1st Year (A.T.E 1710) (N.S.E. 002)

The Sovereignty Republic of Salvatia begins living a peaceful life in isolation, following the new policy decided by the Supreme Leader and his National Congress. Xavier starts making plans for progress to build up the economy, industry, and military through progressivism. He recalls a computer game he played back on Earth called Hearts of Iron. Having played it during his time in high school and college, he is determined to do his best to make a significant effort for his nation.

He started making many programs to increase the strength of both economic and military at the same time. First, he focuses on constructing factories to make more stuff for most of the corporate companies in every certain location. Then he goes to a neo-agricultural program where he makes an act by convincing his national congress to sign the bill to accept this program to cultivate the land through agriculture technology in order to have many grains to feed his people, and putting some for reserve. He even uses a Arcane Replicator Nexus (ARN) to replicate more grains or other stuff if it slows down. Moreover, he also likes to keep the land clean so it is included on the program. Once the bill was accepted by the congress, his program was successful as it did perform much well for the future of this nation.

After finishing the development of neo-agricultural programs, he felt something on his mind that he had forgotten was important. Then, realization struck him; history. A nation cannot exist without a history. However, presenting the history of establishing his nation solely through his own power doesn't sound convincing to outsiders if they ask him about the background of that history.

Then he got an idea. He starts writing his own history, tracing the origin of Neohumans. According to his narrative, they were once humans living on a former home planet called Earth. In his account, the world experienced a catastrophic event—a massive global war fueled by a struggle for resources, political agendas by corrupt governments, and conquests of lands. The reasons behind the declarations of war were unknown and perplexing.

His written history stated that most nations resorted to using nuclear arsenals, resulting in the end of World War III but at the cost of everything, including Earth itself. Despite the devastation, many survivors managed to endure the nuclear holocaust, facing new challenges such as animals turning into cannibalistic mutants, remnants of military armies turning into warlords and bandits, and severe famine and plague. They lived in hiding, fearful of those who posed a threat until an Omniversal primordial named Caelus along with his trusted chosen one, Xavier Salvador the Irregular Reincarnated, descended from the sky.

According to the narrative, Caelus eradicated all threats to the survivors and took them to another world called Aifea. Xavier Salvador volunteered himself to lead the group due to his knowledge and experiences. Caelus bestowed upon Xavier godlike powers and provided the survivors with futuristic technologies needed to build their new nation. Afterward, Caelus left, leaving Xavier and his people to establish a civilization.

After a few years of nation-building, Xavier made a vow to his people. He acknowledged that the old humanity's political greed, corruption, and self-interest agendas led to a catastrophic event, dooming themselves and damaging their homeworld. To avoid following the same path, they chose to be newborn as Neohumans, possessing enhanced strength, speed, intelligence, common sense, and adaptability to harsh environments through neoblood. While they haven't explored the entire continent, they strive for peaceful lives in their new civilization, creating a military to protect themselves from any threats.

Xavier became the supreme leader, governing the nation to ensure the safety and protection of his people. He pledged to use his power for their defense, avoiding tyrannical means. The Neohumans established a new religion to worship Caelus as a blessing for saving them from the harsh aftermath of war. And thus, the Sovereignty Republic of Salvatia was born.

He works tirelessly for hours to finish writing a history of his own making, officially publishing it in his nation. Though creating a fabricated history book based on his own imagination, rather than real facts, may be considered wrong, he believes it is for the best for everyone.

On October 10, he begins planning to build a portal gateway for the first time. Once the portal gateway is complete, he announces to his people the opportunity to travel to a different world, destined to expand their numbers by colonizing new territories. The first volunteers, eager to embark on this journey, enter through the portal gateway and stumble upon a new world—a clean, habitable place that bears some similarities to their own world but is distinctly different. After exploring the area, they establish the first settlement as the beginning of their colonization efforts.

More people enter this new world, starting a life free from the influence of celestial gods, demon kings, and even humanity. The military, including the Vindictarium Order on their first mission, also enter the new world for protection. They collaborate with the military to scout the land.

Encountering some friendly and passive fauna creatures on this world, they proceed cautiously. However, when facing hostile alien creatures, the Vindictarium Order engages in their first battle. Emerging victorious, they now work on clearing areas in different locations for their people to settle and thrive.

Few weeks later, the settlement transforms into cities, thanks to the construction of nanite technology that can build faster, expanding the land. Military establishments are contracted in every location, and defense structures are constructed to safeguard the colony from potential threats. They decide to name this colony world Terranox, with their capital city being New Hura, in honor of the revolutionary Demon Queen.

During this time, other people decide to move to this newly colonized world and begin expanding globally in the name of Xavier's progressive ideals. As for the military, Xavier and others, such as military council members, Vindictarium leaders, and Legion Magistrates, start planning to construct the first spaceship for space travel. Soon, they'll build more spaceships to create their own space navy, aiming to dominate everything in space for their sovereignty republic.

Meanwhile, Xavier undergoes training with Frieda to increase his strength, speed, and power, aspiring to become the strongest being that no demon king, celestial gods, or even summoned heroes could defeat with his overpowered might. He also strives to evolve eternality to acquire new powers.

2nd Year (A.T.E 1711) (N.S.E. 003)

Salvatia has launched satellites into space on both worlds to gather the data to have a widespread world map to see the continents. On the world of Aifea, they have managed to get the whole world map to see different continents that are way far away from his continent.

After reviewing the world map, Xavier is considering sending agents and spy drones to the outside world. However, despite being a supreme leader, doing so would violate the 7 Years Isolation policy. He always needs to abide by it, so he decides to cancel that idea. He continues focusing on progressing towards becoming a developed country, achieving milestones that no other nations have done before. While Earth may have entered such an era, here they never reached that stage to adapt and develop new inventions, keeping the country stable and addressing many economic problems.

On July 20, a spaceship was constructed, and now he is going to announce to his people to start launching into the moon for the first time. They successfully launched it into space, and it headed towards the moon. Thanks to their advanced technology, combining both magic and science, the spaceship made its way to the moon in just a day, propelled by enhanced speed booster engines for faster travel in the vacuum of space. They touched down on the moon, planted a flag in the ground, and thus Salvatia landed on the moon for the first time, now considered their territory.

When one of the Neohuman astronauts attempted something risky by removing a helmet, it was reported to the agencies and sent to the supreme leader. The report indicated that Neohumans and Neotypes are capable of breathing in outer space. Xavier is impressed to see that his people are capable of breathing in space, though he emphasizes the importance of wearing space suits for future space combat and as a safety precaution.

On July 26, Salvatia constructed five new navy spaceships in the Terranox colony world, successfully departing into space. Now, they begin planning to increase the production of navy spaceships to establish dominance in space, with the goal of creating a defense around the colony world. Subsequently, they plan to build space stations, space defense stations, and a space dockyard for navy production. It will take a considerable amount of time to build a space navy fleet, but they are determined to create a massive navy fleet unlike any seen before.

On August 3, Xavier ordered construction companies to build defense towers on the sea around the continent for protection against potential threats from the sea. Utilizing futuristic construction technology developed by R&D organizations, they have been able to construct defense towers armed with one-barreled or two-barreled cannons capable of targeting hostile ships in their sea territory. This initiative also involves building additional defense structures such as anti-air guns, medium-sized laser cannon towers, and stationary guns manned by sentient beings to defend the country against threats from any direction.

On August 20, they began colonizing the Aifea moon for both civilians and the military, initiating the process of moving further beyond Aifea. With celestial gods not paying attention to worldly matters, Salvatia produced 20 navy spaceships and 9 colonial ships powered by repulsor engines. These ships flew out of Aifea and ventured beyond outer space to find more planets for colonization. By August 29, they communicated that they had discovered unnamed habitable worlds to colonize, and they commenced building portal gateways to facilitate the movement of more people to different colonized worlds. This transformed Salvatia from a superpower state into a hyperpower state.

On October 2, Salvatia continued massive production of navy ships on both Aifea and Terranox to expand their space territory. Simultaneously, they increased the production of energy sources for the economy, ensuring an ample supply of electrical power for the nation and its colonies. They also started producing sea navy ships to enhance the number and maintain the security of their water territories.

On October 10, Dr. Zarlo introduced a groundbreaking energy source, not aimed at economic use, but rather intended for a new military venture with potentially monumental consequences. His initial plan involved crafting a biomechanical artificial musculoskeletal system known as the "Mecha Fighter," designed specifically to combat towering adversaries, notably celestial gods. Dr. Zarlo presented to the supreme leader his concept of pilots controlling these mecha fighters by interfacing directly with their minds through a neural connection. This interface would facilitate the transfer of consciousness from a pilot's mind into that of a mecha robot, allowing for seamless movement without the need for external controllers. Thus, he developed the Psycho-Controller System, a revolutionary technology that manipulates the entire body structure and utilizes a technopathic wave system to link the minds of sentient beings to the mecha robots, enabling them to function as a single entity under full control.

He added the statement that it requires neural interface technology to connect the Psycho-Controller System for controlling the mecha fighter without any difficulties. The Supreme Leader reviewed his research paper about his development, acknowledged his project, and allocated substantial funds to start manufacturing Psycho-Controller Systems for mecha fighters to be operated. While Xavier is impressed with Dr. Zarlo's developments, he suggested the need for secondary weapons in case they need to defend themselves without wielding primary weapons. He proposed having a head mounted dual-stage linear motor vulcan cannon (aka Chemrail Gun from Elysium (2013)) that fires at a high rate and propels a high-velocity round projectile using advanced electromagnetic propulsion. Dr. Zarlo accepted the suggestion, and he informed the engineers to build it on the forehead.

Furthermore, Dr. Zarlo informed him that he is going to start developing a new energy source for mecha fighters for fueling. He mentioned that this new energy source will be called a neutron fusion core, capable of providing sustainability and extending the fuel, meaning it can prolong the longevity of the fusion fuel, allowing for extended missions without the need for frequent refueling or resupply. Xavier gave him approval, and Dr. Zarlo, along with his scientists, began researching the neutron fusion core and psycho-controller systems.

After he left his R&D laboratory, he continued training his mind and body to exercise his newfound powers to become a full potential. He meditated his mind and body throughout the days when he was not working in governing the nation, and he had not stopped training for quite some time.

3rd Year (A.T.E 1712) (N.S.E. 004)

The Sovereignty Republic of Salvatia commenced expanding its territories at sea. Xavier planned to construct floating artificial islands for people to inhabit if they wished to do so. After receiving the majority vote from the congress and the senate, the bill to build the floating artificial islands was accepted. Additionally, Xavier aimed to build underwater cities beneath these artificial islands for the first time. While many people were surprised and supportive, others chose not to support it, opting to continue their lives on land.

Construction companies utilized advanced technology to construct the floating artificial islands within their sea territories. They started building floating cities throughout the seas in a few more weeks, and thanks to the advanced technology, they were able to construct them rapidly, managing to expand efficiently. Subsequently, they began building resorts for recreational activities. After the construction, a few people from Salvatia and the Terranox colony moved to live in the floating cities, and some visited the grand resorts to enjoy themselves individually, in groups, or with their families.

Then they began constructing underwater cities beneath the ocean. Although it posed a challenge since they had never built anything underneath the sea, Xavier decided to intervene. Using his power of creation, he created the underwater cities and then constructed tunnels for trains to travel to each underwater city. Subsequently, everyone started living in the underwater cities, which also featured malls, businesses, and resorts. Xavier then created underwater military bases in each location to operate for security purposes and armed combat against any threats lurking in the deep ocean. These bases also became production centers for submarines and mech fighters requiring aqua mechs to conduct operations underwater.

The R&D laboratory developed a small drone-like bug called a bug drone, a tiny robot capable of flying a mile away and being so small that it remained unseen by people. They needed good hiding spots to avoid detection and surveillance. The bug drone also had an audio recording device to capture individuals' conversations. Xavier Salvador approved their use in the Office of Secret Intelligence (OSI) and Sovereignty National Security State (SNSS) for intelligence operations in their respective capacities.

Afterwards, Xavier went to his secret chamber where he conducted experiments on his own. He visited the omniversal realm to retrieve something from Caelus and returned to his chamber with a large iron box containing the enchantment pool of what is called Primordialis. This pool was a mixture of Hell essence, Wraith essence, Primodial essence, & Argent energy from different universes. He poured it into a rectangular-sized tube and initiated a ritual to enhance its power, following instructions from a book borrowed from the omniversal realm. When the ritual was completed, he drew out his High-Frequency blade and submerged it into the enchanted pool of Primordialis. Dark red lightning sparkles violently erupted from the room. He immersed his blade for five minutes before pulling it out, raising it to the air, revealing a red glow intensified by dark red lightning sparkles. As he looked at his blade, he saw Japanese characters engraved on it, meaning "Judgment & Death." After that, he continued his training.

On August 19, Xavier flew through space using his superpower to reach one of his colony worlds. Upon arrival, he decided to build an artificial space ring world, better known as a ring world. Utilizing his creation power, he created an artificial ring world with various environments in different locations, making it habitable for everyone. He continued creating more ring worlds for his people to establish settlements and live there. Two months later, people were living on the ring worlds, enjoying prosperity and making progress in their livelihoods. The military was present, establishing bases and outposts to ensure protection, with colonial guards providing security for the settlements as they transformed into futuristic cities. This is also where they constructed more space navy ships to increase their numbers.

On December 2, the mecha fighters were finally introduced to the public as they were integrated into the military. Xavier delivered a speech inspiring others to join the military and try out to become pilots, offering the chance to control the mecha fighters. Given that it was Christmas Day, the mecha fighters were seen as a gift to society, showcasing military power to protect the nation.

4th Year (A.T.E 1713) (N.S.E. 005)

On March 10, the Omni'Sotiria Faith had a significant influence throughout the nation and the colonies, promoting the belief in the infinite universe inhabited by various species and acknowledging the omniversal realm as the home of Caelus and other deities. The faith taught that these deities would bless and guide individuals to the light, allowing them to access utopia in heaven after death. Most surprisingly, Lord Caelus himself descended to Salvatia, surprising its citizens and prompting plans from Xavier and Frieda. This led to people bowing down to both Caelus and Xavier upon their presence.

As Caelus visited, a female shadowy figure descended from above, revealing herself to be none other than the former Demon Queen Hura. Hura, once a demon queen, had ascended to become an omniversal deity. Her appearance featured white long horns, pure white eyes, a white traditional dress gown, and a pair of white angelic wings. Her presence brought tears to the eyes of the people, especially the demonkins, as they rushed towards her. They were overjoyed to see their former revolutionary leader, who had returned to life and ascended into an omniversal deity.

It turns out, Xavier asks Caelus to revive her and turn her into a purified demon by getting rid of demonic powers and traits, and Caelus offer her to become the first primordial ascended demon in omniversal realm where they are strongest and most powerful deities than other gods consider as lower and middle classes.

The people expressed their gratitude to Xavier for not only bringing Hura back to life but also for her ascension as an omniversal primordial ascended demon. Hura, in tearful joy, addressed her people, stating that she is now known as Hura, the Omniversal Ascended Demon Goddess of Love, Redemption, and Life. She declared her intention to spread her influence throughout the omniverse, promoting love, life, and redemption to conquer evil.

This momentous occasion led to other demonkins experiencing a transformation, with white horns and light blessings bestowed upon them, signifying their ascension. Some demonkins retained their demonic appearances, embracing their identities and utilizing demonic magic for defensive purposes rather than causing chaos.

Hura expressed her gratitude to Xavier for caring for her people during her absence. Xavier, in turn, assured her that her ideals would continue to spread throughout the galaxy, reaching every world and ring world for their continued existence. To everyone's surprise, a festival was held that night, celebrating the union of Caelus and Hura in marriage, officially making them the king and queen of the omniversal realm. After the festival, Caelus and Hura departed Salvatia, returning to the omniversal realm to fulfill their duties.

In the wake of these events, a new church was established for ascended demonkins, often referred to as whitehorn demonkins. This church provided a place for demonkins and others to worship Hura, the newly proclaimed Primordial Ascended Demon Goddess of Love, Redemption, and Life.

5th Year (A.T.E 1714) (N.S.E. 006)

On May 21, the Salvatian military detected something emerging from the underwater, prompting the underwater navy base to deploy aqua fighters and mech fighters to confront the unknown threat. However, upon arrival, they discovered a group of a hundred mermaids or merfolks swimming away from their home in search of a settlement. This development led to intense debates among Xavier, Frieda, the executive council, and the national congress on how to deal with them within the constraints of the 7 Years Isolation policy.

On May 23, a decision was publicly announced, declaring that the merfolks would be welcomed and integrated into Salvatian society under the condition of pledging loyalty to Salvatia, a condition most merfolks agreed to. Following this, the merfolks underwent a benign injection of Neoblood DNA, transforming them into Neotypes.

Their bodies underwent significant changes, enabling them to breathe air on land without gills. However, they remained unable to walk on land, lacking the magical ability to shapeshift. In response, the private business company, Utopia Product Corporation, introduced a solution known as the Shapeshift Necklace and Bracelet. This device, incorporating both technomagic and technology, featured a mana orb at its center, allowing merfolks to shapeshift into humanized form without relying on innate magical abilities. Additionally, even when the device was removed, they could maintain their human form, a feat facilitated by scientific advancements. The product gained popularity quickly, with many eager to purchase and use it.

Merfolks, now loyal citizens and supported by the Supreme Leader, have become valued members of society, enjoying the freedom to live in any colony worlds, ring worlds, artificial floating cities, or underwater cities of their choice. They are experiencing a vastly improved life compared to their previous existence before seeking a new home. Under Xavier's guardianship, he vowed to protect their rights through the constitution, ensuring their safety as long as Salvatia endures.

On October 12, Xavier visited the Magic Academy to instruct Neotypes in experimenting with new abilities. He taught them special magic techniques to enhance their magical skills for both offense and defense. Monoeyes were trained to utilize invincible magic eyes on both sides, enhancing their perception and ease of navigation in three-dimensional spaces. Demonkins and whitehorn demonkins were taught to manifest magical wings, granting them the ability to fly, a privilege they didn't have from birth. The public expressed gratitude to Xavier for these special magic lessons, fostering stronger relations.

Xavier continued his training, striving to become even stronger and more powerful than before.

6th Year (A.T.E 1715) (N.S.E. 007)

The three militaristic organizations have significantly expanded as the military power has grown larger than ever. With various worlds successfully colonized without encountering extraterrestrial life, they have been able to increase the military's size, resulting in the combined largest armies of Salvatia. Recruits from the Grand Army of Salvatia and the Vindictorium Order have joined their ranks, but the most noteworthy recruitment is from the Black Death Legion. Driven by unwavering patriotism, loyalty, and determination, members of the Legion willingly enlist to fight and die for the Supreme Leader, who has granted them everything they desired. In return, they are committed to fighting for him against enemies, even if it means discarding moral constraints. The Legion believes in embodying death itself, instilling fear in their enemies without showing mercy, remorse, or regret. These continually growing military forces are poised to become the most dominant, with an overwhelming number of armies that would prove challenging for any adversary to confront.

On July 22, Xavier realized that to combat the celestial gods, demon king, and their loyal followers effectively, he needed a new type of weapon capable of permanently and instantly neutralizing them. He decided to visit the omniversal realm to request something from Daishin that could achieve this goal. Daishin accepted his request and granted him the most powerful artifact, which Xavier had seen in a movie...

The Tesseract

He returned to his nation to deliver it to the R&D facility for the creation of disintegration assault rifles using Tesseract batteries capable of disintegrating enemies, including immortals and deities. Before delivering them, he performed a ritual to enchant the Tesseract cube, making it more powerful and suitable for use as a weapon. Afterward, he handed it over to the R&D facility. After months of research, they finally created disintegration weapons for the Black Death Legion, who would serve as an elite force of godkillers, capable of confronting immortals and deities.

The production of various military assets, including weapons, equipment, vehicles, aircraft, and mecha fighters, is underway for military purposes. The space navy has expanded its fleet, dominating space, while the sea navy ships control the seas. The air force rules the skies, and the army dominates the land. The military, especially the elite paramilitary and private military organizations, is on track to become a dominating force, surpassing entire nations or civilizations in various universes.

Xavier, through intense training, has acquired numerous powers and abilities, propelling him towards unprecedented evolution. He continues his training and practices, aiming to become the strongest and most powerful being, possibly reaching the level of power from Metaverse-tier to Omniversal-tier class by the next year.

7th Year (A.T.E 1716) (N.S.E. 008)

The Seven Years Isolation policy has come to an end, and Xavier has completed his training to become the most powerful and strongest being, unstoppable by anyone. The Sovereignty Republic of Salvatia, now recognized as the most dominant hyperpower nation, is prepared to emerge from the shadows and unveil its mighty futuristic sovereign presence to the world.
