Jahavni looked at me and bended down she pulled out a box underneath the bed.

"Oh no"

She gasped looking at something.

"What happened?"

Jahavni looked at me her face was red in anger, she walked past me holding the picture in her hand, I followed her, she went in the kitchen and put the picture on the stove she was about to turn on the gas, I took away the picture.

"Jahavni pagal hogi h kay?"

I looked at her, I had never seen her this mad.

"Yash bahiya I don't want to argue with you give me that damn bloody picture, the real reason of Shanvi's pain"

She said.

"No, Firstly you tell me everything"
I said.

"Yash bahiya why you and Ajey are so stubborn, can't you for once listen to me?"

"No, you tell me"

She glared at me, and sat on the stool.

"You want to know, right? So listen"

I sat on stool next to her, she took the picture, It was 4 boys, 1 girl, Jahavni and Shavni in the picture, in school uniform.

"Shanvi, Me, Druv, Aditya, Rihan, Sivank, and Ishani"

She said pointing at everyone in the picture I nodded.

"Our life and our friendship is no less than student of the year except no one was Abbhi in the story, Rich kids with helicopter parents, and Shanvi richest of them all, you know us as bestfriend, but you don't know how we became best friends"

She said and I shook my head, we never asked that question.

"Shanvi and I had one thing most common that we started school earlier then normal kids we were only 14 in class 10th, it means all our friends and classmates were 2 years older then us, Shanvi was the school topper, teacher favorite, the ideal kid, that's when I met Shanvi, the most cool yet innocent and beautiful girl ever"

Jahavni said, baki sub to thik h but innocent.

"Me being the naive girl I was on my very first day of school I was in trouble, Shanvi saved me, our class teacher made us bench mates, we became friend, she introduced me to her group, and I became their friend too, It was our farewell day I clearly remember"

"Wait farewell in 10th class?"

I asked, because farewell to 12th mi hoti h.

"Yeah, I don't know why they had this stupid rule, but whatever, Rihan Rathore Shanvi's first boyfriend, and maybe the only one she really had feelings for, he cheated on her"

Third Person's P.O.V

Shanvi was happy, getting her makeup done she left for the hotel, for the farewell party, her phone rang.

"Hey Ri, I am on my way, will be there soon"
She said in her cheerful voice.

"Oh.. okay.. see you there"

He hung up.

She reached the hotel, the whole two halls was booked, she entered and went to find her friends, she reached the second floor, very few students were there, but what she saw made her heart stop.

Shanvi's POV

Rihan was kissing Ishani.

Tears gathered in my eyes I went towards them.

"What are you both doing?"
I yelled

They looked at me shocked.

"I can't believe it you are cheating on me that even with my bestfriend"

I yelled, Shivank and Aditya came to me.

"Shanvi stop creating scene"

"Sai don't make it dramatic"

They said I looked at them shocked.

"You both know about this? You bastards, I thought you as my friend, and you did this to me"

'Shanvi you are just daddy's princess, a fucking bitch, you are just rich, and that's why Rihan proposed you, he is mine, just mine, understand?'

Ishani said, I looked at her shocked I can't believe it she was my bestfriend, or that's what I thought.

"You bloody gold diggers, I hate you, I hate you all, you will die in hell"

Someone hugged me.

"Shanvi calm down, it's okay we are here for you"

Jahavni and Druv looked at me, I am not daddy's princess, I am far better, and I will show it to everyone, I wiped my eyes, and stood straight.

I went ahead and slapped Ishani and Rihan that even my hand sting.

"You bloody motherfuckers, what can I expect from you, 2 kodi ke logo se loyalty, fuck you all, and our friendship, no Whatever the shit was is over, don't show me you bloody face every, or worse I will ruin you"

Back to present, Yash's POV

"I have no words, yeh Shanvi ki life bahut jada dramatic nahi h?"

I asked looking at Jahavni.

"Yeah it is, and since then she is only friends with me and Druv, and never talked to them, she never put her feelings for any guy, but she never cheated on anyone too, because she thinks she is unlucky in love, she don't get attracted"

Jahavni said, I looked at her a bit sad.

"Yash bahiya app tension mat lo, app ka chance h abbhi"

She laughed.

"Mine kab bola kush, tu or Ajey na humesa faltu mi hume ship karte ho"

I said.

Shanvi's POV

I slowly opened my eyes, the bright light coming through the curtains, I turned around in bed, my body was hurting, I looked at the time.

12:45

I shot up from.

"Finally you are awake"

I beside me, Yash was sitting on the chair.

"What the fuck are you doing here?"

He shook his head and put the thermometer in my mouth, what the hell is wrong with him, always make me do things without even asking.

"Don't you dare to say a word, you know how much worried we all were last night? You scared the hell out of us, Jahavni was crying so much, even mom dad got tensed"

He said I glared at him he pulled out the thermometer.

"101 fever, here take the pills"

He said handing me the water and pills.

"I am not taking it without Anu Aunty"

I said.

"Your very favorite Anu Aunty herself came an hour ago and prescribed the medicine, she is sitting downstairs, eat it now or else I will tell Jahavni it was you who---

"Okay Okay I am taking it no need to threaten me"
I said and took the pills.

"Now get ready, and come down for your lunch"
He said looking at me, I looked at myself, I was in just one fucking bathrobe, oh shit.

"Get out idiot what are you looking at"

I yelled and threw a pillow at him.

"How ungrateful Shanvi"

He said moving out.

"Fuck you Yash"

I yelled.

At the table.

"Shanvi beta tum appna dhayan rakha karo"

"Anu Aunty don't worry I will be fine in a day, after all I am a strong girl"
I said smiling at her.

Yash, Ajey and Jahavni both said at the same time.

I mumbled.

"Stop making her anger you two fools, let her eat in peace"

Aunty said shut them up.

"Mom if she won't listen to us then she would be resting in peace soon"

Yash said I glared at him.

"If you said one more word to my daughter then you would be the one who would be resting in peace"

I smiled at Aunty, and poked my tongue at Yash.

"Mom, you always take side of her, I am your son"

Yash whined.

"So what?"
I said.

"Okay enough you two, abb khana kaho"

Jahavni said and I started eating silently.

My phone rang, it's an unknown number, I picked it up.

"Hello?"

"Hello, Lt. Shanvi Malhotra speaking?"

"Yes, this is Lt.Shanvi Malhotra, how can I help you?"

"Beta mi Vikas Verma bol raha hu, tumhe ek important bat batani h"

"Verma Uncle boleye? Kay hua?"

"Beta tumne appne termination letter, wo jo retirement papers hote h, bina read keye sign kiye the kay?"

He asked this is suspicious.

"Yes Uncle, Actually wo dad ke sath thodi se fight hogi thi, and mine gusse mi sign kiye the"

I replied.

I said, I opened my laptop and went to mails.

And what I saw made my blood boil, I shut it hard and picked up my phone.

"Hello Shruti, I want you to research some papers in dad office without him knowing I had forwarded the information to you"

"I am going to Chandigarh tomorrow"

"Why?"
Everyone asked at the same time.
