~Author's Note~

In, "Season 5, Episode 10: Close to My Heart" Elizabeth is waiting for Jack to return from being away from the training, that he was doing. Then, at the end of the episode, Elizabeth and Abigail are standing in the middle of the town square talking, and then they see someone riding toward them and then we find out that Jack is died and then Elizabeth falls to the ground and Abigail puts her arms around her and they cry together. This one-shot is about what would have happened if he ends up not dying and came back. It will be written in No one's POV. Hope you enjoy!!

(No one's POV)

Elizabeth watches Henry walk away from Abigail, concerned she started walking to toward her, when she looked at her, she said, "You okay? Is he okay"?

Abigail looked at her friend, and said, "Yes, he is fine. He has some things that he needs to work out, but he will be fine".

As Abigail and Elizabeth were talking, suddenly they stopped because they hear something in the distance. 

They look and see someone on horseback. Elizabeth and Abigail both looked over and smiled at each other.

"He's back", Elizabeth exclaimed and hugged Abigail. She let Abigail go and then ran toward the man on horseback. 

Elizabeth sees, whoever was on top of the horse and was face to face to Jack.

"You're back"!

Jack chuckled and put his arms around her and said, "Of course. I'm back".

They hugged and kissed each other. "I'm so glad you are back", Elizabeth exclaimed.
