostly with western clothes I look fat." And her second reason compiled others to laugh at her. She stared at them with a pout, having least knowledge of why were they laughing at her? 

"Who says your fat ma'am? You are healthy and if we Punjabi won't be healthy then who will be?"  Commented one of the men from the accumulated crowd of reporters, wearing a turban suggesting that he too was from Punjab. She nodded still being sad over the fact that she was fat.

"Mahira Sharma and Aarthi Singh people have already seen you both in many shows what you will offer new in this one?"

"I have always been part of saas-bahu dramas so its audience is completely different from a youth show which mostly youth watches. This character I am doing is totally different from the characters I had performed. So, this is going to be something different for the audience." Aarthi completed.

"Same here I too am going to play the character of a college girl for the very first time. So, it's going to be fun and the audience too will enjoy it moreover there is no main lead, and the main lead will be decided by the audience, what could better than this?" Mahira sounded excited.

"You think that you can be a lead to this show?" Interrogated the reporter

"Why not? If the audience likes my acting, I can turn out to be one." Mahira replied astonishing others.

"Even when Rashmi Dessai is present in that show?" Shehnaaz asked getting curious with Mahira's reply.

"I know that she is a huge name in this industry," passed a smile at Rashmi as she glanced her on mentioning it. "But the audience can like anyone right? It's not like they won't see others talent." Mahira tried to justify it.

"What you think Shehnaaz? Won't you turn out to be the main lead?" came a question from the other reporter.

"For me working with them is a big thing. I don't want to be the main lead; I got the opportunity to develop my skills and show my talent to the country that's enough for me." That answer by her made a person glance at her, having an impressive smile same was the response of reporters. 

"I told you she is unique," Vikas whispered to Siddharth seeing him amazed with her answers.

"She is innocent," Siddharth whispered back to Vikas.

"Now I think you had asked all your question; it will be better if we call it an end," Vikas thanked the media and soon dismissed them off.
